Happy until I wasn't.

I expected much worse when I tested this site out, but I got a dress for 12$ and no shipping, and for what it was and what I expected, I am still very happy with that dress. I got lots of compliments on it, and it is no less than dollar store quality. I also knew sizes would run small, as I learned when I bought two more sweater dresses. That was okay tho. And I love my slippers. But I order this all back in august, the remainder of my order has a fake tracking number and I'll probably never get the rest of my dresses.

Read a lot of the reviews. Wish I had done that before I ordered anything from you. It is a scam and you know it. Items too small. Received a large in one item. Ordered a medium, still didn't fit. You need to be reported to The Better Business Bureal. I plan to do that. Can't get a hold of you. Not going to bother sending back. Will give to someone who really needs clothes.
After I wrote this review I called Pay Pal. I paid through PayPal. I wanted them to check on an order that was placed to Ivan. It seems that Ivan and Rosegal are one in the same. I reported it to them and put in a complaint dispute on each item I have ordered. I probably won't get my $96.42 back but I hope someone catches these guys and puts them out of business and in jail. I really needed the clothes. Especially the jackets.

DON'T. JUST DON'T.

First off, I'll preface by saying that I ordered a sweatshirt from Rosegal, and I haven't received it. I really don't ever expect to.

More importantly- the comments below that give this scam 5 stars are obviously either those that work for Rosegal or are affiliated with Rosegal. One commenter says the "clothes and accessories look exactly like authentic designer products." Most who actually received their items noted the clothes were $#*! with bad sewing, and the sizing was off. You can actually look at photos of the clothes customers received in the "Photos" section on this page. So commenter below, Do you also get your "designer" bags from the trunk of a Honda in an alley somewhere? SHUT THEM DOWN.

I would not order from this company ever again. They have my money and I do not have my product. I ordered a dress back in August andI still have not received it. I have sent three complaints and I just get a automated email message back. I have tried to call them many time, I just get a message saying they are not available and mail box full, so you can not leave a message. Live chat is never available either. I think this company is a scam.

One concerned customer

I ordered a cardigan on October 12 and received a tracking number. Needless to say after reading the reviews (which I wish I would have done previously) I am not the least bit surprised to find that the tracking number give is not valid. I have a feeling I have been ripped off like MANY others! Lesson well learned!

Very Upset/Annoyed

I ordered a shirt from rosegal about two weeks ago now... I just tracked my order and it is still in Honolulu?! This is absolutely ridiculous, and it's a shame because I was looking at their website earlier this morning and found a lot of cute items that I would have purchased. I don't recommend ordering any articles of clothing from them ever! By far the worst website I have gone through to order clothing!

This company is absolutely the worst on-line company I have ever dealt with. The clothing quality is horrible, the return policy is unfair, and I never received part of my order. You cannot get in touch with anyone there and the website is always down. DO NOT order from this company!

Thieves!

... DO NOT purchase anything from the website Rosegal.com, they are thieves! They charged my credit card $71.41 for an order that only cost $34.63. To hide their thievery they literally never sent me a confirmation email receipt and when I contacted them and insisted that they give me a receipt all they kept saying was "we see that your order was delivered, did you not receive it?" They kept trying to ignore and avoid my request for a receipt. I did not let up, I insisted and finally they sent me a receipt YESTERDAY after charging my card on September 28th! The receipt they sent me was for a total of $34.63! I have contacted them again and demanded a refund and am still to receive a reply. I should have googled reviews on Rosegal first because I am just one of thousands that they have scammed. Obviously Facebook doesn't care what advertisements are on their site because Rosegal is all over it. After doing further research I found out that most of the other retail companies FB seems to endorse are not only scams but they are connected to Rosegal, basically bull$#*! companies owned by one in China. It's all a scam! My best advice is to Google the company's reviews before you place your order, you will be surprised how many of these retail companies endorsed on FB are not reputable. Here are a few: sammydress, Rosewholesale, Rosegal...!

Sadly I like thier clothes but i will not be ordering again. Their shipping times say up to 45 days if you read the small print and after 50 days one of my items in the order have still not been shipped. A total waste of time and I ahev escalated a claim through paypal. RUBBISH ewrvice dont bother! They spend all their money on advertising to scam us all!

Rose gal is a scam

I ordered two shirts and I accidentally some how ordered two of the same shirt. I immediately wrote them so it wasn't charged and deleted. The owner automatically said it was shipped out and no refund but the two same shirts ordered took over 3 months to get to me and the other shirt was not what I ordered. I disputed this in PayPal and the owner did not adhere to my requests. Because the shirts were cheap I let it drop but I am never and I mean NEVER shopping there again. Both shirts were cheap and I can't even wear one of them at all because you can see through the material which wasn't what it was supposed to look like. Save your money and time. False advertising and a scam!

I cancelled an order 5 minutes after placing it. Of course they shipped it anyway. When I asked why they gave the ridiculous response that they were on holiday and were unable to cancel the order? They were able to ship and charge my credit card while on vacation but not check email. Makes sense. They offered a $5 credit and asked me to keep the order. Ripoff! Do not order! Be careful because they also do business under various names. They also steal pictures from a site called modern girl boutique and amazon

Still disappointed

I wrote a review yesterday about my experience. I forgot to mention that if you don't start an account with them you can't contact customer service. I did not receive any kind of communication from them yet. I have checked my Spam box and there is nothing there. With the last review I provided my Receipt number. The service with Rosegal is not good at all. I believe they are a china company so you can only contact them by submitting a claim, and they wont get back to you for a day or two. Then they told me it was going to take 2-7 days to process my order, then 2-7 days to package the order then 2-7 days to ship the order. I cant believe it would take this long, unless they truly are from out of country. They then told me on the day the product was supposed to ship that the two items I ordered were on backorder, and with idea on when the product would be back in stock. I will never order from them again. Terrible customer service! I would not recommend ordering from them!

Don't do it it's a scam!

Poorest quality clothing you will ever see. You can't even call them clothes! Makes walmart clothing look like high end. They argued with me during refund process, asking me to take pictures of the items. I refused. Finally sent me the return address to ship back to. Found out shipping was going to cost $45! Half the price I paid to buy the clothes! They offer 10% refund if you don't ship the clothes back. That's 8 bucks! So I got scammed, clothes are useless and unwearable. Stay away from this site! The pictures of the clothing they post on their website are misleading!
