At this point I just want my money back. I want to give this company 0 stars but it is making me give at least 1. The true rating of this company is 0 stars! It took over a month to receive my items. They sent the items in 2 shipments. My items were received wadded up to the extent that a bracelet I purchased was broken. The quality of all the items were extremely cheap. The items were not as they were pictured. The order came with no tracking slip or anything. I have now waited numerous days to hear back about returning the items. I tried calling customer service and it goes to an answering machine. I don't want to give them my number because I don't give my number out because I don't want to receive scam phone calls. I am EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED at this point and I hope to persuade anyone who is thinking from purchasing from this company to just not. It is totally not worth the hassle and the cheap items.
Update: I posted a review on here and the company wrote a comment saying to provide my order number. I have provided them with my order number on their website (so look at your website). I have tried contacting them a number of times via phone, comments, etc. I have received no response and I still have not received one of my orders and probably never will. I will never get my money back and it makes me sick. This is not okay. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! Do not let this company scam you! I also saw someone post that their identity might have been stolen by this company. BE AWARE!
I wish I would have done my homework before ordering. I received a partial shipment with everything crammed into a dirty white bag with all kinds of foreign writing on it. There was no return address or anything. Everything I ordered was way to small and the quality was aweful. Mow Im trying to get in touch with them. I first tried the ticket but it kept saying that the last 4 numbers i was entering were wrong when I knew they were correct. I then tried to call several different times with it being busy or somone coming on saying magic jacks mailbox is full. I am so angry that a place can do that. You would think that with all of us complaining about getting scammed we could shut them down. Are there any legal buffs out there who can help? I just want to return everything get a refund and never order from them or anyone else unless I know its legitmate.

I ordered 17 items on October 21,2015 and I received them yesterday (November 2).
I realized that my shipment was split up and I am still waiting on 5 other items to be delivered.
Overall I feel this company does not care to provide the product shown in photos/written descriptions. Quality is lacking, greatly.
- I saw a sweatshirt jacket with gold zipper- it came with a plastic black one
- I saw a 'spandex' blazer- it came as cotton-like fabric with lining
- I saw beautiful 'dresses'- they came as short tunics, not long enough to wear as a dress
- I saw threads that needed to be trimmed, edges of fabric that were frayed, buttons that did not stay snapped, and hardware for overalls that hadn't been assembled.
I have about $100 (US) of items that I will attempt to return and have yet to call the 'customer service' line during hours. I called last night around 8:30pm US central time- there was no mention of company name, hours, or recorded menu options. The only message I heard was similar to 'the magicjack user's mailbox is full, goodbye.'

I sell online, and trust online stores and I bought over 10 items from this company... They sent like 3-4, they are terrible quality and all wrong sizes. I am going to call paypal now and get my money back. This company has no customer service, no phone number that would work. BE AWARE, they are ripping people off. Just read all the terrible reviews.

The clothes are not the correct size. I ordered a large and it says large on the tag, but it is a small/medium. Frustrated. I also did not receive all of my order. The portion that I didn't receive is on back order. When I ordered the items, I was never told they were back ordered. I was also never given the chance to cancel the back order items and order them again later. I guess it really doesn't matter, they will not be the right size anyway. Customer service responded, but it was just a generalized response. They did not solve the problems at all.
Update: I received a response from the company on here. I replied to that response but never got anyone to help. All the items are to small, and I asked for a bigger size for the remaining items. Then I get an email that the rest of my things are being shipped out as is. If I receive the merchandise, they will be to small. Also, one of the sweaters I received had a rip in it. I also told them this and received no response. Boo... I guess I will give the clothes to my 7 year old. That is the only person they will fit.

I was stupid and purchased 4 items for my teenagers from this site. DHL charged my $25.00 duty on total garbage. The 4 items are not worth $5.00 together - the quality is horrendous - I have been shopping online for many years and this is by far the worst experience ever. I am mad, disappointed, annoyed, furious at the false advertising - products look nothing like they are shown on the web site - they are paper thin fabric - total garbage. STAY AWAY. Do not waste your hard earned money. This company is hoping for fools like me. So bad.

I still have not had anything resolved for my order... still have one item missing, one incorrect item and mouldy smelling items. ROSEGAL is full of crap... don't waste your money. I alerted them ages ago and they do not respond. The more I can alert people to this the better. Would love to know of any / all other review sites so they can be stopped from ripping innocent customers off.

I received a hat with a hole on the top of it, you could literately wear it as a scarf, but not a nice looking scarf. The material on the sweater was felt, not even cotton. The size was also not accurate. I am originally a size 6 and ordered this in a medium and it wouldn't fit a child.
Stay away from this company. I've tried to contact them and their email doesn't work, their customer service website won't connect and their live chat is useless and does not load.

THIS WEBSITE IS THE BIGGEST SCAM. I SPENT $50.00 WITH THEM AND ORDERED BACK IN AUGUST. I still have not received my shipment and they refuse to answer my emails, phone calls, everything. They are low life scum that steal your credit card number and run for it. PLEASE don't do what I did and try to get clothes from them. You'll be sadly disappointed and PISSED off just like myself.

I wish i could give this company a negative review cause that is what they deserve. I have place two orders within a couple of days of each other and have never received the items. I contacted the company on 6 occasions asking for a refund. It is not 2 months since the first order and still nothing and no refund. I intend to dispute the charges through my credit card company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. THEY ARE A RIPOFF. The pictures on the website are STOLEN from other actual websites that have the real clothes. I made the mistake of ordering from here and once I realized it was coming from China I knew something was wrong... the clothes I received were NOTHING like the pictures. The material was so cheap, the sizing was a joke, and they merely resembled the pictures of actual cute clothing. My guess is that they are coming from a factory that is trying to duplicate the pictures of the clothes they use on their website... I have also read SO MANY horror stories that the clothes never actually come. So again, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! The clothes are that price for a reason! It's a ripoff!

I ordered a jacket and a bathing suit back in August and it just arrived Oct. 29. I was told shipping is only 4 to 8 buisness days. Then when i opened it up i was devastated. The jacket was an extremely cheap Mmmm material and it was poorly made. The bathing suit looked nothing like the photo online. Terrible customer service... terrible delivery time... terrible products... DONT GIVE ROSEGAL YOUR MONEY!

I am worried. I order from China all the time and the longest I've waited was 2 weeks. I read the bad reviews and read the good ones. I did submit my ticket and awaiting a call back. I'm praying I have not been bamboozled. I am not ordering from here if my order comes in over 90 days like some of these reviews have experienced.
