Update- After I just used another ticket to complain and ask for a refund, I waited a few hours before checking my emails for a response and kow and behold what do I see 'RoseGal: Your order has been shipped' so after I complain they suddenly ship out my item that I no longer want in a flash to AVOID giving me my money back. I am outraged at this, I hope no one else falls into the same trao, bunch of jerks
Ordered 2 items. I was charged for an item that was not available. Was not notified. I had to argue to have my money returned and when my would my other item be shipped. It had been 10 days since I placed my order and it was not on its way. I finally received my item today, 20 days later, and it was not what I ordered. I ordered a L and it is more like an XS. Also has no tags in it to say where it was made or brand. I don't even know if it is brand new. I could ship it back but id have to pay for the shipping. Its not worth the money to send it back. I don't even want to give it any stars but I had to in order to submit!

I ordered stuff in August and never received it. Started asking them for a refund in October and it's been a frustrating ride. I finally got satisfaction by going onto their FB page and messaging incessantly though there... letting them know I would contact the Better Business Burea and my lawyer. I just received the last of my refund (on my credit card) today. Keep on them people. Hound Hound Hound and you may get satisfaction.

I ordered two jumpers from Rosegal because I was happy with their prices and free shipping option. I don't have much money and sometime have to go without food for a week but really desperately wanted to be warm this winter. My items still have not been shipped as it just says "Processing" when I check on my order. After reading all these reviews (which I should have done first and feel so stupid for not doing) I realise that I may never receive my order and even if I do it wont be this winter for sure and IF when I do then it will probably be unrecognisable compared to the falsely advertised pictures so I would like to cancel my order now and get my money back but CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT REPLYING TO ME! I am almost in tears with anxiety, it looks like it is going to be a cold winter. But if you do see this rosegal, my order number is Z**************. Please help to right the wrong you have done. Ordered 2 items on 22nd August. Neither item has arrived. I contacted them 2 weeks ago and they did respond quite quickly to say check with the post office and also it can take up to 2 full months, therefore contact them again after 2 months to request a refund. I did that on Monday both via their ticket system and Facebook, neither contact has been acknowledged.

46 days since we ordered a dress and still it hasn't arrived. No response whatsoever from 3 emails using the "ticket" response system. We would like a FULL REFUND please.

Wish I had read the reviews first. If I could give 0 stars I would. My credit card was charged days before anything "shipped". I only received one of my items and it was nothing like the photo. Extremely poorly made, unraveling, threads hanging, and the size is way off. I contacted the company via e-mail and got a very generic email back telling me it was shipped and to wait another 16 days to get it. It also mentioned I can return the item at my cost for a credit - not offered a refund. Terrible business!

I am an informed and experienced online buyer. From here on in, I'll always check reviews for a 'first time' order with a company I've not previously dealt with.
I will tell you that following the online order (for what appeared to be a beautiful summertime dress) Rosegal was quick to respond, stating that the pkg. Was in the mail. The charge was on my credit card just as quickly.
That was Aug 17. It never arrived. I was in touch online 3 times - placing "tickets" with my concerns. The phone number on google for Rosegal was a fraud. The only way of placing a complaint was by way of 'tickets' on their site. Each time I placed an inquiry, they returned a ticket response with the same 2 questions - was my mailing address accurate and did I check with the Post Office to see if somehow the package ended up there. After waiting 2 months, their final reply stated that they could do one of two options - give me a Rosegal credit for my next order OR they could start at the beginning again, to reship the dress.
This week I approached my bank, to ask them to step in, which they did. They credited my account, and let me know very clearly, that this was not the first complaint regarding Rosegal.
Live and learn.

The only reason this site gets one star is because you HAVE to give it something. These is not a company. This has got to be a scam. Their customer service phone number runs off of a "Magic Jack" phone system! I have left multiple tickets and not had a single response. I refuse to get ripped off like this. Do not order from this company.

I read the reviews of this company and purchased slippers anyway... almost 2 months ago! I am still waiting. After waiting 30 days, I of course contacted customer service who did respond via e-mail. I got a response that said sometimes it takes a while to receive and please be patient. In a couple of days, it will be a full 2 months since placing my order. At this point I really don't expect to receive anything from them. PLEASE DON'T SEND THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY, YOU WILL BE SORRY. Take it from someone who now feels they were scammed. As for the slippers, it was going to be a birthday present for my granddaughters 16 birthday. Her birthday has now come and gone.

I ordered 2 dresses about 5 months ago, I got them and they were good quality. I ordered another dress September 17th/15 and still have not received it. I ordered a few items from Rosegal and upon receiving the items (delivery split into 2, so have only received half the items) the clothes are TERRIBLE. The pictures shown on the website are false advertising and the quality of the clothes are just disgusting. The poor people who have to make these clothes are being scammed! I wouldn't let a homeless person wear these clothes!

My item never arrived and it's obvious the customer service contact is a scam. The company is a scam. Wonder why they haven't been prosecuted/shut down?
