I ordered 3 items here and for some reasons they havent delivered to my home.
Ive been wating for three months, i even paid for expess delivere 15 UD more!
I send them a message and they reply after ages and told me to go to warehouse or pay 10UD more for delivery.
When i came to warehouse they say that they have my order but couldnt find it.
Seriously, its just waste of money and time.
SCAM! Nice looking styles, but very very cheap poorly made dresses. My daughter in Home Economics class could do a much better job sewing. I will not wear them.

I ordered some really nice boots and they were delivered in literally 3 days here is the link to the boots http://www.rosegal.com/boots/simple-style-mid-calf-design-*******.html.
I ordered it again and same thing it took 2 days...
Then I placed an order for 7different items and they took 14 days to send me the "we shipped" email even though the website allow says 3-7 days to ship. I am nervous after seeing all these reviews. But just a reminder to everyone contact your credit card company and do a charge back if there is an issue. Shopping online is safe in that sense.
I would also avoid www.sammydress.com they have cheap cheap cheap knock off's and I would recommend www.gojane.com
Despite all the horrible review on rosegal i actually love it! I ordered a 12 pack of makeup brushes and a watch. Recieved both in 7 days and they look just like the pictures. They were both under 20$ so i wasn't expecting quality products but still. They're excellent and i'm pretty pleased with my order.
NEVER EVER EVER order anything from Rosegal. They take your money - the stuff never arrives. The customer service is terrible - they take ages to reply. They offer a pathetic 50% refund which only goes in a "wallet" you can only spend on their website. So basically you give them money for nothing. That's called FRAUD in my book.

This site is a sham. Ordered over two months ago and still have NOTHING! Where is the item I ordered? Tracking is a joke as well. Once the item gets to the US, where is the tracking info? Worst waste of money to date.

Wow I've read so many terrible reviews on here and I am really surprised. I had a great experience and have already placed another order. So far every item I've received has been in good quality especially the jewelry pieces. The prices are low and shipping is free. I have found that they have some very unique pieces and am looking forward to receiving my next order already
I am still waiting for my stuff. I have filed a complaint via PayPal, thank goodness I paid via them or I would be screwed. Its been over a month and still nothing from them. They need to be shut down.
They area trying to make me lie and say I got the products but not as described through paypal and to change my review on here. REALLY. Hell no. AND how did they know it was me through their site that left a complaint here? Very weird, right?

I placed an order back in September 2015 and it never arrived. After submitting requests for status, I was told to wait 2 months! I did and it still didn't arrive and all communication with them stopped. They are no longer answering help tickets I guess. And of course after two months it is a pain to get your bank to remove the charge. Horrible Horrible to take advantage of consumers. Don't be fooled by their offers

My order number is Z**************. I had placed order now 12 days back and it is still showing as under processing. Read in your guidelines that the max days to process an order is 7 days then why so late here. I do not know now when the product will be dispatched now and when I will receive it if the processing time is only so much. I ordered 4 items from rosegal, was charged on my credit card and after 2 months, only one item turn up, write my fustration to the site, and they want me to pay $15+ to re ship these items because they were lost in transit, what a joke! I made my first order paid for shipping it still took 10 days plus! No packing slip, bothmy jackets were squished into a plastic bag with shipping label! Size is small not accurate, quality is poor. I want a full refund! How? Where? Do I find customer service to help me with their support ticket... another joke! You can't enter all info it just says ticket number incorrect! I ordered a sweatshirt on 11/3. My card was charged and I received confirmation that the order shipped 11/4. However it is now 11/18 and I STILL have not received my order! The tracking number I was given on the order confirmation does not work. I will NEVER order from this site again. I have ordered products from overseas before and I have never had an issue as I am always given a valid tracking number and can track where it is.

I paid for a sweatshirt over a month ago and have still not received it. It is crazy to think I paid that long ago and am still waiting for my goods to even arrive. I will never order from this site again. I should have read reviews ahead of time because clearly no one is happy with this company. You guys better get your act together! The supposed China tracking link isn't even a link so I can't even view where my package is.

November16,2015, I paid for my first order on rosegal.com.
November17,2015, I got rosegal.com email, they asked me to send my ID copies or they won't process my order, I refused and asked them to cancel my order. They answered me on the same day and agreed to cancel my order and asked me to check my account for refund.
Novermber18,2015, I tried to send email to them again and asked questions, but it didn't work, I cannot get any more "ticket" for send questions.
November19,2015, now, I write my questions here and hope rosegal.com can give me answer soon.

Rosegal.com made me surprised and even worried because they asked me for my passport or other card's copy before you process my order. But you did have good customer service and you replied quite fast.

I ordered 2 dresses from rosega and neither on have shown up. That was Sept 12 that I placed order and it's now Nov 18. They won't respond to my email about wanting my money back and they told me before in a previous email that nothing could be done until Nov 12 because I had to wait until the order was expired. This site it bull$#*! and a total scam.
Update: it is now February 1st and I finally got all my money back from this awful website. It took constant nagging and Demanding but I finally got it all back.
