I placed an order in August now October 15th and nothing has arrived,. No one is ever available for live chat and I have sent e mail through the site with questions, never got a reply. My account was debited so they have the money. I'm glad I didn't place a big order. Its bad business and far too long to wait for a product with no way of contacting these people. Really pissed off by Rosé gal, very irresponsible people, the worst online shopping experience, bought a round neck top, shipped on 8th August, yet waiting to arrive, customer service, doesn't respond when it's time to refund, what a customer service, ripping people off with their scam of cheap clothing, highly recommended, please do not buy from this site. Ordered a cute lace dress... it's blouse length, cannot be comfortable worn without leggings dies not resemble the shown pictures other than color. Lace is fraying and there are loose threads all over it. It's terrible quality. It took 2 months to arrive, and customer service would not respond to inquiries until I filed complaints with PayPal.

Stay away. Your items will come with rushed unsophisticated sewing, loose threads everywhere and very unfinished looking, be 3 sizes to small with no maker or care tag, of the poorest material and not a match for online photos, bunched up in a small envelope like they don't care about their product and very, very late. Rosegal.com does not compare on this planet to the quality you will receive from Zulilly (for the wait and price). Their tracking link never worked (a Chinese site) and the Rosegal.com support center functions did not work properly. I spent a half an hour trying to log tickets for an update on my order and the 'prove your human code' was never accepted. I finally chose the option of issuing a complaint and finally got it to work. Follow up was within 24 hours but they asked me to check with the post office before any further resolution could be taken. Address on file was correct. That's about it. Buyer beware.

I recently ordered online and the order was taken through PayPal in name of Ivan. I requested a ticket stating this was incorrect. I haven't been able to get in contact with rosegal and the contact # listed isn't working, the mailbox is full. It's been 4 days now. It also asked me for my cc # and photo ID information. I purchased a blouse back in August, over 2 MONTHS ago, filed a complaint that I hadn't received after 7 weeks and Rosegal replied saying I didn't pay extra for tracking so to check with my post office! This website is horrible in all aspects. I got my package 2 FULL months after i ordered, after receiving "shipping confirmation" just hours after ordering. I sent two complaint "tickets" and was told that I had "probably put the wrong delivery address" and that since I didn't pay for an upgraded shipping there was really no way of telling where my package could be. When the package did come, I was extremely dissatisfied with the quality and size of both items I ordered. I would return them, but I honestly don't think I would be reimbursed so it doesn't even seem worth it. Don't be fooled by their low prices, this company sucks.

Im going to just say this, i placed two orders, shipped in three seperate parcels, i got partially reimbursed for said orders after complaint, saying that if i received, no further payment was needed. After two months, not one of the three shipments have been received. Unless you opt for a tracking number from their door to yours, i would not order from their sites.

I'm so mad right now!
Unfortunately I didn't check reviews before, and I bought a bathing suit for my vacations, I ordered this item on sep-6 and I haven't receive nothing I email them to complaint about it! And what happens it's beyond acceptable they hacked my email account! How do I know? They send me an email when they shipped it and I have it all this time, then after I emailed my complaint they send me another one telling me to check my post office, but I can't do that because the tracking number they gave me is for a Chinese post office and the last update was on step-15 saying that just left China to USA! So today I check againg and all the email that I got from them were not in my email! I was like how could tha be then I have the ti Kent number saved so I check againg and it said that number didn't exist! So I go to my email address and I see my recent activity and it shows that somebody log into my account from California on oct11 the day I complaint and then againg on oct12 then just 2 hours ago! I can't not believe that they hack my personal email Acct for $14dlls this is terrible! They delete my trash bin every single msj I got from them!
