I ordered a dress from Rosegal, about a month in advance of my wedding engagement photo shoot. After waiting about a week, I got confirmation of shipment, which is the last I have heard about my package. I submitted a ticket about the tracking number not being valid and asking where my package was. Needless to say, I haven't heard a word back. I don't expect I will see my shipment, and if I do get it, I would assume it's going to be shoddy quality, as is was the case with other reviewers. I only spent $25, but when you are budgeting for a wedding... everything counts! I am really disappointed because the dress was gorgeous. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS SITE!

If I could give this place a 0, I would. Ordered a dress, and mind you I order ALOT online, but this dress I received is absolutely NOTHING like the picture on their site. It's made worse than anything I've ever seen in my 50 years of life! And, that said, I have ordered directly from China online stores before and haven't had an issue like this though I don't even know where this place is based out of. I've tried to call, email, chat at least 20 times and not received any answers or responses. BUYER BEWARE, THIS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY!

Total, total scam. Waited five weeks for clothes to get here, when they did they weren't ANYTHING like they were in the picture. The most laughable was a dress whose picture showed it to be knee length, and when I tried it on it barely covered my rear. The material is awful, I felt like I was putting on dress up clothes. On one dress I ordered, the cut wasn't even the same; it was smooth and seamless in the picture, and blocky and hemmed in reality. It just seems unreal to me that someone could base a whole company off a lie.
Not to mention there's absolutely no way to get in contact with them. No one picks up the phone, and their voicemail box is full (go figure) so you can't leave a message. "Submitting a ticket" online will tell you it didn't go through everytime, and their "convenient" chat feature is always offline. I heard that if you ever do get in touch with them and they allow you to return it it costs just as much to ship it back as it did to purchase it. Might as well donate to Goodwill for someone's halloween costume...

I placed my first order, and got it very fast - and it was exactly like the picture a swimsuit and maxi dress. My second order went pasted their 3 month wait, after I reached out to customer service they said they would reship the products, which they did I received about 4 weeks later - and the products were just like the pictures.
I ordered multiple items longer than a month ago and just found out that they shipped my items to the wrong postcode. I asked for a refund as I provided the right address details and it was their mistake to send the parcels to the wrong address. Obviously they haven't been delivered and I can't track my items as all of them come from different countries and they have been sent back to the senders and I can't track them at all. I paid £70 in September and I had nothing. The customer service is terrible as I was told I provided the wrong postcode at check out which is not true. I proved them with their auto emails that I provided the right information but they do not care about customers as first thing they do is to blame the customer. I will call paypal to complain and to have a refund asap.

My order hasn't yet arrived (after 2 months), I've actually received answers to my complaints - some lame excuses one more stupid then the next. Apparently bad weather can also postpone the shipment (for 2 months). Maybe they're using pigeon post and the pigeon got electrocuted by a thunderbolt and my package got lost on the way...
However, as I gather from other reviews I can actually consider myself lucky for not receiving their clothes. Apparently in rare cases when the goods you pay for do arrive they're usually very different from what you ordered in terms of size and color and they're also utter $#*! in terms of quality. Complete complete fraud!

I ordered a coat. After few weeks of waiting for my parcel, I received a jacket which only reminded the coat from the picture on the RoseGal website. And also durring the first fitting the 'coats' lining has ripped up = very bad quality of item.
Honestly, I advise against this seller.

It took almost 3 months and 6 trouble tickets for my order to arrive. There is NO WAY in hell that the item is an extra large like i ordered. YES, The tag says extra large. BUT according to their own size charts, an extra large should be a 40 inch bust and 36 inch hips. What I recieved will fit on my size 0 daughter! No way it would ever fit on me. I placed two orders with this company for two sweaters back in September 2015. I have sent emails asking them to track the packages because I have not received either order. Their website states they will respond within 24 hours, that is not true, they never responded and I emailed them twice. I finally contacted me bank and my credit issued credits for the merchandise and advised me they will contact the company. Cute stuff if you can get but I will never take that chance again and would not recommend them.

Sure, the pictures look great, but the quality is poor. Also, I ordered what appeared to be a very colorful "tee shirt" in a size Medium and got an ugly cardigan in an XL! There was no paper work in the package. Also, when I went to their website, even to place a "ticket" for an issue, I had to "log in" with my email and password. It is NOT accepting the information and there is NO option for "forgot PW." Nothing. I called the number, no more messages can be left because it's full. Scam folks! Don't buy from here!
