HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

DO NOT BUY FROM ROSEGAL! I bought two dresses; one looks nothing like the photo they showed, and the second fits more like a shirt than a dress. Cheapest material I've ever felt, both items smelt horrible.

I bought 2 dresses, and a pair of jeans from this website.
The jeans look NOTHING like the picture, the material is the worst material in the world, there was pulls everywhere, there was a hole in the butt of the jeans, and loose stitching everywhere, I bought them in a small and they were like an EXTRA LARGE on me.
Then one of the dresses wasn't even sown properly, half the dress was sown up and half of it was hanging, nothing like the picture and literally no where close to what I ordered.
THEN the second dress I bought was the worst material in the world, once again looked NOTHING like the picture.
WORST customer service in the world, I told them my problem and even sent them pictures of THERE mistake and their reply WEEKS later, was that IF I wanted my refund then I would have to pay for shipping for them sending it to me, and me sending it back to them WITH TAGS? The products didn't even come with tags on them. Or I don't send them back and they give me 4USD back when I paid over $100 for this order? I'm from Canadian and 4USD in CAD is not even $2.00... This company is completely garbage, customer service is terrible, staff is VERY rude and non understanding.
The shipping was long as hell, and terrible, the packages smelt like $#*!. I waited almost 2 months for my order to arrive, then I only received 2 of my items and the other took another 2 weeks.

I would NEVER order from them again, cheapest $#*!tiest material, and WORST service, nothing gets worse then this.

Up date on my last coment. Rose gal emailed me and said they would give me a full refund and to check my account later. This was 3days ago and it's still not there

Worst company ever
September 28, 2015

Worst company ever! Do not order from them. The clothes look nothing like what is on the website. They are cheap and overall terrible quality. I ordered a jumpsuit and it wasn't sheer/see-through on the website but when i received it, it was completely sheer. I also received jeans that didn't have a hole for the button and man items were the wrong size. The clothes literally looked like a 4 year old made them. Bad business practices as well. I tried returning items that were faulty and they refused. They request that you send photos and detail all of the item numbers with sizes, etc. They make it impossible for you to return anything. They essentially stole 185 dollars from me. I hope their business is shut down becuase they are a complete scam.

They continue to advertise 'sale item's but dont even have it in stock and don't let you know. I had to chase them to find out the don't have it, only to be given another date and still not in stock.

Wish I had read these reviews before ordering quite a few items from them. I ordered 2 months ago, money was taken immediately, status says item shipped... two months later, I still have no order. No response from inquiries. BBB needs to shut this place down. Don't waste your time or money!

Terrible

It's been 4 months since I ordered 2 items. Never got them. I am keep sending them emails and they promised me a full refund 1 month ago and still nothing. The company is poor and I guess this is how they make money. Never buy anything!

Shabby service

I am unable to track my order. My order was placed on Aug. 03/15 and was told it was on its way. It is now Sept. 26/15. How much longer do I have to wait. In this day and age, one should not have to wait this long with planes travelling a mile a minute.

I have an overal completely bad customer service! Multiple back-and-forth time-consuming messages, pictures and steps to go through anti-fraud check as demanded for them to finally tell me these procedures aren't good enough and I need to change from Paypal to Western Union for the online payment. What a waste of my precious time! Never have I experienced difficulties with online payments before and now after almost 1 month delay and near 300$ worth of items charged, my order as been cancelled! I cannot stress on how much the customer service was BAD! Can't comment on the items since I never even received them but I DO NOT RECOMMENDED this site for anybody that don't need useless waste of time and frustrations in their lives!

Ordered two pairs of pants from them took 6 weeks to get here and then they do not fit at least 2 sizes to small, all stitching coming loose, and legs to short, what a scam, my Granny with her old sewing machine at 90 years old could make a better product.

Just received part of my order. I was stupid thinking you could get quality for this cheap.
The fabric is awful synthetic garbage. Nothing fits and the pictures are nothing like the actual items. I just tried to find out how to return it and read you cannot get a refund only store credit. What good is that for, everything is garbage.
When the package came I still had to pay customs and fees, made the shipping NOT FREE as advertised and again wasted my money.
What a scam. Beware people. COMPLETE GARBAGE!

SHABBY quality

I received a partial shipment of my order for my daughter today. I could probably find better quality at my local WalMart. My daughter wears a small but the items I received will likely fit my 5 year old grand daughter better. I am dismayed to read that I will not experience much luck getting my money back. Why should I send pictures of THEIR merchandise. Don't they know what they sell or send to customers. I think Pay pal will reimburse me for a faulty purchase but it is AWFUL. I will NOT purchase from a foreign company ever. Again. I also will be sure to give unfavorable reviews of this website unless I get full refund of my money.

Good Customer Service

Although I wasn't happy with my order and wish I could have returned the items, the customer service made every effort to help me. Even allowing me to keep my items and applying a refund for the goods (less the shipping amount I paid). I see that others are happy with their items and unhappy witht he time it took - I paid the extra 8 dollars for faster shipping and it came on time.

Do NOT order from this company. If it ever even arrives the sizing will be so off that even a child can't wear it and the shoes are about two sizes too small. After SEVENTEEN emails, they still won't send me an address to return this awful crap to, or refund my money.
ONE OF THE MOST AWFUL ONLINE EXPERIENCES EVER.

AND DIRECTLY TO ROSEGAL...
I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO WASTE MY TIME PHOTOGRAPHING THE GARMENTS OR SHOES NEXT TO A RULER, TO LET YOU KNOW THAT A EUROPEAN 39 IS NOT A SIZE 7 SHOE. COMPLETE THIEVES.

Seriously. How is this company even in business? I ordered a swimsuit and cute coverup back in MARCH. Still has not arrived. Went through all their hoops to complain. No help. No refund.

UPDATE: After posting this, I was actually contacted and refunded. I was not expecting anything from this review so I would say I appreciate that at least my money was returned to me.
