Yeah what the? I logged in through facebook and ordered then my package didnt arrive so endevoured to contact them. You cant even get a stupid ticket they say you need to email them its says to log in but does let you or let you create a login. I haven't received my order still i msgd through Facebook no response. The phone is never available. Quite annoyed and disappointed in there set up.
Today it has been 6 weeks since I placed my order and still nothing! The website says 7-25 business days and it has been well over that. I am not happy and want my money back! I should have looked at reviews before I ordered. Ugh.

I just received my order, reading this blog I'm surprised I did. I was so shocked. The boots I ordered smelled like chemicals - The leather (obviously fake) smell like a wet dog. It was packaged very unprofessionally with no paperwork whatsoever. As soon as I saw that I knew. OMG. I'll I can't return a thing. Upon reading the return policy I would have to bite the bullet on anything that I just didn't like. If it was the wrong size I have to put it on the floor and measure it with a measuring tape, I laughed so hard I was crying. Who in the world in a professional business makes you go through all those bells & whistles. A good rule of thumb Ladies, when you see a potential site for great looking clothes always go to the reviews first then decide if you want to order.

I have not received my order and it has been several months. I will be taking legal action if this is not resolved or my money is not refunded to the card I purchased the item on. This is ridiculous and after reading online reviews this company/website is a hoax. Please ship my item or refund my money asap. BUYERS BEWARE! THE QUALITY OF THESE ITEMS IS TERRIBLE... one shirt came with holes (yes, holes!) in it - another one came with the whole seam torn... the clothing has a terrible smell to it (from China) - the quality is truly horrendous... I ordered several items that looked really nice in the pictures. The quality is AWFUL and CHEAP and unwearable. I think they take pictures from other sites and do knock offs but extremely poorly made versions. Seriously what a waste of money. I guess you get what you pay for... lesson learned.

NOTHING and I mean NOTHING takes 3 months to ship. Unless it's from China. So they claim they are on England but shipping company is from China, therefore we've all been duped to buy cheap clothing from China. What a shame that they are allowed to advertise on Facebook. I have bought several items from Rosegal, and am very satisfied. I did buy a dress a while ago, and unfortunately I picked the wrong size, but it looks equally nice as a top with jeans. Very happy, and will continue to shop at Rosegal :)
I ordered a skirt on Aug. 11 and after 6 weeks sent a complaint that I had not received my skirt. I got an electronic "ticket" but no response from Rosegal and still no skirt, so I disputed the charge with my credit card and got a refund. What a waste of time.

The site has a very good selection of clothing. I have not had the shipping trouble that other people seem to have experienced. I have paid the extra dollar or two for a tracking number for each order and have found they usually arrive within a month. One order I placed did take 6 or 7 weeks, but according to my tracking number, it was held up at customs and I know there is not a lot the seller can do about this. The clothing is decent. I have some pieces that I truly love and wear all the time, but I have been disappointed by one or two purchases. If you are going to order from this website, definitely make sure you take all your measurements. The one's they provide online are quite accurate. I'm sure I will be ordering again.
