Nice Dress for the Price

Rosegal sells inexpensive and trendy items. I bought a dress from them, not really knowing what to expect and got a decent garment for the price. It's a nice knit with an eye-catching print. It won't last forever but it is definitely a nice addition to my closet.

I ordered 3 items on August 11,2015. After 3 months... They never arrived. I contacted customer service several times, in which they told me to be patient.
After not arriving for 2 months I contacted them again and they informed me my order had obviously been lost.
At first they offered me a full store credit, I wanted a refund to my credit card but was content enough to use the credit for a new order. After waiting a wk for the credit to appear in my account I contacted them again asking when I would see the rosegal credit. They then informed m that because I didn't pay for insurance?!?!?! I am only entitled to half the balance. What kind of joke is this. What kind of a scam company insists you purchase insurance in order to be eligible for a full refund if your order never arrives?
I have read nothing but horrible review about this company since dealing with my own issues with them.
Those who give it a good review are extremely naive. Rosegal obviously picks and chooses when to ship and when not to, scamming tons of paying customers out of their money.

I ordered two products in August and still do not have the dresses. Now the postal reference is closed saying resolved when it hasnt been. I am going to go to PayPal and get them to refund my money.

The site says my order was shipping out on October 27 and it is mid -November. I am shocked to read these reviews that customers are waiting 2 months? This is my order number. The customer service number says the mailbox of messages is full. No one answers. I have sent 2 customer inquiry tickets and have heard nothing back despite website saying response in 24 hours. Here is my order No. Z**************

They finally refunded my money after filing complaint with PayPal and Site jabber.

I was excited when I discovered this site, super cute clothes, and cheap! Well, I should have read reviews and realized when something seems to good to be true, it is. This website is a total scam. I purchased three items, of which only two were received after three weeks. The two items I did receive (which I ordered in L) looked like doll clothes. Not even close to matching the measurements on their site, and even worse, were NOTHING like the photos on their site. While their website claims easy returns, I have filed a ticket twice now and nobody has gotten back to me. There goes my money down the toilet. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! THIS SITE IS A TOTAL SCAM AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.

The item I received looked nothing like expected, the colours are totally different & a lot darker than on the website also the material looks to be different. The material is cheap, very poor quality & the jumper also has a lot of lose threads. I don't think a charity shop would try & sell it! I've also tried submitting a ticket with no luck, I can't seem to get a customer service number to guarantee a refund or find an address to return it!

SCAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM

SCAMMMMM! I want a full refund immediately. Where can I get in contact with Rosegal staff? I am trying to contact them about my order but the support center page keeps saying the code I am typing in is invalid (which its not), the live chat is always closed, also, the phone number listed no ones answers and you can't leave a voicemail.

I am NOT pleased with what I received in the mail. I have only received three pieces of my order (I ordered 5) & what I got was all misleading from the online description and sizing requirements listed on the pages. I am attaching pictures.

1) SKU- ******* Simple V Neck: TOO SMALL. Your website says sleeve length 23.23, the actual sleeve length 19.5. Your website says length is 25.59, the actual length is 19.5.

2) SKU- ******* Sexy Spaghetti Strap: COMPLETELY SEE-THROUGH. Your picture has an image of this shear white dress with an inner lining. My dress has nothing of the sort! Who can wear this dress without a lining!? THERE IS NO POINT.

3) SKU- ******* Refreshing VNEck: SHORT! Your site says the length is 52.76, the actual length is 39. Also, the back is shear in the picture the actual dress is not.

I expect a FULL REFUND on all of these purchases including the ones I have not received yet. I do not want them. I already know they won't be correct in size. & I want a FULL REFUND ON MY CARD, NOT STORE OR ONLINE CREDIT. I never will buy from you again. All of your products are misleading. If you at least had the correct information on your site I could have ordered something that would suit me better. I am extremely disappointed.

