Ewww! One of the shirts I ordered had a brown stain on the front when it arrived. And I still haven't received the rest of my order. It's been a few weeks now. Never shopping here again. And I'm not touching anything I just ordered. It's all going in the trash.
Took over two weeks to get my stuff and didn't even get everything I ordered. Tried customer service and it goes to magic jack and a full mailbox so there is no way to talk to anybody to help resolve anything. Definitely avoid using this sight

The order I placed shipment took 2 full months to get, the clothes ordered were all to small. The company is out of China and sizing is not the same as US sizes. My 4X leggings I had to give away to a friend who wares size 3 this was more then 8 sizes to small. I found they are eager to please, sizing being the biggest problem. No phone number or address and no tracking available, you are required to fill out a trouble ticket they did get back to me in the 24 hour time frame. I was refunded for back orders at my request with no problem. I DO NOT recommend to order clothes unless you can figure out thir sizes. I'm not sure it's a scam company, I feel it is out of country, diffrent sizes then US and very long time for shipping. Paying cheap prices you can't expect exspensive products. I was ok with them but will Not order from them again just because of out of county security.
Only good thing I can say is that I actually received the product. Not that it did me much good. The clothing must be made for the mythical wee folks. Nothing fit and the quality is so poor I wouldn't wear it if it had. Fortunately I have learned a valuable lesson regarding online shopping. Before placing an order check the reviews first. If I had done that based on the poor reviews for Rosegal I would not have placed an order. Is this company scamming the unsuspecting? Read the reviews and the answer is very clear. Buyer beware. No stars.

I placed an order for my daughter from Rosegal back in August. I ordered two SUMMER outfits that we have yet to receive! Rosegal immediately took the funds from our acct but have yet to send me the items we ordered! I have made several attempts to contact them, and they are NOT responding! ZERO stars! I want my refund! Your website clearly states that any tickets submitted on your website will be answered within 24 hours. I have submitted 3 now, one on 10/30, the second on 11/4 and another 11/8. I have yet to receive responses on any of them. I wrote a bad review on this website and got a reply within 24 hours asking for my order number. I suggest you quit reading reviews online and take care of the issues on your own website. By the way - my order numbers are listed on my complaint ticket. All 3 of them.

I feel like the sweater I ordered isn't a sweater at all, it's more like a mesh material of very low quality. I know the prices are low but this item looks nothing like the picture. I am sending it back a long with a dress that is too small. I have other items coming from Rosegals and am hoping they are higher quality or at least like the photos.

Save your money and buy from legitimate sellers. I placed my order on Aug 26 and it been more that 60 days I have only received 1 of the 2 items I placed online.
It is not worth waiting for your cheap item from Rosegal. Same items can be purchased on Ebay.

I wish i would have read the reviews first because the exact same that has happened to me. I ordered 3 items, rosegal sent me an email stating 1 of the 3 items had been shipped out that was on Sep. 24 but i never received it. I received a 2 email stating that the other 2 items had shipped out on Oct. 17 still haven't seen anything. I contacted rosegal via email request an update or refund but of course I haven't heard anything. Luckily for me i call my bank and they said they can refund my money and they will pursue a refund from Rosegal. My advise is DO NOT order from this fake store.

I am very upset. I too ordered and Paid for the 3 to 7 business day and it's been well passed that. I ordered an item to have for Halloween and still have not received it. It has been saying shipped for a week now. Very disappointed.

I spent $55 USD which turned out to be over $90 dollars canadian. They shipped in 2 shipments and i was charged an additional $24 duty on 1 shipment. The clothes look like they're from the dollar store. Cheapest nastiest polyester fabric i've ever seen. I wouldn't put this on my dog. Ugly ugly ugly cheap. Don't waste your money!

Last time, i dont know how but my review caught your eyes and you asked my order no which is Z**************, but by no chance i can see that you have done anything. Was it, just to show the people that you do care, coz if you do care about your customers, you won't leave your customer's need hanging. Your reputation is hanging by a thread and perhaps, a whole lot of people are ready with their scissors.
I'm not going to repeat my issues because if nobody's hearing, why should i even speak.
But I would like to point out ways so that you can function properly.
I'm not an expert but as a customer, I think that you should dig deeper and investigate the problem that has been causing this late delivery because if you don't deliver nobody's gonna come to you ever again. Payment options and refunding: it would be nice if one can pay cash on delivery coz one does not know when the product is really going to be delivere.And the automated reply system: what's the need of putting customer care and live chat when there's nobody who gives a $#*!. It's like your mocking us.

After all these reviews, I will not order. Sorry to all that have been scammed but thank you for helping the rest of us I will do the same and warn other as many as possible. Oh and the five stars are for all of you not the company lol
I went to this website and realized that so many of their clothing is ripped off from other websites, such as iloveshowpo.com! They cut the models face off so you can't identify them, but I would definitely recommened doing a reverse image search on google and you'll see! I've ordered from those other sites and RoseGals size chart is even completely wrong! I was going to order, but I'm glad I didn't! You may have to spend more money on other rompers, but trust me, you'll get what your actually paying for... and all of mine (which this site stole from other sites) fit perfect! There size chart is completely bogus. This website is a SCAM!
So, I don't know what this company is. After writing numerous bad reviews I got the Rosegal people's attention, and they messaged me, asked if I wanted a refund or if I wanted them to send me the item. I chose refund cuz I read that the people who actually did get the item, it was way too small and of bad quality. I did get the refund after about a week.
So, perhaps they aren't the scammy-scammsters I originally thought they were. It's still kinda sketch, BUT after giving them a TON of bad reviews, I got their attention and my money back.

I would give this 0 stars if I could... I ordered a dress for Halloween/wedding I have. I paid extra to have it expedited ( they said 3-7 business days) I received an e-mail stating my product has a tracking number and after checking for a few days and no change I e-mailed the shipping company. The lady informed me a shipping label had been created but no one gave the actual product to be shipped yet. I just e-mailed the company saying I want to cancel my order and want my money back.
This place is a scam. I understand it's from overseas but this is complete crap. I dread trying to find out how long everything is going to take to be refunded.

Now from my understanding it is a scam and im gonna go to my bank today and have them get my money back and report this website as a scam.
