Hi, I ordered from this site over a week and a half ago I paid extra money for faster postage I have had an email saying it has been dispatched, yet when I go put the tracking number in it can't find it. I have emailed you guys over 4 times with no response. It's just rude customer service if you ask me. It better be here by Friday morning or I'll be taking this problem higher if I have too! Not very happy
I placed an order over two months ago and I am still yet to receive it. I have lodge several queries to their customer service department which promises a 24 hour response over the last three weeks and I am still to receive a response.
I do not want a generated response from this company apologising or asking for my order number as I have already provided this to them on several occasions. Either send out my order or provide me with a refund!

I received my order I think from Asia. I know it takes a awhile so wasn't worried. Items arrived and everything I ordered is to small. I think all their clothing is made for little Asian girls not American girls. I will have to find someone small enough to wear them. Maybe my 4 years old granddaughter. Cute clothes tho.

I was so bummed when I read these reviews shortly after placing my order. To my surprise, I had a wonderful experience. I placed my order and immediately got an order confirmation. The following week I got a shipping confirmation and my credit card was charged. Less than a week later, I received my order via DHL. I ordered a size up after reading that the tops run small. Yes, it is a thin material, but what I would expect for what I paid. Will use again! Hopefully the bad reviews were just a new business working out the kinks.
Pictures look great! Buyers beware! Took 1 month to receive my items. No response when I tried to contact company. Worst company ever! Clothing was so cheaply made I wouldn't even use it for rags

I have to ask the customer care center. How on earth can you continue on doing business when you have complaint after complaint after complaint? And that's just THIS page? This one alone has over 1600 complaints on it? Don't you think it's time to change something? I work in an industry that thrives on reviews. If we had anything remotely close to this type of trend. We would have been shut down ages ago. Perhaps you should stop worrying about free shipping and 80% off, and start working about coming through and quality to some degree.

I ordered 4 items last month, I received 3 of them within 2 weeks but I haven't gotten my hoodie. The items I did receive were disappointing to say the least. I wrote them over a week ago and have yet to hear back from them. So much for 24 hour response like their site promises. This site is nothing but bull $#*!. All items are cheap fakes of the photographs, shoddy stitching, material and the clothing has a pungent smell. The sizes are nothing like they are supposed to be. Website had you believing this was a clothing firm in the Netherlands NO ITS FROM CHINA.

I ordered a sweater from this company over a month ago and contacted them about when I could expect to receive it and never heard back from them- I want my money back and am entirely disappointed about the website. I called their customer service number and was told that their "magic jack customer" was currently away. I don't know what type of shiesty operation is going on here, but this is terrible that so many people are getting robbed and the one's who do get their parcels are so disappointed.

I ordered from Rosegal over a month ago and have submitted problems through the support center, but have not received any information on the whereabouts of my purchases. I have already paid for the items and most likely cannot even wear them as now they are out of season! I would NEVER recommend this site to a friend. I have been trying to get a hold of anyone regarding my order. They charged my credit card almost a month ago and I still have received NO COMMUNITATION from them. I made two orders with Rosegal. I paid for the expedited shipping and I have never heard from them. Oh they charged my account right away but I put in two separate tickets to their customer service asking where my orders were and of course I have not received any response. They claim 24 hours but it's been a week. Really wish I would of checked these reviews before I wasted the $60. I am going to my bank to get my money back. You people are just sucking people's money. I am reporting this place as fraud. Hopefully it will shut you down and you will get your stupid ads off of all of my social media. You people are terrible for doing this to customers.
