I purchased a pair of high waisted jeans and it took almost two months to arrive. On top of that, the jeans was not even high waisted and it had a buckle but no hole to put through the buckle. I will never order from this seller again. It's a total rip off.

I placed an order on September 20th and it is now October 19th and STILL have not received my package! I have tried to call their customer service and have yet to get them to answer my calls! I understand they receive a lot of orders, but after a month of not receiving what I ordered is just ridiculous! I will NEVER order from rosegal again and I HIGHLY suggest to stay away from this site!

RoseGal is THE worst place online to order clothes from. I recommend that if you like to online shop AVOID this website NOW. I had the worst experience. I was so excited to order clothes for a vacation coming up and it made me so aggravated to what came next. I ordered 2 dresses, and a shirt and skirt. The quality of their clothes is NOTHING like it looks on the pictures. To top of everything... they are not upfront with you in their return policy that you need to pay for shipping returns back. Oh and by the way to ship back to China it is almost 100$. That is 70$ LESS then my original order price. The customer service was so bad and they communicated with me terribly. I would receive email updates almost every other day from the customer service. This took almost 2 weeks to finally receive the return address to return my item. Don't forget. It is 90 DOLLARS to ship your returns back. I am so upset with this purchase. I am a student in college and this purchase was something I was really excited for. In the end... I ended up losing 36$ and owning clothes that do not fit correctly and in the end having a terrible experience with this website.
I am an avid online shopper and I love to give new stores my business. However, if you are like me... take my advice. I can not believe they expect me to spend 100$ to ship my items back after I read their terms/conditions for returns (which were not clear at all). If someone does not like their items it is their right to at least return the items. I am so upset at the quality of these items as well. The pictures that were shown of these dresses/skirt and shirt seemed quite reliable. However, when I received them they were nothing but see through and thin cloth.
Avoid RoseGal at all cost. Hopefully someone will see this review and save their frustration and time. It is sites like these that should not even exist. They simply took my money and will not respect me enough to take back my returns and put my money back on my debit card.

I JUST received 3 sweaters from the shippers. Not only did we have to pay a $25 custom charge but the quality is TERRIBLE! We still have 8 more items on backorder and I have to pay to have this crap returned and no refund. I don't want a Rosegal credit! This is a scam! Save your money - I may as well have flushed $160 bucks in the toilet!
November 6th 2015 - I have now received my money back from them including the items that i purchased and refused to spend money sending back. They were apologetic and cleared this issue up as soon as they could.

Rose gal is the worst place to shop! They have great prices and selection. But I placed an order with them the end of September and paid extra to have it delivererd in 3-5 business days. I have still not received my package and it has now been 3 weeks! Screw this place!
Clothes were the worst made ever, I was stupid and didn't read the fine print about returns. Run around, run around, run around. Finally got return info sent return in 9/2/15 still getting run arounds. Cannot even tell you how trashy, ill made the clothes are. Do not BUY anything from this company!

I placed my order for 2 items on 09/21/15. I sent multiple emails to get the status of the shipment to be told both items are backordered. Ok I can deal with that but then I never receive notification when the items shipped. I did eventually get them on 10/16/15. The material is a joke, way to small you would think a xxl would be ok but it fits more like a small. The sweater was the wrong color and very cheaply made. I will never order from this site again

I ordered a really cute pink hoodie and was so excited to get it. After 2 weeks of my order saying processing I started to worry. Then I came here and read all the horrible reviews and really started to panic. I emailed customer service asking when they thought my hoodie would ship and within 24 hours they emailed me back saying it was on back order and would I be ok waiting 7/14 more business days? I replied saying no thank you I'd rather just be refunded the full amount then wait. Within 24 hours I had the full refund back in my paypal account. Based off my experience I can't give less than 4 stars that's really good customer service in my opinion. The reason I gave them 4 and not 5 is because the hoodie is still up online and I feel like you should let your customer know that the product is on back order before they buy it.

Wish I could have donated the $ I spent with this company to a good cause. I did recieve items, but they were such poor quality and strangely cut, no one I know could actually fit in them! I am angry, but my experience has been so redic-i have to laugh! How they get away with what they're doing is amazing. Can't return anything! They make it impossible. You have to send yhem 2 pictures for each item and as soon as you attatch the pictures the e mail SHOCKINGLY won't go through! What a SCAM! But they got $60 bucks off me! LESSON LEARNED! What a fool!
