Absolutely Good!

Reading all these reviews below sure is scary, but to find out if its true or false you will have to check it out yourself by buying at least one of the things they have. I sure did and I'm happy I did before reading these harsh comments.

I got my item today which was the red wined coat for winter that I ordered the 18th November. I accidentally ordered 2 of them, but after writing them a ticket I got a response that they would change the quantity to one if I so wanted and I sure did.

I also asked them for a refund from the other coat I didn't want to have and so after the arrival of my package today I will write to them again about it.

I'm happy to announce that even thou the size is smaller than expected, it is in a very good shape! The coat is very lovely and warm. It's very well sewed and it feels as if you could have bought it in a real store for a far more expensive prize than at Rosegal.

It was a very risky choice, but if you behave in a good manner I think they will behave the same way back. Sure, you have to wait for a long time, but imagine them having tons of other costumers to deal with. It is not easy to be in charge of getting all the tickets and hate you people give.

Show some respect and the respect will be given back. Thats how I worked things out and I got what I wanted in the end.

PS. I wrote a review about the coat here with three images. I don't know if it will show up anytime soon, but at least it will show some proof to you out there who aren't satisfied.

The company response time for returns items is horrible. There is not a return package label issued online to customers. You have to wait for someone to respond in 24hrs to your email, which does not happen within 24hrs. I have called *******485 several time, and you only get a voice message. The voicemail box is always full. The clothes are cute/good quality, but run about 2 1/2 sizes small.

Had to rais a complaint on paypal before even reciving items - they then all came seperately over 3 days. The qulaity or the appaeranace of the clothing is nothing like it looks online. Avoid like the plague!

This is a scam site! The photos online look beautiful, but the quality is the worst I've ever seen. I know this is my own fault for getting scammed. The low prices were too good to be true. But I liked the look of the styles - the products are nothing like they look online. I ordered 6 pieces, and can't wear any of them. They are very cheap looking, don't fit, horrible. Based on reviews here (which I forgot to look for before I ordered), I'm not even going to bother to try and get refunds. I don't need that hassle. 'll just donate the items.

Hello everybody, like most of you i got scammed by them. Order never arrive and they even dare to ask me more money to resend or offer cheap partial refund with Rosegal credit...

Well i contact Paypal and they help me with pretty fast. Rosegal answer the case by sharing the tracking chiness $#*!ty thing that was "mine was China post surface mailCN*******4171", not working at all. Open a case with Paypal is the best way to get your money back. Even if Rosegal give you offer or try to help... DON'T ACCEPT! Cause if you do Paypal won't be able to help you. You can find all the information directly on Paypal website for support or call them. Always a nice service from them. On the other side, Rosegal lied to me on my second order before i knew it was scam. I paid for a tracking number and they said i had no tracking since i didn't paid. Couldn't belive it. So please, do not do business with Rosegal, NEVER.

I'm happy to tell you it took 13 days to solve. Thx Paypal:)

I complained and asked them whats going on?
I hope that they stop ignore me right away.
And do the right things to me asap.

I placed an order for (4) items. I am still waiting on one from 2 months ago but cannot submit a ticket to inquire which is the only way to contact them. Everytime I try to submit a ticket a popup says the order # is wrong or the code is wrong which was never true the 6 times I tried. They are never available for live chat and their phone # is bogus. I seriously doubt I will ever see this last item and was the most expensive in my order/$22.00 Buyer beware! UPDATE- after numerous efforts on my part, I was finally refunded the money for that last item in March of this year. Note that the original order was placed in September 2016. I think 6 months was too long.

Horrible customer service

They shipped the wrong size. I submitted a customer service request (which they say they will respond in 24 hours). It's been 10 days and still no response and no replacement. Just today I received an item with missing rivits, and I knownrthay are not going to take care of it. If you don't care about bad quality, and no getting what you ordered, then by all means, purchase somehing

I bought four items off Rosegal, two of which took forever to arrive. When they finally got here, the clothing was literally nothing like what was pictured or described on the site. The site listed one item as 100% cotton, and it HAS ABSOLUTELY NOT AN OUNCE of cotton in it - its 100% synthetic and looks nothing like the photo online. Colors don't match the photos, and sizes are totally off. Their live chat customer service is non-existent, and their costumer service call line says its not available, so I submitted a ticket to their site guarenteeing a 24 hr turn around -- its been 6 days and a second ticket later and still NO RESPONSE. Never buying from Rosegal again, its a scam.

I ordered two sweaters, received two of the same sweater which was not what I ordered, Still waiting 45 days for the second sweater - return policy makes you feel like a hamster running on a wheel - do not open your package if you want to return anything. That is ridiculous in itself. As the saying goes "if it looks too good to be true it probably is."

I saw the prices and i was tentative to buy because the prices were so good... i asked myself "whats the catch". I looked online at the reviews and i didn't find a single good review. I decided to test it out and i bought a 14 dollar sweatshirt that looked like it should have been 40 dollars. I put it on 3-5 day shipping. It came in 9 days, but still. I am 5'8'' and i am 145 lbs and i got a large. It fits like a glove, its so nice. It looks just like the picture. Although this is based on one order, it was a good experience. I will order again

The items i ordered were way too small. I ordered 2XL for my mom, and they were still two small. Even the bathing suit that was supposed to be 2XL had cups big enough for a medium size girl, not for a larger woman like my mom. Their sizing is very different form what i am used to here in America.
I tried to return them to get a refund, they did get back to me after some time, they gave me a full refund without even taking me sending everything back. They said it is unnecessary, which i though was weird, but i think they are just trying to get good reputation after all the bad reviews about them.
So if you really want to shop there, i'd say it is safe in terms of money, though not without a hustle, since the sizing is very different from american.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THIS IS A SCAM! The jackets I ordered were too small. I contacted customer service, that was it, never heard from them. My password would not allow me to login to complete my dispute. No matter how many times I've tried there is not answer.

Scam & theft

I placed an order they charged my credit card and I never received a confirmation or my order. Submitted 2 claim tickets both ignored! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM. I was skeptical because of the companies location and I should have trusted my gut this is exactly why I NEVER HAVE AND WILL NEVER BUY FROM A COMPANY LOCATED IN CHINA. THIEVES!

I ordered from Rosegal 3 months ago, and my order has never arrived. I contacted customer support about 4 weeks after I had placed the order and was told to give it a little more time. I contacted them again about 7 weeks after I had placed the order and was told to reconfirm my address with them and to check with my post office. (The address was correct, and the post office knows nothing about it.) Still, I have not received my order. I have contacted them again asking again for a refund. I am waiting for a response. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from them. I will never order from them again. Lesson learned.

DO NOT ORDER - SCAM!

I put an order in over a month ago and have not heard or seen anything, so i try the LIVE CHAT witch is bull$#*! because it makes you login and you still do not get to chat, you have to leave an email and they say they will get back to you in 24 hrs... WHATEVER! And now its been over a week and i have not heard from anyone or seen my package! PIST!
