But it is, as I see people making their reviews and receiving from Rose Gal, the same response that they were going to "Take cared " of the situation and asked for my ticket number, I sent my ticket number but NOTHING TRANSPIRES... don't get your hopes up that they will care about your concerns or reviews, that part is a scam because they don't, and they won't. Ticket number meant nothing to them but numbers. Everyone who receives a message that they will take care of the issue... it's a lie. Don't hold your breath.
Didn't check the reviews like a dummie but ordered 2 sweaters a month ago. I haven't received them nor have I received a shipping confirmation. Whatever you do pay attention to the reviews cause I believe now that they are a scam.

I never write reviews, but in this case, I have to! It's been over a month and I have not received the dress I ordered. When I emailed to complain they said it was expected because I chose to ship ground. They advised it might be stuck so I went to USPS, DHL, and UPS (yes they advised and I went to all 3 places) to find it which they recommended but obviously none of the places have the mysterious package. I cannot file a complaint or get a refund until it's been LOST for 60 days. Unbelievable. What a scam. Suck crap.

What more can be said about this company all the negative reviews about this company are accurate i checked on my order after 28 days and it said it was still processing! I have emailed them twice with no response and the phone number is a magicjack number that has been disconnected. Never received my order and I'm out $40. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a blouse in a size Large. I usually wear a Medium but expected it to be a bit smaller than usual because of the price. This blouse lacked about 4-6 inches even meeting in the front. It wouldn't even fit a large child. Also, it was supposed to be chiffon and it was made of a cheap satin material. I didn't pay to ship it back but donated it to Goodwill. My lesson was learned: never, ever order anything again from Rosegal. Buyers beware... shop elsewhere!

Took two months to receive one shirt! Ordered a monogrammed shirt and when it finally arrived it was not my monogram. Sent complaint ticket and they said no returns and it comes with the monogram initials in the picture?! Who wants a shirt with the wrong monogram! Will never order from them again! It really is a shame because they seem to have cute stuff!

My shipment came in within 2 weeks, BUT out of 3 dresses, I was sent 2 of the wrong size and the material is super CHEAP! The items on the site don't represent quality...
To top it off, I had a receipt in my bag with the dresses prices, which were all $3 and change, yet my total bill was $50! Ridiculous, bad quality, and terrible misrepresentation... ZZ**************

I ordered a dress on Rose Gal in July. The delivery was a bit long, but when I contacted the customer service, I got a really fast reply and when the dress arrived, it was exactly as described and as was on the picture.
I ordered a shirt 4 weeks ago. They sent me a shipping number two weeks later.
This number does not exist at China Post Unregistered and what is worse, each contact to
Rosegal in the meantime asking for details and a correct number ended in silence.
No answer. Nothing. The best could be they are unable to organize their orders and shippings, worst reason the company is not serious. At least some clients got their merchandise delivered.

I have had a really poor experience ordering from RoseGal and I don't recommend them to anyone. Their automated messages are not helpful at all and they do not answer any questions properly. They lost my package in transit and then prompted me several times to pick it up from some kind of package centre (not a post office). However, they were unable to tell me exactly where it was in order to pick it up, even though I asked several times to please just tell me exactly where it was so I could locate it and pick it up. They kept replying with garbled automated messages then finally when my package was sent back to them, told me they were going to charge me to resend it. Now I keep asking them to just refund my money, and they keep responding with auto-responses that are not helpful at all. Really disappointing in so many ways. I will never order from them again.
