It was my first time ordering from Rosegal, and honestly I was a bit nervous, but my experience turned out to be a fantastic one. I ordered a shirt, 2 necklaces, and earrings. And needless to say, I was not let down. The shirt was incredibly soft and similar to the picture. The jewelry was good quality, and quite beautiful. My only con is that the color was a bit off on one of the necklaces, but other than that the customer service was friendly and helpful and I received my package in 2 weeks. I would recommend this website because the prices are reasonable and the products are good.
I ordered a few tanks and dresses from this site at the end of August. It took two weeks to receive, and when I did, nothing fit correctly, the fabrics were very thin and cheap, some things were actually see through. I have been going around in circles for almost a week with their customer service just to return these items. There was no packing slip, and you need a return merchandise form in order to ship the items back, and they don't even provide you an address. Do not order from this company!
I ordered a blouse from this company over 31 days ago. I tried to submit a ticket today but both numbers I was given came back no such number! Really these are the numbers I have in my email from your company. I don't know if I will ever receive my order. However I will follow up with my credit card company and the BBB and advise them how this company does business. I placed 2 orders at the end of July. The last item has arrived today. Some of the items are ok but the two skirts I brought were horrible-cheap fabric, badly made, horrible smell. I am only grateful that i didn't spend much on this rubbish as I have no choice but to throw it in the bin as it seems it is pointless trying to get a refund. Customer service has been shoddy to say the least. I was initially told to chase it if it hadn't arrived by the end of August and when I did so, told to do it at the end of September and the ticket was closed!
Please, please don't buy. I do suspect this company is one big scam.
UPDATE 20/10/15: Today Rosegal gave me a full refund for the items I complained about. So I would say, if you persevere, you may be lucky. However, it took me several weeks and they kept asking me to change my rating to 3 stars. Although they have dealt with me politely and have ultimately sorted out my problem, I can't in all conscience do that because I still wouldn't advise anyone to buy from this company since at best it is hit or miss. But as I would have originally scored them o stars if allowed, I can now say that 1 star is a reflection of my current rating.

Well I ordered a skirt, the reviews for that specific skirt were good. It's been a month now and I still have not received it. I went to the website to email them, file a complaint, etc and the link to contact them won't work! So I called a phone number and it seemed to be the wrong number. Online it says my order has been shipped but idk how long it's going to take. I don't even want the skirt anymore.

I had no issues with this company in any aspect. Delivery was quick, customer service was fast in response time, the quality of the clothes were over my expectations. I had no issues with sizing when I followed the chart under each clothing item. Will continue to buy from as they have amazing clothes and great prices.
I ordered a sweater from this company, never received a tracking number, order confirmation or email from the company only a with drawl from my account of $14.90 shortly after the purchase was made. Then when i went back to make a complaint to the companyi needed a tracking number to send in the complaint. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I recently placed an order through Rosegal and purchased several outfits intended for my birthday weekend. I received the order about a week ago and was completely disappointed with what I received. Nothing looked like what I had seen on the pictures online. The material was of the cheapest quality I have never seen. The items didn't even seemed to be a finished product. The dresses had no hem and were so extremely short that they didn't even cover half of my buttocks, the pants didn't have holes for the buttons, there were threads hanging everywhere, I was absolutely disgusted. When I contacted customer support I was told I couldn't return the useless items for a full refund, all I could hope for was to return, shipping at my own cost and have the items replaced which I'm certain would have been for momre uselesss stuff, or to get a store credit which would end up in the same results or return and get 20% credit which in this case was going to be $20 out of $100 I had spent. I told them I demanded a full refund because they misrepresented their products showing pictures that only came close to what they really sell and nothing I received was worth a dime of the money I had paid. They were no help and stopped replying to my messages. I even lost access to the account I had created when placing the ordered. Please do not purchase anything from them, you will be wasting your hard earned dollars on useless crap.
Rosegal's website seems to be the same as dresslilys so I am assuming it is the same one website do your own investigation and you will agreed it also is from China, it has bad clothes they do not look like what is on the website arms turn out to be to small for your size it takes more then a month sometimes for merchandise to arrive I would not buy anything coming from China because more then likely it turns out to be substandard products.

I saw this company on Facebook, and ordered BEFORE reading the horror stories. I even went as far as trying to cancel my order because of what I heard. I didn't get to it in time and my sweater came today. I ordered this- Trendy Sweetheart Neck Off-The-Shoulder Solid Color Sweater For Women. I could tell it was supposed to look a little ratty... maybe that is the wrong word. Ummm Like its not dressy and not casual, it can go with jeans. It came today, and fits perfectly. There are strings hanging from it like its cheaply made. I only paid $15 for it. I am afraid to wash it on a regular cycle. It doesn't appear strong enough to hold up in the wash machine. It's like long john material, the cheaper kind of Long Johns. However I wanted to address what I had "heard". Credit card fraud from this place. I used PayPal and didn't experience that. Slow shipping, I didn't experience that at all. Clothes are cheap, yes they are YOU didn't pay much did you? I am not being snarky but come on. We have always been told you get what you pay for haven't we? Its not like you lose thousands. Its a nickle and dime shop. Take it for what its worth. The sweater is cute as all get out though. I am wearing it now. Something worth mentioning, I just tried to go to Rosegal's website and leave a review and it claims I didn't buy this sweater even though I got the order # FROM the same website.
I am beyond enraged with this company. I too have been waiting two months for my items. I don't think I'll ever get them and don't know what to do. I can't believe there are a few good reviews on here. Must be fake profiles because they are a horrible website. Please don't ever buy from here! Wish I would've seen the reviews before ordering.

So its been 60 days since I first ordered from Rosegal. I've sent approx. 20 messages trying to get a refund. I'm not interested in receiving the order any more and have been battling with customer service for weeks.
