I cannot comment on the quality of the items, as it shipped back in August, and I haven't received it. Once it supposively left China, the tracking information was not available. It's been 25 business days, and I know that the mail runs on saturdays too. I'm not one to ever complain, but at this point, I'm not really expecting it to arrive :(

Fake! DO NOT ORDER!

I ordered e items the beginning of August. It is now September 18 and I have yet to receive anything. Sent in tons of tickets which I keep getting the same answer. Calling my bank on Monday and canceling my payment so these $#*!s won't get to keep my money.

The worst company ever!

Cheap clothes and very bad manufacturer with many damages. Buying from this company is the worst decision I had made. They even same me the wrong sizes. There is no way to get in contact with them.

DO NOT SHOP HERE

I HIGHLY recommend that you NEVER shop at rosegal.com. I ordered a single dress on August 5,2015, and I was told my package would arrive within 10-25 BUSSINESS DAYS. However, it is now SEPTEMBER 18,2015 and I still have not received any package. I have sent three email complaints into this website with no response, I have also called their provided phone number several times, which each time there is an automated message saying "Not available right now" and then continues to say "storage is full" so not only is nobody EVER available to take your call, but you can't even leave a message for them to call you back because the messaging system is ALWAYS FULL for some apparent reason. DO NOT SHOP HERE. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND WILL NOT SEND YOU YOUR PACKAGE IN RETURN. I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGE OR MY MONEY BACK AND IT IS OVER A MONTH LATER.

I figured I should write a review about Rosegal, since surprisingly it gotten so many bad reviews. I ordered 5 items on September 4th. Four of the items were sent on September 6th and one on the 11th. I received the 4 items at my doorstep on September 17th. Definitely thought it would be longer after reading some of the reviews. I ordered a size small in everything. I was a little nervous after reading the reviews that nothing would fit me. I am a very petite woman with a size 34D bra size. Everything fit me perfectly, even the zip up dress I purchased. I am not displeased with the quality of the clothing since I paid $10 or less for each piece. I was worried some of the clothes might be see through but none of them were. One of the dresses were made of a spandex type of material which did not looking very flattering on. When I tried on with a body slip looked great.

I do not normally like to wear clothes more than 2 or 3 times. With this state of mind shopping at Rosegal works perfect for me!

Not Happy

Very Disappointed, the clothes I received looked nothing like they advertised on the site. I have been trying to get in touch with this company to get a return slip so I can send it all back. False advertising is what i call it. Can not get anyone on the phone or to chat with me. Just frustrated.!

It's been more than 3 month and my package has yet to arrive. Rosegal did refund me my money for the dress in full as promised. And also promised me points on their site to buy stuff for free. Rosegal wasn't as bad as I thought.

Where is my top I ordered?

Such a great site, and such amazing clothes! I ordered a red skirt and all my friends loved it. Even my boyfriend and he never likes anything :D Just check your measurements and go with it to order. You can't go wrong with rosegal!

I ordered 4 bathing suits from this place and they were all so SMALL. They were more like a small and I ordered a large, WTH? I compared them to my American bathing suits in the same size and WOW, false sizes for sure, I don't see how they can sell this to US customers! I ASKED TO RETURN and it was a big hassle. Take pictures of the items by a ruler? WTH? Really, what does that show,,,, they are TO SMALL! I finally got a return address, partially that was in Chinese, Is that a way to serve AMERICAN customers? Idiots!
The email they sent with the shipping address expired before I could print the damn thing. What the hell was that all about? Were they only giving me a time sensitive return address so I couldn't return this $#*!?
I emailed again and asked for the return address and it has been OVER A WEEK AND I HAVE NOT GOTTEN A RESPONSE. ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS...
BUY AMERICAN!

**UPDATE: After posting a review here, a RoseGal rep contacted me to rectify the situation and offered me a partial refund to which I said yes. After some back and forth, the rep said that they have issued the refund. The refund never came! I contacted them several times to tell them I didn't get the refund and now 6 weeks later and a couple of contact attempts from me, I have now been completely ignored. I think they just bait and switched me so that I'd run out of time to dispute the charge. I paid with PayPal and they were not helpful either.

Items are not as advertised or pictured - so in this regard it's a scam. I think they take these pictures somewhere and they attempt to copy them, poorly.

