I should have figured something was fishy when I saw that you can't add a review on their facebook page. I ordered a shirt from Rosegal over two weeks ago. When I check the status of the order, it only tells me it's still "Processing". Still processing for over two weeks? Not even shipped yet? I've submitted two complaint tickets, neither of which has been answered despite their "response within 24 hours" promise. It looks like they're just going to keep on taking people's money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM ARTIST SITE!

I have ordered several products (about 20) over the years with this site and have usually been pleased with the products for the price but not any more after weeks of waiting for one dress that is unwearable and total y transparent and two items missing presumed lost and another 6 weeks waiting for another three so far (who knows what they will look like) I have had enough. Sadly They have lost another customer

Do not waste your time or money! I ordered over a month ago and still never got my items. I contacted the company they said it would be shipped late November... Ummm, I placed my order September 27th... They sure charged my card right away, but I can't reach them for a refund... TOTAL SCAM!

I ordered some clothing from rosegal.com in mid August, and when they sent me an email telling me my order had shipped, I saw that they had completely butchered my address. They listed the street number as my name and completely dropped the apartment number. I contacted them right away to tell them what happened and they said they couldn't do anything until the package came back, and that I should contact my post office. I did contact the post office but they wouldn't release the package to me since my name wasn't on it and there was not a valid address on the package. Meanwhile, the second half of my order shipped and they sent it to the wrong address AGAIN, even though I had already notified them of the error. My packages were never returned to China - they have been sitting at a post office in LA for months (I am in Seattle). I have exchanged many messages back and forth with Rosegal support and they refuse to do anything about this. They will not contact the post office and they will not give me any answers. They tell me I have a handling deadline of October 20 and they will "offer me a solution" after that, but it is past that deadline and I still haven't heard back from them. The replies I get are in such broken English that they are barely intelligible. I absolutely do not think that everybody should speak English, but I think that if a company is going to market their product in an English-speaking country, they should employ some English-speaking customer service representatives. In summary, I never got my order, the customer service was the worst I have ever encountered, and I cannot warn you enough to stay away from this company. I guess this is what I get for buying cheap junk from China. Never again.

For $11 (plus shipping), I guess I can't be too mad... but I purchased this dress to wear at my birthday party in a week and fell in love with the "plunging" neckline, only - it doesn't have one and is totally different than what is pictured on the website. It is so sheer you can see straight through it and can only be used as a swimsuit cover up because a slip would be totally obvious and tacky. I had been warned that the sizing ran small so I ordered a large but this is more like a small/medium. It's like the saying "If it seems too good to be true..."

I ordered 3 items. 2 were delivered; never saw the 3rd item. When I notified them, their first response was "Item shipped." Second complaint - response was "Thank you for your patience." Items ship from China. Advise: Pass on this business.

I ordered two sweaters on Sept. 3rd, and I never got it. They responded to my first support ticket, but they ignored the recent 3 tickets I left afterwards. They said it will take about 15-25 business days, but it has been more than 30 business days. This is so wrong... they deserve no star at all.

It has been over 35 days since they've said it shipped with a 10-25 average ship time. I have sent over 4 emails and have not gotten one response. Beginning to think this is a fraudulent company. If I ever get my order, I will come back and make another rating but until that time I advise people to not order from this company.

I ordered 6 necklaces. 5 showed up in one shipment (weeks ago) the second shipment has yet to show up. But they were both sent out the same day. I have emailed 3 times about my issue, and have not received a response back. Their customer service is terrible, or should I saw lack of.
Now on to the 5 necklaces I received. They look NOTHING like the photos, and one broke before I could even wear it. They look like they belong in a quarter machine. I purchased silver necklaces and received gold.
I would recommend NEVER doing business with them, unless you want to throw money away, have no customer service, and only receive part of your orders. I have no idea how they are still in business, they should be shut down

When you do receive your order, the pieces are barbie doll sizes. They say they will reimburse you if you take pictures of the clothes not fitting, submit a ridiculous amount of paperwork and send all back in a certain amount of time and with certain postage and insurance BUT they NEVER reimburse you! No matter how many times you call them, email them, etc. They will NOT respond! PLEASE do NOT order from Rosegal.com. Save yourself some trouble!

Money has been attempted to be taken from my account from either employees from Rosegal or sammydresses! My banks fraud prevention team have been hot on it straight away thank God! DO NOT GIVE ANY BANK DETAILS TO THESE COMPANIES! They have made attempts with a fraudulent card in the USA. I urge you to not be sucked in by the cheap clothing which doesn't fit anyway. Once they have your bank details then they can make counterfeit cards with your details.
