I have ordered this dress for my Birthday about 2 months ago and still have not received. I contacted customer service and have not received any answers yet. Dont buy with RoseGal ever again.
People ordering from this site should not be surprised at the quality of the merchandise. At these prices, you are not going to get top quality. I have ordered from them about 3 times. Each times I waited over a month. This last order took over two. They were very prompt in responding to my emails. They gave me the option of either reordering (at their expense) or receiving a credit to my account. I took the credit. Then received the merchandise. I still got the credit so I'm happy. You do have to be very careful with the sizes. I always order larger than I normally would. Everything has fit. One dress arrived looking like sewing was incomplete but fortunately my mother-in-law is a wizard with the sewing machine so it turned out all right.
I read the reviews. Most of the reviews are bad but a few reviews said they received what they ordered and for the price you pay they were reasonably satisfied. The advice one lady gave was to keep orders small. I ordered 3 things which came to $40, so it was no great shakes if they never arrived. They did take a long time to come, I waited just over 2 months which I was partly expecting. One item a hat, I was very happy with, the 2nd item a cover up was OK, not of a great quality but it was only $12 and the one's I had been looking at in the shops was $130! The last item a dress, was very poorly made and just doesn't seem to have been sewn correctly, I might try to fix it up myself as there seems little point going to the effort of sending it back. If I order again, I will try to keep to simple designs or maybe just accessories. My sum up, is that it is cheap clothes at cheap prices with a certain amount of risk in the delivery and item accurately matching expectations. I may order again but I will be cautious. It's a real shame because I love so many things on this website!

I ordered the photo advertised lace trim top. What an atrocity. I wouldn't wear it to a dog fight as they say. The grey cotton shirt is in fact light grey but the trim on the hem is a faded blue. I ordered a large and it would probably fit someone who is a size 6. Cheaply made. Don't waste your money. Funny how no invoice comes in the package and difficult to get in touch with the creeps. A nonstar rating would be appropriate.

I placed my order Sept 12,2015, it was shipped Sept. 19 got a tracking # from China Post, when I track my order, they can't locate it, and it says there on the fine print that my order could take up to 120 days to deliver, are you kidding me! I have tried their live chat line it is always offline I have even tried 12; am to 6; am USA time nothing, have got 4 ticket #'s but never a response I can't log in because I never created an account to make my purchase, Luckily my purchase was only $10 and if I never hear from them too bad, just don't waste your time and money this is a complete scam from what I see all these reviews and just in case I get a reply order # isZ************** plz refund my money the rating, only because I had to, as far as I'm concerned, no rating

I am with the majority... I also ordered from this company... it's been 8 weeks and no product! I tried to write them, twice... to ask for a credit on my credit card, and they have not responded. This company is a JOKE and a SCAM! Consumers... BEWARE! By the way, Rosegal, my order number is Z************** in case you are reading this. I also happened to be employed by one of the biggest government companies in Ontario... will you get bad word of mouth? You bet! Lesson learned: do your research, people, before you ever buy on line!

I ordered myself and my daughter items for our first cruise and my order is taking forever and I have tried calling the stupid majic jack number and left ticket after ticket with no response! My tracking number they gave me shows invalid on every shipping site! Order number zp**************. I paid $3 for the 3-5 day shipping on 10-13-15 and it still hasn't been shipped. I tried calling the phone number on their website and it says "the magic jack customer you are trying to reach is unavailable. Please leave a message". I wouldn't care that my item hasn't arrived yet if it weren't for the fact that I paid for it to arrive that week and it has now been 15 days and I haven't even received a message back from the company about the when my order will be shipped. I will never buy from this company again. I want my $3 back and my item to be shipped. This website is a scam.

I have yet to receive an order I placed weeks ago. I had been unsuccessful in reaching this company until I wrote a bad review. Interestingly enough, they sent me and the day I posted my review stating that I would be receiving my order within the next week or so. When I responded asking them for a tracking number, they never replied and now there's an error message stating my ticket has expired. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau. Do not buy from them!

I ordered $98 worth of merchandise, when I received it it smelled like it had been stored in a warehouse for months and the quality of the material is horrible and cheap. Order was placed in June returned it in July after several attempts to get the return address in CHINA and I still haven't received credit for it. Purchased thru Paypal and they have been trying to get this resolved with no luck either. Sent them the return shipping label and still no credit thru Paypal. The clothing I received is only a VERY cheap representation of the clothing I thought I was ordering, per the picture shown in the advertisement, and is clearly false advertising. I ordered three dresses a few months ago. Of the three, only one is wearable. The other two dresses look like cheap costume materials that have been poorly sewn. One of the dresses had good material but has about 7 inches shorter that expected. I will nor order from them again.

So I chased my missing parcel 2 weeks ago (Ordered on the 9th September and was shipped on the 14th) They have told me 'maybe it is as your post office' No. Just no. It wouldn; t be possible and there wouldn't be a reason for this. Someone is always home.
I just want my money back. I doubt it is going to exceed my expectations when it has taken this long to get it (IF I EVER DO GET IT!)

I bought 3 items received only one. I send them email in regards to the missing two. They say it was put in a different package... It will take 10-25 days again... who knows if ill ever get it. Aside from that poor quality. Doesnt look like in the picture. Grrrrr
