I ordered from Rosegal almost 2 months ago. It took them 2 weeks to 'receive my order' and another forever for them to send it. I have been waiting what seems like an eternity for my item. I've sent them two complaints now with no response.
After reading through so many complaints I can only say that this company needs to get their $#*! together and slow down on the amount of orders they accept, hire more people and get better quality items.
I have yet to see my item but I have little hope for it's condition and caliber.

Rose gal may look cheap and appealing on their Facebook ads but it is far from. You have to pay a ton in shipping and handling and their sizes and cuts are never right. I never received my order in the mail and contacted their customer service agents with no reply, good thing MasterCard was able to reverse my payment to them.

Half of my order arrived quickly, but the quality was horrible. Not a single item fits. The sweater is coming apart and frayed. I followed the measurements and the clothes to not fit. I want to return them and I want my refund. I submitted my trouble ticket saying I wanted to cancel the half of my order that was still waiting to be shipped but i received nothing. They charged my credit card. Now that half of the order has been shipped and they want me to pay more delivery fees. Absolutely ridiculous.
I am going to report this business right away, and open a case with PayPal. This business should be shut down. I have also posted 2 reviews on this site and have heard nothing back.
I submitted two trouble tickets.One on october 23, one on november 10th. They say they will respond in 24 hours. I have received nothing.

THEFT IS DEFINED AS THE ACTION OR CRIME OF STEALING. ROSEGAL HAVE STOLEN MY MONEY AS THEY HAVE NOT SENT ME THE PRODUCTS THAT I HAVE PAID FOR. I have sent them 3 messages and they have not replied to one! They have only sent me 3 of the 6 items i have paid for and the items that have arrived were pulled and torn and very badly put together... nothing like the pictures. All i wanted was some communication to tell me what was going on but from my 1st hand experience and reading reviews below this really does seem like a scam and criminal activity.
I am in awe of the quality of goods that I received. I was quite excited when I found a new site to order on... I order online almost once a week. I do not usually use paypal with sites that I have ordered from before but I use it with first time purchases or purchases that I do not want to give my credit card #. I knew this site was bad from reviews online but I figured I would try it because it offered paypal. I had faith in paypal supporting this company so I figured that I would try it out.
THIS IS THE WORST SITE I HAVE EVER USED. I got my items to my front door, only to be told that there was a $25 dollar additional fee that the company did not pay. I was told that in order to get my goods I needed to pay it. Due to the company being unknown I knew that I could not contact them and I would not be able to get a refund, therefore, I would rather pay the 25 than loose the 85 dollars I paid for the order.
Once I opened my order, there were 4/5 peices inside. One peice was completely unaccounted for... also the items I got were so CHEAP. I MEAN SO CHEAP... I can not wear any of the items because they are completely see through and hard cotton(similar to a cheap pillow case or rough towel from the dollarstore). I am shocked that paypal would support a company like this!
I am so upset and can not believe that the clothes looked like this. The dress that came in even had 2 dirt stains on the chest and a rusted closure on the back. THE SITE IS A SCAM, they use pictures from pinterest, instagram and magazines... the clothing colour, matieral and fit is nothing like the site. This experience has really made me think twice about ordering online... and paypal as a payment method.
So dissapointed... this company needs to be reported to the business bureau and be shut down!

I ordered more than 2 weeks ago and have not heard from them at all. I tried to chase them up and got an email response saying someone would contact me in 24 hours and that was 4 days ago.

