It still says its processing. I haven't received any emails from this company. If it's been shipped I have no idea.
After reading all of these horrendous reviews I have been trying to cancel my order, but when I try the links won't work.
I hope nobody else wastes their time & hard earned money on this site.
It's such a shame the clothes are so cute. But everyone on here says the clothes are such bad quality & awful material they wouldn't even dress their used Barbie dolls in these clothes.
This was my FIRST time online shop & it has already proven to be a terrible experience. I hope these people come up with an acceptable fix to this mess. But I have an awful feeling this site is a HUGE SCAM!

The clothes i ordered are not adult sizes. They fit my 9 year old child! I am disappointed in the sizes and the quality. I haven't received all of my items though i'm sure they will not fit either.

I would not plan on getting anything from them in a timely manner. I ordered a cardigan for my birthday on the 8th of October! I paid extra for 2-3 day shipping! I have yet to receive my package or even be notified as to why I havnt received my package and where it is. If I don't receive it soon I'm going to be making some complaints. You also can not contact them they never answer the phone and you cannot contact them on their site!

I wish i had done my research on the company first, I ordered a skirt just one simple $#*!ing skirt, not a big complicated order. They said 5-10 days upon check out, day 14 im wondering where the hell is my skirt. Went online i got the emailed receipt and in tiiiiiiny print at the bottom it says 10-25 days not 5-10 like the website and check out says. Irritated but ok fine small print whatever im patient... DAY 32 STILL NO SKIRT! So i call no answer, i submit a ticket they say actually we lie on the website it can take up to 45 days soooooo pissed but whatever im patient... it day $#*!ing 46 they say sorry for the inconvenience we can refund you or send your skirt again but it will take another 45 days Never got it... im supposed to wait for 6 $#*!ing months for my skirt to show up? $#*! that! Never got my skirt, never got a refund, Never got a hold of anyone! What kind of $#*!ing company operates like that? Im filing a fraud claim on this company and writting a bad review on EVERY SITE I CAN! Such a piece of $#*! company!

I ordered a few items and wish I would read these reviews before placing my order. None of the items I ordered fit - the one blouse has a stain on it. I have sent an email to them asking how to return the items and have not received a response. I am still waiting on the last item to be delivered which I'm sure will be of the same quality. I would not recommend this company to anyone - buyer beware!

Once I received my items, they were so poorly made and the quality was terrible. I need to send over half of the items back and I have tried submitting a ticket twice over the past week with no response. When you call the customer service number, there is no answer.

I ordered three items from rosegal on 10/22/2015. First of all it said I was supposed to recieve the package within 5 to 7 business which did not happen. On receiving the package today, it was small package containing only the Sweet Peter Pan Collar 3/4 Sleeve Flounced Blouse For Women. I have not received the other two items which are Fashionable Colorful Striped Cardigan For Women and the Fashionable Colorful Striped Cardigan For Women. I am not sure whether you if i am supposed to get my orders in different packages. I would really appreciate if you could help me with this orders. I have even got in contact with American line (International bridge) and they said they have only received on item. I would like to know whats the status of the other two item.

I ordered a dress back in JULY and have not received anything and no one emails you back, this is a complete scam. It was only $11, but it just annoying how much money they are making off people and not sending anything, and if they do half the time is $#*!. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!

I've had the same issue as everyone else. No item and a run around from customer service. If you paid by credit card or paypal you will be covered by the protection scheme of you have not recieved your item. Claim through your bank or PayPal.

I placed an order a MONTH ago and have not gotten anything in the mail. The shipping service which they "said" was carrying my package doesn't recognize my order and they don't seem t respond to ANY emails submitted through their website.

I received an email with my order number but I didn't make an online account and it won't let me look at what items I received and which I didn't. I went online to create an account and it says I can't review "someone else's order." IT IS MY ORDER! My credit card can prove it!
I've tried to contact customer service twice and ZERO response. They basically are thieves and I highly doubt they will do anything to resolve the issues. Their packing slips are a joke and basically cover their butts if US customs looks at it. Terrible company. Terrible experience. I will NEVER use them again.

I bought a few items from Rosegal and I knew I was taking a bit of a gamble given the costs and the fact that shipping was from China. The quality of the garments is terrible, the similarity to the pictures of those advertising appalling and the sizes ridiculous - I bought an adult cardigan in size S which fits my six year old.

Do NOT BUY FROM ROSEGAL!
I ordered some pants that looked quite nice online, after months and months I finally received them and they are terrible! The material is extremely cheap, the sewing is shoddy and I paid $20 for a pair of pants that I will NEVER wear. They are homemade and not in a good way.
The material is old and discoloured and they smell like plastic.
Impossible to contact them.
Disgusting is the only word I have for these people and their "company". Absolutely a scam
