I ordered 6 items from them about 2 months ago. They posted 5/6 of my items out, not even bothering to dispatch the last item. Of the 5 items I received, 3 were faulty - seams all coming undone and loose stitches- or had ridiculous sizing. The "One Size fits all" is rubbish, I am only 5ft 4 and the leggings I purchased were several inches too small (I usually have the opposite problem of standard sizing being too long!).
Of the other two items, some sandals and a rucksack, the rucksack broke within 2 weeks of using. The sandals were fine but very uncomfortable. I emailed them to request a refund for all the items and had to upload several pictures of the items next to a measuring tape. They have (after many emails back and forth) agreed to refund the item they never posted to my paypal but all others are being refunded to my rosegal account, and they also want a picture of the sandals even though they are not faulty, saying that if there's no photo then there's no refund.
Overall a very stressful experience that is not worth the hassle!
The Better Business Bureau should shut them down. Ordered 6 dresses, terrible quality, 2 dresses would fit small children. In addition, there is no return information available. Now I am stuck with merchandise that I can only donate to good will!

I ordered two dresses three months ago, they never came, the company does nothing about it. I have emailed them every day for the last three weeks, no response. This website needs to be shut down it is a scam. Then they emailed me on Sitejabber saying they would "resolve the problem" and if I sent them my order number they would fix it all, I sent them my order number twice and never heard back from them.

I've ordered a dress from here thinking it would be pretty and high quality. It was cheap and free shipping, so how could I say no. I ordered it and it took over a month to actually get here. When it did arrive, the quality was so cheap. The dress legitimately felt like raincoat fabric. Also, the packaging was questionable. It was folded so many times while resulted in many wrinkles. I seriously would advise anyone to stay away.

I bought a dress for a wedding on this site. It still is not here and I ordered it over a month ago. The tracking information stops once it departs for the US. I have submitted two tickets and have no heard a response in a week (The site says that response comes in 24 hours.) The payment already went through on my credit card, so there is no way of canceling the payment. No answer when I call (5 times at different times) either. I am so outraged at this website. I was recommending it to friends and I have changed that recommendation. Horrible customer service and now I have to find a dress in less than a week.
The customer service finally reached back out to me after a month and refunded my money. Keep messaging and writing reviews in order to get their attention.

I should have known that the amazing prices and beautiful clothes were too good to be true. I did receive my order and in a reasonable delay but what I received is not what I saw a picture of. Sure the pattern may be similar but the 4 dresses I got did not look anything like what they did on the website. The one I was most looking forward to; a beautiful blue dress I'm using as pyjamas because that's the only place I can be seen wearing it. Clearly the quality and materials they are using are not the same as what the models are wearing in the pictures. I would recommend saving your money and buying from a reputable company.

I recently ordered 9 items from Rosegal all shirts and sweaters and I only received 3 of the items. Of the 3 times I received only 1 shirt fit properly and the other 2 were 2 sizes too small even thought all the shirts I ordered were a size XL. I tried emailing the company twice to ask about the other 6 items that were missing and I haven't gotten a reply. I reviewed the 3 shirts I did receive on their website. I gave the 2 shirts that were too small a bad review (1 star) and the shirt that fit I gave a positive review (4 start) and reseal only posted the positive review on their website. This company it terrible.

I ordered 2 dresses from them. One arrived 3 months later and one has not arrived still. The quality of the dress I ordered is the worst that can be imagined. It is cheap beyond belief. It is a scam on what they show on their website and what actually it is. You cannot chase them as to access your account on their website is not easy and you cant contact them. I have learnt my lesson and will not order anything from them and have also told others.

The clothe I ordered is defected, poor quality and the fit is really odd. I contacted support center for return address. They asked me for pictures to prove. I sent them picture of where the clothe was ripped from the inside out. After that no response. Tried to log in my account, and it kept saying wrong password. Basically, they just don't want to get their defect item back and refund the money that they already took. The clothe isn't really worth the amount that they charged. A lesson to learn... nothing is cheap and look good... even it was been sent all the way from CHINA to the US (go through US Custom inspection).
REALLY POOOOOOOO... R QUALITY... Don't order... it's almost like a scam.

I actually lucked out before I got scammed because their sucky site wouldn't even let me log in. It kept saying invalid email. It's a shame because the clothes really do look darling on the site. Too bad it's all misrepresented. Also, customer service is not even there!

After reading reviews here and another site, I got cold feet and put in a request to cancel my nearly $100 order. The money had already been taken from my account- pretty much immediately. I don't want to spend a few months waiting, then if the items are of poor fit or quality, have to spend a few months trying to return them and get my money back. I've gotten no response as of yet. Watch, by the time they reply, they'll probably say the order has been processed even though I sent the cancellation request on a Friday evening just an hour or two after placing the order. Sounds like it's going to take quite a bit longer to get a refund than they took to grab my money!

Size wrong, material, garbage, waiting time to even receive your product, over a month. Thats bull$#*!. Return policy ridicules. I will never order anything from this site again. I shpuld have known better considering the prices and where they come from.

My order was said to be shipped off on the 8th of September, (they even sent my a photo of my package with my name on it) and it is now the 24th of October and I still haven't received anything. Although the first time I emailed they replied back pretty fast I am still extremely disappointed that my package is taking this long. If our packages are going to take a lot longer then what is said on the website then maybe the shouldn't state that. I wish I read reviews before I ordered my things! But there was none on their website, obviously because it is very bad service and no one has anything good to say!