Clothing just as shown on the website. More than reasonable delivery times. Would definitely pay close attention to measurements. Sizing is much smaller than in North America, but a quick measuring does the trick. Great customer service when I emailed with a question. Would recommend for sure.

I have bought a number of things from Rosegal and experience has taught me that they take a while to arrive. My last order in early August hasn't arrived. The first email I sent to them received a polite response asking me to wait a bit longer, until the end of October. Still no package at the end of October so I sent two further follow up emails including a final formal complaint. No response. Hence my warning to be careful as there appears to be a degree of risk over whether you will get your order and whilst they say they take customer services seriously, my experience is they just ignore you.

The prices are cheap and the pictures online make all of their items looks so cute, that's why this website is so appealing, however when your order comes in you realize you got exactly what you pay for. Cheap, torn, unfinished seams ect. The sixes run very small(a large fit my 9 year old niece) and the fabric looks like it could fall apart after being washed. The jewelry is made from PLASTIC, the kind you would get out of a toy machine. There is no way to contact them unless through email or Facebook, however neither of which work, AND they delete your comments on Facebook if they are negative. If you do not hear back from them issue a complaint through your bank, they will get you your money back within 10 days!

Happy with my order

I got a Rosegal advert which popped up in Google and so I went to the website and liked what I saw. Seemed a little too good to be true with such good offers AND free shipping so I took the plunge and ordered two things using PayPal. NOTE: I did check the size chart and ended up ordering several sizes bigger than I normally would! When I paid I got the confirmation email with some Asian address and then decided to do a Google search on Rosegal and was horrified to read all the bad reviews. I assumed that I would not get my order and considered my money lost. However, to my surprise I received the email to say my order had been shipped, just 7 days after placing the order, with a tracking number and even a photo of my package with the tracking number visible. I received my order 8 days later and I am happy with the quality given that the price of the items was so cheap.

I should have looked at the reviews before purchasing. My order was shipped incomplete, the pants I did get were very poor quality and very undersized and now for 2 weeks I have been fighting with their customer support - that I am pretty sure has a tenuous grasp on English at best - to return the ones I got for a refund (30 day refund it says it right on their site) and get my money back for the pants that I didn't receive.

Horribly product and worse customer service.

I ordered two item from this website and i paid so much money for my shipping as well, I paid for express shipping but it arrived around 20 days. None of the item was good quality and one of the bottom in the shirt was broken. I ordered a dress, but it came like a shirt which is $#*!.

Got ripped off

I did not recieve my order and after I complained I was requested to contact them again after the last day of the estimated delivery date which I thought was resonable but when I tried to contact them again as requested all my previous socalled support tickets were not accessable and it would not accept the order number on the complaint ticket so I couldn't even contact them about the problem. Extremely BAD customer servive.
DOT NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

My identity was just stolen because I ordered from an online store recently according to fraud department of Verizon - I'm not sure it's Rosegal; however, I never received the order I placed - - so I am questioning the chain of events and the validity of this company. Considering reporting to Facebook because that is where the ads are coming in. Before I placed the order, I was aware that it was outside of the United States which had me cautious to begin with, but now that my identity was stolen...

I can't write a review about the goods - they have not arrived. I have sent at least 3 emails - with little response. I have only spent around $11 - but it is the principle that counts. My advice is shop elsewhere! China Mail - seems completely unreliable - and our local Aus PO can't track it!

I ordered about $100 in clothes. I was so excited for them to arrive... until they arrived. The quality and fit of most of the items were laughable at best. One dress was decent enough to want to keep, however I'm finding that the return process is extremely lacking. No address to return (can't return to sender) and support at Rosegal website is also laughable. The site requires you to enter order numbers, but it doesn't recognize the order numbers and won't let you submit a ticket without them! I had to make up an order number to submit a ticket, and it has been over a week with NO Response besides and automated "we received your email, we will respond within 24 hours." False. I just want my money back. Ticket # T*******160. It's been about a month. WHAT IS THE RETURN ADDRESS for godsakes? Why is this a secret?
