I ordered two items from Rosegal over 2.5months ago and I never received my items. When I used the tracking number they gave me it said that the item was in a sorting facility about to be sent out. That was at the start of August! I complained quite a few times to them and they said that it could take up to a month to get my items but time passed and nothing. When I messaged them and told them I had had enough they offered me less than a 50% refund in Rosegal dollars, so not actual money. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT SEND YOU ANYTHING! SUCH A SCAM. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY
I ordered 3 items from Rosegal. I checked the size chart and in each case chose one size larger just in case. Out of the 3 items, I ripped on shirt just trying to put it on. It was that cheaply made in China. The other one I could not even start to put my arms in the sleeves. And the third had a vee neck that hangs way to the one side. And the fabric is completely puckered where the seam is. I have never seen such horribly made cloths. I had to just forget returning because their policy makes it almost impossible. THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS. THEY WON'T RESPOND BACK TO ME. IM JUST OUT 50.00

I tried to order a sweater from their site and they flagged me they wanted a one time picture I'd and a picture of my passport or drivers license and I wasn't gonna do that soo it's been three days now and I haven't received a reply why this was taking so long I've tried to cancel my order and hopefully my money will be. Put back on my card. These sites looks good for pricing but a totally scam

I thought rosegal was bad news before but it turned out that the site is pretty decent. Recently, when I didn't receive my order and asked for refund, I received my refund promptly and all the messages I sent them were replied to immediately. It's actually not bad and I will order from them again. Good customer service too.

After reading the other reviews here, I feel like I am the latest victim. I started to get suspicious mid-week when my order still said "processing" after 5 days. There is no other company that takes that long! I submitted a ticket a few days ago, and no one has responded, despite their promise to reply within 24 hours. I tried their phone number, but no one answers, and you can't leave a message. Very shady. It feels like this company is a scam... did they just steal my money?

The clothes are cheap material made very poorly! They advertise free shipping yet I still paid and they have ignored all "customer service tickets" I've left to get a refund! Horrible company!

Don't buy from them. Several other sites that carry the same items, I suggest sammydress.com. Rosegal has great prices which probably comes from taking the $ and not giving the product. They also advertise FREE shipping, that's a lie. They say 15, then 30, then 45, now it's 60 days and I might get my order. If not I should just keep being patient. But they sure took my payment right away. Now they refuse to give me a refund.

I placed an order with RoseGal and will not be placing another one. I urge you to overlook the amazing prices. The items are not as described or pictured. I ordered 4 items and am still waiting on 1 to arrive and that was since September 5,2015. I asked for a refund and they refused and told me I had to wait until November. Rosegal is terrible! I paid the extra $7.00 for my sweater to get here in 3-7 days and I have not received it! I am going to make sure that NO ONE buys anything from Rosegal. They use Magic Jack phone company, (which is as cheap as it gets) no one answers, and you cannot leave a voicemail. I hope someone sues your fake company. I would, if I had wasted more than $30. AND they specifically say that there is "free shipping worldwide" on their website. LIES. I am not sure how you are still in business. Thanks for stealing my money.

I ordered 5 items on September 20th and didn't get my first package until the day before yesterday and the dress I ordered was just crap, it felt like a kids costume and the worst part was the zipper was literally sewn into the dress I couldn't even try it on and the wig I ordered was not how it looked in the picture, it was not the color and it's not the same style, it's horrible. The shoes that I ordered do not fit, they're too small even though they are my size. I would put money on it that the 2 items I'm waiting for also terribly made and I'll end up throwing them away. What a waste of $80 I will never order from the awful company again. And hopefully other people will read the reviews before the make the same mistake.

They come from China and it takes forever (months)! When your order finally comes in, its nothing but JUNK! It doesn't even look like what the model are wearing! The skirt is NOT what you show in the picture, the skirt you sent it cheap and ugly.

Somehow I couldn't find review sites for this website prior to buying my dresses. Now that I got my package, a month later, it was such a disappointment. Quality of fabric was extremely cheap. You are not getting what is advertised. I guess it was too good to be true; 3 dresses for $34 and free shipping. Waste of money but I am glad I didn't spend more money than what I was enticed to spend.

I originally wrote a review on Site Jabber about Rosegal.com saying that this site is disgusting and I will never order from them again. I ordered a loose sweater that was advertised as, "one size fits all" and though I am a 5'5'' and 123 lbs I almost couldn't get the thing over my head. On top of that, the sweater had NO LABEL or TAG or Material description OR care instructions tag ANYWHERE. It looked like it was made in someones garage. HORRIBLE! The Material wasn't even the same material as what was pictured on their web site. The material was thin and scratchy... HA! Nice sweater material... not only are you cold, you are scratchy too.
Okay, so then, Rosegal replies to my review saying how "oh so sorry we are and can we make it up to you just give us your order number" So then I wrote a semi apology for writing such a scathing review. (oh, by the way they write this "so sorry" response to almost everyone that gives them a bad review) I give them my order number, and now not only has my previous review on Sitejabber disappeared, they have not replied back except to say yet AGAIN how sorry they are and asking AGAIN for my order number. Okay, I admit I am an idiot to have gotten suckered yet again.
Do not buy from this site. They will rip you off. At least I am fortunate that I got what I ordered. I see that a lot of people don't.

I ordered an item a month ago and still have not received it! Customer service will not contact me back and i have yet to figure out how to track my purchase. They email a tracking number but it continues to tell me it is incorrect. Thank goodness it was only a $13 order! I will be checking online review pages before ordering from new sites for now on.
