I was recently on the website desslily and I believe it's the same exact site as rosegal. I went crazy putting stuff in my wish list until my cousin said the clothes are poorly made an it takes forever to deliver if you ever get your order at all then she told me rosegal is the same way so I checked out there site and sure enough the same stuff and same prices, even the same model pictures as dresslily. I'm sorry all of you had to experience that but am glad to say I think I learned early not to shop from rosegal or desslily.

When you look at their website the clothes they are selling seem like a good deal. Well these are not the clothes that you think you are buying. They send cheaply made, poorly sized, awkwardly fitting knock off clothes made with crappy, almost see though (its so thin) material. It took over a month to arrive, they must have this stuff made for pennies in Bangladesh so they can make a cheap buck from everyone else.

Pretty much the worst company to do business with. I ordered 6 things in my size and not one of them fit me. I even ordered a size up just in case. No packing slip or any instructions on how to return the items. You are supposed to go online and request a return authorization and promise 24 hour return response. I've issued 2, and have not received one response. I guess I'm out the $70 I spent. I've told every girl I know not to place an order with them. I found an AD on Facebook and I will also contact them to not do business with them.

I wish I could copy & paste what they just sent to me. This company told me my money is being refunded & after I get it, can I take the negative review off?! Why is this company still in business? Can people please report them so they can be shut down asap! Strength in numbers!

I have ordered from Rosegal 3 different times. I received my products, however it did take time (3-4 weeks). But that was to be expected. The items I received were the same quality that you'd get from Walmart. But you sure can't beat the prices.

"I ordered the Fashionable Halter Leopard Print Slimming Bikini Set For Women. I even had to message them to change yo top to a small since I have a smaller chest and they were able to do this with no problem before my shipment went out! I love this site. I have also ordered Gerryda Quartz Watch with12 Arabic Numbers Indicate Leather Watch Band for Women (Dark Brown) three different times because it was stolen once and lost once. This watch is beautiful. The bathing suit too. Was a hit all summer."

Best part was the refund

I placed an order online for which i was immediately charged in full on my credit card. Then they sent me a message requesting multiple personal identification documents (ie: bank card photo, utility bill, photo id) I refused to send these and requested that my order be cancelled and my money returned. Their response to me was that i needed to western union them MORE money before they would refund my money that they have already charged on my card! Very unprofessional. I will never order from this company again.

UPDATE~ MY MONEY WAS IMMEDIATELY CREDITED BACK TO MY ACCOUNT AFTER I LEFT A NEGATIVE REVIEW. THANK YOU FOR THAT, ROSEGAL.

UPDATE: STILL A SCAM!
November 9, 2015

Horrible company! If I don't hear back from them today - I'm going to tell all my friends and family to NEVER shop at their site! Terrible customer service! I'm so disappointed and frustrated with this company. They only sent 5 out of the 11 items I purchased and have not contacted me after the several attempts I made to contact them. I'm going on 3 weeks of NOT hearing back from them after my attempts to track my missing items. I've opened a ticket (where they state they'll contact you within 24 hours) and obviously they haven't. No one EVER answers when i call and it doesn't give you the option to leave a message. I will leave my order number on here so that HOPEFULLY a Rosegal representative can get back to me.

***UPDATE: As of 11/17/15 - I still have not received word that my items are on their way. The company did contact me via email one day after I posted this original review to ask to give them 2-3 business days to mail my items. They still have not and it's been a week! They are not returning my messages and this has been a HORRIBLE experience. DO NOT ORDER FROM ROSEGAL! I promise you - it's not worth it! They are a horrible company with despicable customer service.

Zero Stars If I Could

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE! I ordered a sweatshirt from this site 2 months ago and have yet to receive it. The company is out of China and they have no customer service. I am chalking it up to a loss at this point, but this company should be shut down.

Dont do it.

I bought a jacket on Sept 19th it is now Nov 9th and still nothing. I've tried to track the package and can't. I sent them an email awhile back and they stated it could take up to 45 days. Its now in the 60 day range. Contacted paypal to get resolution. I will never buy from them again and I have told my friends and family about my experience. So I would suggest reading these reviews. I wish I would have looked them up.

Still waiting
November 9, 2015

I ordered a boots in September an still waiting them to come :( I have wrote a complaint and received their answer to be contacted in 24h, but it's been more than a week from than and nothing happened. I have paid a boots and an insurance, but it is obviously that i was just wasted my money. So disappointed.

Rosegal responded on my review here, asking me to send them my order number what I did same day. Buy after that still nothing, not even an e-mail in my inbox:-( Perhaps they do not mind of losing a costumer.

Rosegal is a big SCAM. I ordered 10 items from their site 20 days ago and my order still says "Processing". They debited my account and they just went silent on me. FRAUD! I should have known.

Awesome swimsuit

So I ordered the swimsuit of my dreams and it looks pretty good on me. It's great quality and it was shipped to me in about two weeks so that's nice. This is the first website I ever ordered clothes from and I'm pretty happy with it. Though it's kind of scary that everyone else is having so much trouble.

RoseGal is an absolute scam. How are they still in business and not have been shut down yet? I ordered two items in September and still have not gotten them. I received an email September 9th indicating items have shipped, with a tracking number. I tried to track my package and it states, "processing." I am going to report them to the better business bureau, and I suggest others in this same situation do as well.

I have put in a complaint. I was told they would get back with me within 24 hours. It still says processing, I was told I would receive my items in 3 days and it has now been 9 days. I cannot track my package. I should have read the reviews before I ordered. This is ridiculous! How are they still in business? Judging from reviews on every site possible, the Better Business Bureau should have shut it down a very long time ago.

TOTAL SCAM!
November 8, 2015

Ordered a hoodie from them. Website said it would ship in 7-15 days. It's now been over a month and the order still says "processing." No replies to e-mails (rosegal.com promises to return your e-mail in 24 hours. I've sent over 4 emails at this point), live chat is literally NEVER open, and when you call the phone number there is no answer, it only says "the magic jack customer you are calling can no longer accept messages." This screams of scam. As if it were someone operating out of their basement. I really wanted my hoodie, but since it's been so long and they will not reply, I was forced to file a claim with paypal. Hoping for a refund or a hoodie soon...

SUCH A SCAM!

Okay so im 28 never ordered from anywebsite was always scared for them to take my money and not send items! Well i ordered from Rosegal in October it is now November and low and behold nothing! No comment back nothing! So my first time is not a good experience at all! And it was over 100.00 never again! Im ushally pretty smart when it comes to this but i mistaken my gf saying she ordered from adore me not rosegal! So DONT ORDER FROM ROSEGAL! Such a scam... and try and call them nothing! So upset right now! I work hard enough i run my own business and raise 2 kids wtf does this site exist
