DO NOT order from them. It took them weeks to "process" my order. They said they needed to test the clothing before shipping and that is what took weeks... uh no. And then I asked them to make it right and send me the items with expedited shipping. Oh no... the said once shipped it would take the normal 7-10 business days. Ya right. It has been about 20 days since it "shipped." The tracking number reports errors. WTF. I am writing bad reviews for this company every where. I wish I could hack them and shut them down. Such bad service.
I ordered a jumpsuit on 08/20/2015 and have not received it yet but they sure as hell charged my credit card the same freakin day I will never order from this place again! The 1st complaint ticket I send they responded saying it would take 10 to 20 days the 2nd one they responded saying now 20 to 40 days the 3rd one saying 40 to 60 days I sent in the 4th ticket when it reached the 55 working days and I'm just like just give me a freakin refund! But of course now there is no response from there so called help center! I have ordered from other online services and received my merchandise within two weeks this place sucks big time! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!

I ordered a jumper from Rosegal on the 7th October 2015 and now a month later I am still waiting for it, I've logged a ticket and have had no email back from them and no email saying it's even been shipped, they took the cash pretty fast! I've even contacted them on their Facebook page but as a last resort I'm going through PayPal to get a refund! No customer service! Don't order from them there are other more reputable companies out there to buy from.

So i ordered a skirt, it has been 3 mounths. I have not got it i am about this close to go to nyc to get it my self. Who the hell is so rude they feel they can charge my account with out sending me the skirt. I will see you in court!

I received my order after two weeks. It's good. Everything was clear and visible on website. I received tracking numbers and I could see what's happened with my order. It's good. But quality of clothes is no good. Some of them was torn and had holes. Some of them was different like picture and too small. But I understand it, this clothes was very cheap. Generally I'm satisfactioned.
I ordered 2 shirts and finally received them a month later and they are of poor quality and don't even fit. I just lost my money on this transaction but learned not to deal with these foreign companies I see on Facebook. This just makes me sick!

Sorry to have to write this but I had to wait 3 months to get my order.
I tried to contact Rosegal but it was so convoluted I gave up, though i think One time I managed to get something sent. I had no reply.
The clothes were appalling quality but I could not face trying to send them back as i doubt i would get any joy, having lost faith with the company.
At least I did eventually receive my order, which I had given up hope of receiving, so it wasn't a scam as I thought.

So I entered a competition hosted by rosegal about 2 weeks ago before Halloween, I got messaged quickly by rosegal claiming that I was the winner and that I couldn't tell anyone... So I kept quite. Haloween came and I was still waiting. I got a message later in the night saying that I was one of the lucky 5. Well hang on a second, I was supposed to win $50 and now I've been told that I was one of the "lucky" 5 who got a $30 gift card... I was okay with that at the time. I was wating for my supposed email with the gift card code. Okay it had been a week and with a response to why it hadn't arrived I was confused. They said to be patient. While wating. I did some research on this review page and today I was furious. (I let rosegal know that) I competed on the picture " DO NOT BUY FROM HERE " within minutes rosegal blocked me. I bought an item in September. We are now in November. I've sent 3 messages, and still not a word. I'm actually going to write Facebook (which is where I saw the advertisement) and let them know that this place has been taking money and not sending items.

They have the worst service I have ever seen. First off, I bought 2 dresses that didn't fit even though a size M normally always fits. Their size M was more like a teen size than adult size, and I am not exactly a big person. I normally wear size 4 or 6. In addition, when I tried to inquire about how to return the dresses, they never responded. Buyer beware!

Like the Dresslily.com website, I also ordered a blouse in Rosegal.com, now that I cross reference, I think they are owned and operated by the same scammers with same pattern - took money and don't send products. Assigned ordered #s and tracking #s but these info don't exist on their website or on China Post. Anyways, contacted my credit card company to have them deal directly with these scammers.

Do not waste your money! I have been trying to find the address to return the items. Even have two tickets in with requesting this info. Says they will contact me in 24 hours. Well it has been well over 24 hours. Try 6 days since my first request. Items smell and are sized way to small.

What joke this company is. I have order stuff and two of the five items arrived. They arrived several months apart and cheap and dirt. I can't begin to think I would ever wear them. Just rubbish. Oh and the other things I ordered... well still waiting on them. I have sent several emails and just get a reply saying they have been sent. Really! If there was a response lower than one star I'd use it, but sadly no. Never, Never waste your money the stuff is rubbish, at least the ones that arrived.

I placed an order, the company charged me immediately for my purchase, 2 weeks later I was still waiting for my items. There was no phone number to contact, only email so I emailed them asking what the delay was. They return an email asking me to send photos of my drivers license and the credit card I used to verify my identity. This is not a normal procedure so I refused to do it, seeing how they had already taken my money why did they need to verify my identity? After refusing to send the photos I received an email saying part of my order had been shipped, 2 hours later I received another email asking for the photos again. The company's response, when I refused this time, was to cancel my order. It took 3 weeks for all of this to happen and in my opinion I feel like they were trying to steal my identity. I have never been asked by any other company I have ever shopped with to take photos. Then to top it all off they said it could be 30 days before my money is returned. It took them a matter of hours to take my money but when they have to give it back it takes 30 days? B. S.! The website also gave the impression this business is in the U.S. but found out from my credit card statement they are really located in China. A WARNING FOR ANYONE OUT THERE THINKING OF PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY!
