Never received order

I ordered two things on 9/8/15 that cost $23.79. It is 9/30/15 and I still have not received an email regarding shipment or the actual shipment. I am not able to call the company because they are "unavailable".

Worst company online - asked for my Drivers licence and card details to be emailed so I asked for refund and after 10 days received my funds. Then i ordered again via paypal and this is still not good enough.
Who will give them a copy of of the identification.

Scam!

I bought a white dress for my girlfriend on august 28th and until this day which is September 29th has not arrived yet. I received an email from them telling me the package is on its way from China. When I look at the website for tracking only shows that it was shipped from China. When I send emails to Rose Gal I received failure notification that emails never go through. I am figuring out that all those very few great reviews are from the same Scammers of course. Never buy there!

I wish I saw these reviews before placing my order. DO NOT... I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! The dress I received was made of very cheap material. It looked NOTHING like the dress in the photo. Also, they do not pay for return shipping. It's free for them to ship to you, but the cost for shipping back is waaaaaaay more expensive! Just STAY AWAY from these people!

HUGE SCAM

THEY DO NOT DESERVE EVEN ONE STAR. I ORDERED LAST AUGUST, 2015. IT IS NOW MAY 2016... MY PACKAGE HAS NOT ARRIVED. THEY SENT A NOTE BUT DO NOT PROVIDE A WAY TO CONTACT THEM. THEY ASKED ME TO WAIT WHEN THE NOTE WAS EMAILED IN JANUARY. WELL THEY HAVE MY MONEY AND I HAVE NOTHING.

Update: Received the blouse almost 50 days after payment. Actually very nice. Still made from polyester type material, but nicely made. Rosegal said the blouse I ordered should be here no later than October 17th (25 days after they received payment)... well... they were wrong... The first order I placed was for 6 items, received 4 (gave the stuff away), poor quality material... cheap polyester or Halloween costume material... I complained about remaining two items that were still not shipped out 4 weeks later and they finally refunded my money on paypal. Rosegal has asked me several times to update my review now that they have refunded my money. This is the update... received a refund for the first ordered items not received. Haven't received 2nd item ordered 25 days ago and will never order from them again. Even though I received blouse (2nd item), will not order from them again... they need a business manager to handle business with the USA...

My comment is similar to previous ones. Ordered a dress flat rate, free shipping. Delivery was stated about 10 - 25 days. So far it's been 40 and guess what? That's right - no dress. Are they borrowing my and others' money and investing it before/if they refund it? I'm not happy.

UPDATE: I received a refund for the dress that I ordered. I eventually received the dress about 3 months after I placed the order. It had no tags with washing instructions, fiber content, or size identification. The facing around the neckline will have to be tacked down (by me) as it does not stay tucked under. It is too small, but women's clothes don't fit consistently from brand to brand. I'm not happy with the quality of the garment, but I am happy with the customer service department that tried on their end to make it right, so I am upgrading it to 2 stars. I would not order from any of these on-line discount clothing companies that seem to have the same or similar clothing. If it seems too good...

Still waiting after 5 weeks for two jumpers. Tried to submit a ticket to their 'support centre' but they seem to have found a way to ensure nothing goes through-'wrong order number (i didn't give a number), wrong verify code (it wasn't wrong). So frustrating.The worst of it is they already have my money and seem to be making damn sure they don't have to refund.

Dress! What dress?

I ordered an ADORABLE dress from Rosegal. Affordable (cheap!), great design - from what I could see, and a few clicks away, right? Wrong. I placed my order August 10th. It's now September 29th. The day before my anniversary, which would have been great to wear this for, but after August 22nd when it tracked to "sorting facility departs to US" - absolutely NOTHING.

After not receiving my order for 2 months an contacting rosegal they confirmed that my order had been lost. Its upsetting that instead of them keeping up with my order an letting me know wayyyy ahead of time that it was lost, I had to contact them in order for them to tell me. The only good thing I can say is that they gave me my money back quicker than the 15-30 day quote they told me originally. When it's all said an done NO I will probably not shop with them again due to so much hassel from the company. Very disappointing!

I bought a few sweaters from them, because they looked really nice in the picture and the shipping was free. It took over two months to get them. They looked suspiciously old and smelled stale, without any labels. The stitching was horrible (making me think they use child labour to make them!). I tried to write a review for the sweaters on their website, and guess what - it was a one star like this, and they never published it. Products on their site seem to have great reviews - as if! I would not buy from them.

I love the clothes on Rosegal, so I ordered 4 tops and a down jacket. I ordered them in size Large or XL to be sure they fit. Well, every single item I got fits like a size SMALL. Their sizes are totally incorrect. I reordered another jacket in a 2XL. Stupid, stupid me! Guess what? It fits like a size SMALL too. Lesson learned. Don't waste your money unless you are truly a size small or smaller! As for shipping, I did get the orders in a very reasonable amount of time. The quality was not bad. It was about what I expected for $13 tops.

Its a big SCAM!

I ordered a dress from rosegal and it took weeks for me to get it and when i did i was expecting a pretty long red dress instead i got a hot pink dress looked nothing like the one i ordered. I am demanding for my money back. Please do not order from this site!

Just what the stars rating says "doesn't get any worse than this. Stay away!"
I ordered clothes off of this website and waited for 3 months to receive them. They never came all I got was a message saying one of the 6 items was out of stock yet they never sent the others or refunded me. Upon trying to contact rose gal (due to the 170 $ charge on my credit card) I received no definite answer nor did I get a refund still! I would never recommend this website to anyone! It is a scam!

No one should ever order from this website. I ordered two shirts about 2 and a half months ago and I received one about a month ago and nothing was wrong with it which made me excited to get my other one. Once i finally got it TODAY September 28th when ordered probably the middle of July in the mail I opened it and it was a child size shirt. Which is complete ridiculous because this isn't a site for children so why do you send child sized clothing. I will never order from this website again I'm just glad the shirt was only $10.