All of my items are unwearable - the stitching so poorly done, already unraveling, and only stitched once without it being knotted in the end (and mind you I buy stuff from Papaya and Forever21 which are considered low quality - Rosegal is much much worse). 3 items are already unraveling from the package, so they are unwearable. Then there's the sizing issue, I ordered 1 size larger to account for the difference in sizing and that's not enough either. NEVER AGAIN!

WORST!

I ordered a sweatshirt and tee 10 months ago and I have not received it and they aren't going to do anything other than credit me 50% of my purchase total for their store so I can be out even more money with no items... I THINK NOT! WORST COMPANY EVER!

I just wanted to send out a caution about ordering anything from this store. I checked my measurements with their size charts. Unfortunately, they measured the shoulders differently than I, as a seamstress, do and I was incredibly disappointed when the clothing arrived, and it was all too small in the shoulders and arms! When I asked, they sent a picture as to how their garments are measured and it would have saved me a huge expense if it had been posted on their site before I made the mistake of ordering anything from them. Turns out nothing on the site would fit me. When I asked if I could get my money back, I was referred to the return policy, which I had read before ordering. Nothing in the policy precluded me getting my money returned but it was pretty obvious that they did not want to return my money to me. I could get a store credit or exchange (Hello! Nothing on your site will fit me!) but getting my money back was not going to happen. They did finally agree to return about 20% to my credit card (has not happened so far, but I'm not waiting with baited breath) Returning the garments to China on my dime was going to cost way more than the garments were worth anyway, but it was apparent that was not going to be an option. If you are finely built, this is the place for you. I was satisfied with the pricing and "quality" of the garments (you get what you pay for but they were better than I expected) and shipping was ok. I didn't think I was that large, but my shoulders and arms were not made for their clothing. The personnel I corresponded with were courteous and kept referring me to their return policy which I guess they thought was clearly stated. Said policy never stated that I would not be able to get my money back! Anyway, just be very sure of the size you are ordering, don't have great expectations as to the quality of what you are ordering (I felt that it was adequate), and don't expect them to listen to you and answer your questions without a lot of runaround. Once they have your money in hand, they do not want to give it up.

I have tried for several times to contact them, by phone and their damn tickets! It doesnt exist! Dont buy! They took my money, they will take yours! Now I know I shouldnt do it! Too late I guess! And i just saw some excellent comments, but probably, they were written for other "rosegal" people! OMG! This is fraud! Lets find a hacker who can resolve this!

Still waiting

I ordered 2 hair extensions on Aug, 12th. They say it was shipped out on the 13th. It is now Sept. 17th and I have not received anything. I have contacted them twice. 1st time they said to wait longer. 2nd time they told me to go check with the post office. My husband orders stuff from China all the time and gets it in 7-10 days. I think I got taken for a ride. One of the extensions was a gift. I had to tell her I was sorry, her gift never came. This is a sad way to conduct a business.

They're better now

Rosegal has said they will continue to improve their website. They are also offering me more compensation which changes my opinion of the site. Also they have started to post the actual pictures of the dresses they sell so customers won't be dissappointed. All of this shows a great change in Rosegal's ideas. I will reconsidered doing buisness with them and will keep this updated. Hopefully they can get that five stars they should be getting.

Cute clothes, run small

I've ordered from Rosegal a few times. Their clothes are really cute, and their prices a great. The only problem I've had is that they run small. Usually I can figure out if the sizing will work for a certain style or item. The reviews on the site are really helpful in choosing the right size.

Cancelling Order

After reading the FAQ and policies it was stated that I could cancel any pre-shipped order, seeing as how I placed the order 5 minutes prior I was 100% sure it hadn't even been processed yet... however I have submitted a ticket and have been sitting in a que for a live chat forever and I haven't had any luck hearing from ANYONE. If someone could please get back to me so I could go ahead and process the cancellation of my order that would be GREATLY appreciated.

CRAZY

I purchased three items, 1 dress, 1 pants and 1 bikini. I received two emails to confirm shipping as the bikini and pants were shipped together and dress alone.
The dress arrived and it is VERY poor in quality :( nothing like what i had imagined but you do get what you pay for i guess. And OVER a month on and numerous attempts at contacting this company i STILL have not received my pants or bikini! I tracked it and it is telling me it is in the Ukraine! I live in AUSTRALIA! This is ridiculous!
