If I could leave no stars then I would. After paying £85 for my first order some of it has finally started to arrive. Somehow I wish it hadn't. It's poorly and cheaply made crap. I have lost a lot of weight recently and know exactly what size I am and my full measurements and not one of the pieces that has arrived fits. It's all to small or badly cut and don't get me started on the finishing off that hasn't been done or the fact that your hair stands on end just by walking into the same room as them as the cheap material used is disgusting. Button holes are not made big enough for the size of button used and the buttons come off in your hand the first time they are used. I will never use this company again and block the miriad of emails they have started to end me offering me discount vouchers. No amount of discount is worth this amount of crap!
Nil points, I have been trying to return one of two dresses ordered, both were wrong size, gave one away. This company looks great on the screen but should not be trusted.
After this review I have been asked for an order number!
I cannot find an order number, another time wasting tactic I guess.

Ordered 3 dresses in 2 separate orders about a week apart for a destination wedding. Placed the orders in early Aug. Not actually needing them until Oct. (Thinking two months is more than ample time to get items) After receiving my confirmation email that my items had been shipped I started trying to track with the tracking number they provided. All I could get was that the items had been shipped and were on their way to Canada sorting facility. I even received a picture of one of the parcels in one confirmation email. After about two weeks after these emails I started trying to track and find my items but couldn't get anything. Checked with my post office and they were unable to track. The number did not exist in the system. I contacted the company and they told me that they were unable to track as that I did not click on the tracking button when I placed my order? Told me that I had to wait until Oct. 11 before they would considered doing anything to resolve. Of course this is past the time when I actually needed them for the wedding I was attending... When I returned home on the 19th there was still no parcels so I emailed again and said I wanted a refund... they told me that the best that they could do is give me store credit and use points OR resend the parcels again if I sent them more money for the shipping. Go figure. This company is a joke! DO NOT ORDER anything from them. They take your money and laugh all the way to the bank I'm sure.

Thank you site jabber! After posting my problem with Rose gal on your site I heard from their customer service. They offered a full refund of the items I purchased. It took a few weeks but as of this morning my refund was deposited back into my PayPal account. I am disappointed that I never received my items but I am very happy that they refunded my money! Iwas for pleased with their response to my problem.

The company is not good at all, do not purchase from them. The clothes is made overseas and the medium top for an adult woman I purchases fits a 10 year girl. The company is hard to get a refund from and will not work with you. They charge customs fees and also shipping fees to return to China to get your money back. ROSEGAL is a horrible company.

Hi Folks.!
NEVER EVER DREAMT of buying anything.
After making the payment, they never dispatched anything for a month. When I asked for the updates they started asking for my credit card detail, pass word etc. hope you understand who all can ask this.? Except a farud & scam only. When i refused to provide the details they refused to send my materials. After waited for a week more finally i cancelled my order & inform them to retun back my money. They confirmed me that they will retun it back in a weeks of time, almost one more month passed still waiting for my money.
They also sent me the fraud snapshot of money transfer which they never did it, when I confronted them again. They simply vanishes. Now no communication from their end at all, I am waiting for my money.
I am still surprised how come such website still exists. After swallowing the money of so innocent people still they are putting ad.& every day new people are falling into their trap. But i think the government of China should do something for banning them... Its simply non-existent shopping website, they just take money & then non responded.

So I placed my order on Oct. 8th, surely that's plenty of time to receive my items before Halloween! I ordered a top, tights, and accessories. My order claims to be shipped out, yet I can't track it. I sent a msg now to the support solution center, and after now reading reviews I'm guessing I'm about to be as screwed as everyone else here! Especially since everyone is hearing you won't receive items until sometime in Nov. Clearly they have a problem with running their business.

I failed to read reviews prior to ordering a couple of dresses from Rosegal, I will never make that mistake again. I was so excited to find a site that had lots of cute clothes for cheap so I decided to order 2 dresses. I ordered them on October 13th and paid EXTRA for the expedited shipping (shipping within 3-7 business days). I was charged for my order plus the expedited shipping and it has now been a week and my order still has not even shipped. I could understand if it was on the way, but it hasn't even shipped! I contacted the customer service once and they say that they will reply withing 24 hours and I heard nothing back for a couple of days (business days) and then contacted them again and someone finally responded saying that my order would not be shipped until AROUND November 14th. I said I want my money back for the expedited shipping and haven't heard anything yet. I called the phone number listed on the website and no one answered and the "mailbox" was full, like it was someones cell phone or something. This is so frustrating. I will stick with Amazon. I would give this 0 stars if I could.

I ordered 7 items from this seller. Two of the dresses were so poorly made it was a joke. Looked like a table cloth sewn together. The leggings are a one size - I am typically a small - but wear a large/x-large in this measurement, and no room for my 10 year old's behind to fit in them when bending forward.
Additionally, I am here because I am having huge challenges getting the email off to their support center due to security codes not computing properly and no phone number. The hassle it is going to take to return these items and hopefully get my duty returned almost doesn't seem worth it.
It's poor quality, poorly fitted and not worth the headache.

Just got order notice from DHL Canada. Tax and fee are $23 dollars to be paid on the amount of order $60 dollars. That $60 dollars has included $13 dollars ~ $9.99 us for shipping. That means I had paid $36 dollars (tax and shipping) for $47 material cost.
I was surprise on the delivery fee from DHL because I already paid $9.99 us for shipping cost.
Details of actual cost:
Material $47 ca
Tax and shipping: $6.11 + 29.89 = $36
Anyway, this company has hidden the final cost from the consumer.
Better stay away from this company. It is my lesson and learn.

I ordered from Rosegal on Sept 3rd, and have still not received my order as of today Nov 12 2015.
I first submitted a trouble ticket with them in mid October (#T*******171) to which they responded right away advising me to wait until Nov 3rd and if it hadn't arrived by then to contact them again.
I sent in another trouble ticket on Nov 7th (#T*******857) to which no one has responded (no surprise)!
I've now sent a THIRD trouble ticket (#T*******936) we'll see if I can get a refund... Not holding my breath!
When ordering from this company the standard shipping does not include tracking which is really not clear at the time of purchase.
Who would ever think ANY COMPANY that operates in 2015 would run this way. But apparently the 1.99 to track the package is not worth absorbing, they would rather deal with all the hassle created by horrible service and endless bad reviews.
Bottom line, DONT BY FROM THIS COMPANY unless you want to PAY FOR NOTHING!
