Never received order
November 15, 2015

I purchased (2) tops online and never received my order. It's been almost three months now since I placed my order. I have also tried to contact their customer service department. They were little to no help at all.
This business is a scam!

Not worth the trouble
November 15, 2015

I'm average build and ordered 3 large shirts and 1 medium. They were all too small. I really think their smalls would be considered an American girls size 8. Luckily I have daughters who can probably wear these, as I definitely don't want to attempt returning them and trying to get my money back. I won't order again. Even though they were great prices, I won't waste my time with the sizing charts on each item and waiting on delivery (which I paid extra to get sooner).

Order didn't arrive
November 15, 2015

I placed an order with Rosegal over two months ago. It has still not arrived and I doubt that it will. Rosesgals response is to say check with your postal service, I purchase a lot of products on line and this is the only time I have had a problem.

I now read reviews before I purchase from a company I don't know, so have learn my lesson with this. I would never purchase fro this company again.

Not very helpful

I sent numerous emails from to this company through PayPal and their email address I didn't receive my item. They told me to wait for a few more weeks. People should be aware that PayPal only allow a certain amount of time for inquiry to get sorted, I'm now wondering if this company knows this. No confidence in this company

I don't normally post reviews but I'm really compelled to from all the 1 star reviews of people with their panties in a bunch.

I got my order in about 20 days- this is exactly what I expected, because I actually read the international shipping page. This is a Chinese company, it is not an American one. You are ordering products from China. Do not expect Amazon Prime. 20 days is honestly pretty good relative to the shipping on other things I've ordered from Asia, especially with free shipping.

Clothes are alright. About what I expected for a $8 shirt and $20 dresses. You'll have to iron the dresses tho so if you can't iron clothes for some reason don't bother ordering dresses from here and then writing a $#*!ty review. The quality wasn't -stellar- but I also didn't pay $80 for each dress like I usually do so that's a huge plus and I'm happy with what I paid for.

ORDER A SIZE UP. Check the size charts carefully before you order! When the clothes are modeled on petite asian women it should probably tip you off that a medium isn't going to be an American medium! Yikes.

Also, guess what - the customer service won't run on American work hours. Call during Chinese work hours. Duh.

DON'T BUY FROM ROSEGAL, IT IS A SCAM. I emailed them that I didn't received my order after a month. They said I will have to wait up till 60 days before they will do anything. This is bulls%! T because on the order page it said up to 25 days. They have no rights to ask me to wait for another month. They also refused to give me my money back. They lied they will refund HALF but will take a month to do the international transfer. This is not true. Bank told me it will take up to a week for an INTERNALTIONAL bank transfer. I couldn't do much because they refused to give me my money back. Now this have been almost 80 days since my order, I still got no goods that I paid for and they stop reply to my emails. What a wasted of my time emailing them over this 3 months and still no refund to me. No one would like to be a fooled by this.
I will take this to the police and will contact my bank because I believe this company is a scam. I feel so angry over this. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Appalling
November 14, 2015

Do not buy from this site. They took over a month to deliver my items (shoes), and there was no communication from them at all during that time. The shoes, when they were finally delivered, were the wrong size and whereas before the support centre would respond to my inquiries about delivery dates they now ignore my messages about wanting an exchange. There is basically no pre or post-sale care. Their sizes are not true. Their 'live chat' option never works. You may as well throw your money away.

Deceptive company

Their sizes are not true to size-the quality is HORRIBLE and it took over a month to arrive. No one is getting back to me about a refund. DO NOT shop here!

I ordered what appeared to be a beautiful blouse from this company. It took two months to arrive and when it finally did arrive the XL blouse fit my size small daughter. The color, design and cut of the blouse did not even remotely resemble the blouse I ordered. Do not use this company.

I had ordered some clothes from Rosegal.com and cancelled the order, before the order was shipped, hardly after 10 minutes! It has been more than 20 days now since I have been literally begging these people for the refund, but each time I get a reply please wait for 3-5 business days. I am still waiting for those business days to get over and my money to be refunded!
Would give less than 1 star if it was possible.!

So we finally got our order - it came in two different packages about a month apart. I was very disappointed in the quality and the thing is you can never contact these people other than by email.
So despite getting our goods, I was disappointed in the company and won't be buying here again.

Huge DISAPOINTMENT!

Although all items shipped and were accounted for, the quality was TERRIBLE! All items looked nothing like their pictures and sizes did not fit us... huge disappointment and not worth the money spent!

"Finally I got my money back"!.

Never received SKU *******. Now they don't even respond to my enquiry :(. After posting at this site they messaged me that they will refund my money. Till today there is no sign of any money refunded in my paypal account.

Just wanting to issue a warning on this site. Definitely a scam! I ordered 5 shirts, they were shipped in 3 different packages, still have not received the 3rd one. I submitted a customer complaint ticket on their website, promising a response in 24 hrs. Have not received a response yet 3 days later, probably never will. I don't think there is anyone on the other end answering these complaints. The 3 shirts I got smelled horrible, and were all clearly damaged with holes or seams that were pulling apart. Washed the clothes in the washer twice, the smell did not go away and the seams continued to pull apart. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, THE CHEAP ADVERTISED PRICES ARE NOT WORTH IT!

Hit and miss
November 13, 2015

Ordered a dress arrived weeks late but was lovely so ordered the same dress different colour, at least 6 " too short and a size smaller all over. Had two more deliveries of ok or too small stuff (ordered all extra large) and finally ordered 3 dresses in August and got nothing up to now (November 12) no answer from customer services. If your gonna take the risk order one thing at a time as you might or might not be happy with the result

I ordered a shirt advertised as "plus size" but when I received it, the shirt was labeled "M." I have filled out 2 "tickets regarding this and have received no contact other than "processing." That was a month ago and I have given up trying to contact them. I also called their number but got a message regarding a "full mailbox." Don't order anything from them unless you are comfortable loosing your money!

I order LARGE pants and I don't think a 12 yr old could fit into them. And to return them they want me to take picss with measuring stick beside them>? WTH? This is obviously a way to NOT make any refunds. I will blast out about them on facebook and have my daughters share it. I may not get my money back but I will make sure several THOUSAND people know about them

False Advertising.

The clothes appear to be very cute, and stylish, and fun. With that said, what you see is not what you get!

First, the sizes are deceiving. I'm tiny and thin, ordered a medium just to be safe, and the clothes are actually too small when they arrive. I couldn't even button up the one plaid dress!

Second, the clothes smell really bad when you get them. Not sure what it is, but they smell chemically, even after washing them 4 times! I can't imagine it's made of safe material. Oh, and when i looked for a tag for washing instructions and for the materials, there was none!

Third, I only received 2 of the 3 things i ordered. The third never arrived. When i checked on the order status, it didn't recognize my tracking number. I contacted customer service, and they NEVER got back to me even though it says they'll respond in 24 hours. I reached again a week later, and still nothing.

Fourth, (this piggy backs on my third point) they took my entire payment, yet i never received the third item. Nor did i hear back about how they will fix this issue. I'm not even sure i want the third item because based on the first two things i did actually receive, it'll probably be too small to wear and will smell terrible.

Just stay away from this site. Like i said, they get your attention with their adorable designs, but what you get is cheap and smelly and ill-fitting. Or you may not even get your order at all!
