The hoodie I ordered was exactly how it looked like in the pictures on the website, even the color was right. I was also pleased with the tube scarf which looks very nice. The prices are so low that you can happily order many products. It took a while to come to Northern Europe but that's understandable.

LAUGHABLE AT BEST

I ordered a hoodie and a blouse but should have looked at the reviews first to save my money. I have never seen such cheaply made, horribly sewn together piece of junk in my life. From the package the items went straight to the garbage. Shame.

Rip Offff!

Do Not Buy anything from RoseGal! I placed an order and months later never received it! I submitted a Trouble Ticket and was told that they could refund 1/2 of the cost of my order. I didn't even receive 1/2 of the order! Total rip off! I believe they fully intended this to be the outcome! Stay away! 11/17/2015

ALL the sleeves on every shirt I ordered from Rosegal where nearly three inches too short and I don't consider myself to have long limbs whatso ever. I ordered four items and only received two. Bad quality and bad customer service.

NEVER AGAIN!

I never write reviews but feel it is necessary to tell everyone to NEVER use this site.
Not only did my order take much longer than expected to arrive, when the clothes finally did arrive not one item was as expected.
Further, when I requested information on returning these items I found the rigmarole and cost to do so was NOT worth it. The clothes will be dumped outside a charity shop.

BEWARE SCAM
November 17, 2015

This place is so bad. To top off them sending a canceled order they sent me some cheap pc of crap that was not even close to being what the picture said it was. Now they are no where to be heard from when calling them out on this. The sweater fit a 2 yr old child and suppose to be a womans lrg. The item they sent was something cheap and completely different. Please pass the word along im tired of these places scams. We need to shut down people like this.

STAY AWAY!

Worst company ever. Not only did it take 3 mo to get my order. It was cheap fabric and not put together well. Seams are uneven. I tried to order non clothing items and they refunded my order (at least they gave me my money back) because they can't verify the order via PayPal. They said please pay via western union or direct bank transfer. SO SKETCHY! Since I paid with PayPal the first time. Do not even bother.

Not worth the trouble

Firstly, this store is located in China, which was impossible to work out from the website until I was given the package tracker website after placing my order. I ordered three items from this site. One was shipped straight away and never arrived. One was shipped a month later and arrived a few weeks after that. One was never shipped, and when I inquired about it I was told the supplier had stopped making it. For both items that didn't arrive, Rosegal tried to give me a refund to the 'rosegal wallet', which I could only use to keep purchasing from the site. I had to ask specifically for a refund to PayPal (which they did, thankfully). The one item that arrived (yoga pants) was ok, but a bit see through and flimsy and to arrive 2 months after ordering was really not worth it. I won't be ordering from this site again and have learned my lesson to read all the reviews before buying. Even if the cost is more, it's a lot safer to order within your country from reputable online stores. The one good thing about this site is they respond reasonably quickly to inquiries.

I've sent two different help tickets in which either one has been answered. The one sweatshirt that I ordered as a medium in ladies came small enough to fit an 8 year old. I am waiting for them to contact me to resolve this matter.

The worst delivery, the ugliest clothes, and the biggest waste of money. I read the reviews, but still had high hopes. I was so disappointed in the products and the service. I waited over a month for my order and when it arrived the clothes were manufactured as if they were made for a 10 year old. ONE SIZE? Not likely. Do not fall for the pretty models and the nice pictures. It's a total scam!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

All the products I got were pour quality of material and fit badly. I have tried to return it, which you can only do my going to their "great" support line that promises to get back to you in 24 hours and request for the proper info to return. I have sent several requests several times and still have not been answered. I have even called their number, which no one answered and when it came time to leave a voicemail, the inbox was full. I also filled two complaints, hoping to get someone's attention to help me, and still nothing. DO NOT order from here unless you want poor quality clothing and even worse costumer service. I have never been so poorly treated by a company ever.

Worst company ever

Don't buy and get ripped off. This company seems legit but it's not. Live chat my $#*!. You can't call ( its a magic jack number that's been disconnected), they don't reply via email or any means. They take your money and never send you anything.

As good as it seems to be it's not.

Dreadful

I would not even bother looking at this site the quality of clothes is dreadful and the customer care if you can get any is worse. I put in an order for clothes and to say that they were only fit for the bin is saying something, i tried to get it resolved but they dont care. Save your money and go else where.
