So I just ordered from Rosegal on October 4th, and then after I placed my order I read all of these horrific reviews. All of the reviews stated that people didn't receive their order, but the people that did receive their order were dissatisfied because it either 1. Was WAY to small 2. Was horrible quality / had holes in it 3. It took 3 months or so to get there or 4. It smelled horrible like chemicals. So i was really extremely worried that my order wouldn't fit, would stink, fall apart, or possibly even never show up. But my order came in 12 days, fits perfectly, doesn't stink, and looks just like the picture. I bought a pair of shoes though, i don't know if this makes a difference, but they were these http://www.rosegal.com/boots/party-joker-solid-color-and-*******.html. I love them, and i am amazed that i got them so fast and that they look good. So since I had a good experience, I'm going to describe everything i did. I didn't buy clothes (I don't know if that makes a difference, but it might considering all of the bad reviews are about the clothes.) My order was 38.00 bucks or so. This might have a difference because cheap might mean poor quality, you get what you pay for. So I spent 36 bucks using a rosegal coupon I found online. I also bought a tracking number which was about a dollar extra, but i had regular shipping. My tracking number worked suprisingly and I tracked it the whole way. It "shipped" in one day and they sent me an email with a photo of the package confirming it, but it didn't actually make it to america until the 11th. I don't know, but overall I personally had a good experience so I just figured I would give them atleast one good review that isn't Rosegal employees. But I would highly advise not to order from this company considering all of the other bad complaints. Unless if you want to buy those exact shoes I guess.
I followed tracking number to the US then it just stopped. I will never order from them again

Uh Hello! They don't ship any garments, but you can bet they deduct from your card. They are a scam.
I think this is the same company as Sammy dress. I placed an order from Sammy dress last January, it took almost 5 months to get my order (I had to harass them through email and threaten to report them). When I finally received my order it was super low quality materials, like the kind companies use to make grocerie store Halloween costumes! This company gets terrible reviews and then starts another online store under a different name. Bottom line - save your money and purchase from an actual store you can try stuff on... and even return it if its defective!

I love this website! They have great clothes for great prices. It does take a while for the items to arrive, but that makes sense because they are coming from across the world. The clothing is great and the jewelry is durable. I will be shopping here in the near future.

I should have read the reviews before placing my order! I placed my order on the 4th of October and have yet to receive any confirmation of it being shipped. But of course my payment has already been pulled from my bank account.
I tried submitting a "trouble ticket", but was told my order number was invalid, so it would not submit it for me. I also tried calling the customer service number, but as all other reviews have been saying, their mailbox is FULL. I am beyond dissatisfied with this HORRIBLE "company".

I ordered 3 tops from this site, and received all them within a few weeks. Throughout the process, I received shipping update emails along with their tracking #'s (real tracking #'s). Items fit well and were as in the photograph - very cute.

This is A scam! I ordered my TWO items.not ten. TWO items.and haven't recieved not one thing, the phone number is fake the email is fAke, they tell me what i ordered is not in stock, well why do u have it to be available? This is sooooooo wrong! Somethin needs to be done! Seriously this is just wrong! Were all spending our money, And either not recieving our items, or something is missing or wrong, or the clothes are cheap(wash them once and they rip)bc the fabric is so cheap! My email confirmation says one quote and my paypal bill says another. The picture was purple- the item was red when it arrived. It didn't get mailed until a week after I ordered the item. It took over two weeks to get here, not the 3-7 days I was quoted. Also, the package didn't come with a recipient or paperwork. This is a really sketchy operation.