I placed an order this weekend and have been charged and have been trying to contact the company since Monday with no response. THIS IS A SCAM AND A RIP OFF! The company had no problem charging my card seconds after placing my order, but i have received no response to my multiple calls or emails. My daughter and I ordered 14 items from this company and received them packed tightly in a small package. Obviously they were completely wrinkled. They do not fit correctly and hang improperly. The material and quality is very poor and do not resemble the quality represented in the pictures. I have sent three Trouble Tickets and still have not received a reply. Their policy is a response in 24 hours, but I submitted the first one on 10/29 and still no response. I have also called the USA help line and the recording says "The Magic Jack customer is not available" and "Sorry, the user's mailbox cannot accept messages." What kind of customer service is this? I need to return all of the items and have the credit card used credited back ASAP. I am asking for information on how to return these items and have received no help at all. I have included my phone number and email address, but no luck. Buyer beware! Read all of the similar bad reviews first!
The clothes are of poor cut/quality. If that isn't bad enough I somehow was charged twice for my single order and got two shirts. I contacted them within hours of placing my order and never heard back. The two shirts arrived today and I am so disappointed.

My mother ordered a few shirts for her birthday. She paid extra for it to come sooner, it still took a month and when she received it they were ALL the wrong size and wrong color. She tried to contact them it has been over 2 weeks now and still no one has contacted her back about this. They take your money send you wrong clothes and leave you hanging. Do not order from them, I was about to spend alot of money ordering from them but thankfully i found out bout this before hand.

Please don't waste your money buying from this company. They take your money but never send you your item. It's theft and they should be stopped. Brought jacket on 17 sept was told a few weeks ago they had sent it but still not received anything and it's now 9 Nov. The authorities should shut them down before more people are tricked

I ordered 7 tops and all were of very poor quality. They all fit very weird too as if they were sewn wrong. They had no labels of any kind and were nothing like the photo. I emailed the company to request an RMA so that I could send them back and received an email within a couple days asking to send a description of the issue for each piece as well as pictures. (Pictures? They just came out of their crinkled up packaging.) I did send them the required information and pictures of all the items. After hearing nothing for 7 days, I reached out again asking them to send me an RMA. That was almost 3 weeks ago. Shame on me for not reading all the bad reviews regarding this company first.

I cannot believe how widely advertised this company is, given that they are running a COMPLETE SCAM. They steal photos of clothing from other websites, then send the absolute WORST items to you instead. I wish I could upload pictures here to show how horrendous the quality of the products are. It's beyond laughable.
To make matters worst, they do not respond to complaints on their website. In fact, after I submitted several pictures and asked for a refund my ticket "conveniently" disappeared from their website. There was no response. No refund. No remorse that they are a complete fraud.
I wish there was a way to take real legal action against them, but given that they are running this out of China, there's no oversight at all.

Items I ordered were too small, one label said xxl, but was clearly small, ordered mediums, only received 2 of my 3 items. The only way to return items is to fill out a form and wait for a response, after a week of no response tried calling phone number which went to an automated message stating mailbox is full.

I made an order for one item on 10/11/15. It's 11/09/15 and I still have not received. When I went into my Rosegal account to try and track my shipment... it doesn't give me much. Just that it has shipped. Will never order from this site again.

First off, you are getting your item from (at least shipped from) China. I normally wear a Large, got a L, but fit my skinny teenage daughter who wears a small. So if you do order, order much bigger than normal. Second, I received the first part of my order 2 MONTHS after I ordered and paid for it! Yes 2 MONTHS! 3rdly, the other part of my order has never arrived after 2 months and customer service won't respond to me any longer! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN AND I SUGGEST YOU DON'T EITHER!

I ordered from this all the way back in Sept. My order got shipped out the 11th, I waited for the 25 days to ask what going on... got told to wait another month. Now mind you I ordered other clothes from the site and have already gotten them (more on that later). I waited for the extra month, then was told since its out of stock I would get my money back as store credit. I will not order from them again. Not sure how this is going to pan out as to me getting my money back.
To go onto why I will not order from them is they are not made with good materials, granted its cheap clothes, but the materials are very cheap and itchy. Not very comfortable to wear. I got 3 pieces from them 1 never got to me the second the fabric was crap and the 3 was just made badly, it looked unfinished.
Also if you notice the review of the clothes are all 5 stars. I reviewed my items and was honest, the reviews have disappeared! Crazy, I know. My reviews were 2 star, it was because I was not impressed and the materials were crappy. Read the review of this stie before you buy
