I have yet to receive my order from this company. It was ordered on Sept 9,2015 and so far nothing. It has been almost double the allotted business days for my order to be in. Money has been taken from me already too. If the order isn't in or close to in, I should not be charged right away.
I would like a full refund on my order and cancel the order.
I ordered 2 swimsuits from rosegal in August. It is now November and (aside from the fact that I no longer have any use for swimsuits this season) I have not received anything. The sale stated that I would receive my items between 12-25 business days. When I have asked for a refund, they refused, telling me that it could take several months!

I recently submitted a negative review of this site and they responded very quickly with an apology and asked me to submit order number information which I did but as usual no further communication! This is very frustrating so please stay away from this site as their products are very poorly manufactured and sizing is a joke. Save yourself time and grief and shop at a retail store with customer service and sizing for real people

I am still waiting for my order of 9/14/15, waiting 48 days now. I receive no replies to my requests for information on this order. I plan to contact PayPal to get my money back and cancel this order. I have seen nothing but negative comments on your site.

I add my name to the very long list of disappointed and frustrated victims of this scam company. It is almost 2 months since I placed my order for 3 tops and I know now that they will be just some cheap, flimsy junk from China, even thought I have NOT received them. The reviews below say it all. I emailed and the response a week later was "we shipped your item but you did not pay for tracking service". What tracking service? There was no option to add on tracking information. I did not even get a notification when the items shipped. I am now out $35 unless my PayPal claim is successful and they are able to get this scam company to issue a refund. I, like many others, will never purchase from a "too good to be true" website again without reading reviews first. Buyers please beware - DO NOT buy anything from this company!

I ordered a dress at the same time as a pair of leggings. The dress never arrived, no note, nothing. Leggings were said to be one sized, I am 160 cm tall and weight 52 kilos and the leggings could not fit me! It said to be women's leggings, but they are for girls. And also, quality is horrible...

Do not order from this site! Clothes are not as represented in quality or size! Top I ordered looked nothing like photo & was so small it would have fit a toddler! Total joke! And good luck returning & getting refund! You're better off challenging the fees to your credit card. I got mine reversed. Take that Rosegal.com!

I order a dress October 12th and they tell me 7-10 business days. Well that time went by and nothing so we emailed and they said 10-25 which would mean me getting my dress on homecoming. Well they have now informed m that it wont be inn till Nov 14th and that's without weather problems and such. A whole month. A month to send a single dress. It said the dress got sent out Oct 13th. How in the world does it take this long. Never order from them. They are $#*!.

If you paid via Pay Pal, call them as they can help get your money back. I was lucky my bank asked how I paid and told them through my Visa Debit through Pay Pal and they suggested I call them and I did and they have already sent a dispute resolution to the company requesting my money back. The more complaints they get, then they said they can advise the company that they no longer can use Pay Pal which should shut their business down. Their number is *******116. THIS IS FOR SURE A SCAM. They have a majic jack account which is a house line and the voicemail is always full. They don't respond to complaints either. SHUT THIS BUSINESS DOWN. PLEASE CALL PAY PAL.

I ordered a grey top from Rosegal. The photos showed thin tasseles on the top. The top I received had wide tassels... just slits cut into the material. The material also didn't match the close up of the photo. Sleeves are also too short. Can't return. They false advertise and steal people's money!

I ordered a sweater and a long t-shirt. Three weeks later I received the sweater which was too small. I have emailed the company 3 times and still no response from them. It's been about 5 weeks and I still have yet to receive my long t-shirt or an emai, or a call back. I only spent $28, but it's $28 I could have spent elsewhere. I will never order from here again. I doubt I will get my money back either. Worst service ever!

Never been active the many many times I've tried to get on it. No response from the company as to why I didn't receive what I paid for. Hoping PayPal can get me a refund. If this company is so bad you all should notify the BBB. They need to be shut down. I see they sell on amazon. Notify them to. There is also a site that deal with fraud. Thanks you saved me from buying from them.
I ordered two items for winter and I received only one item which was too small. When I tried to return it they said I had to send pictures to prove it didn't fit. Not worth the time or hassle to return. Total disregard for the item I am missing from my order.

I oredered from rose gal months ago. I've mailed customer service and they told me to check at the post office, they then said they will send again. I won't hold my breath! Not long after I ordered I realised how foolish it was. If these companies can sell things this cheap you have to question how they do it. Who are they employing and under what circumstances, is it legal etc Do you want to be scammed out of money for useless clothes probably made in a sweat shop. That's a lose lose situation! If it seems to good to be true it usually is! After 4 pairs of £10 earrings from Argos breaking I finally bought the £40 pair from Swarovski and have had no problems. You don't have to buy branded but somewhere between there and dirt cheap will reflect the quality. If they're advitising through Facebook it's probably not worth it!
