I wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered. Some of my orders have not come. The three hoodies that came are horrible quality with no tags from any company, no laundry instructions, and sized completely wrong. The X-larges are smaller than the large! The pockets on one are too small for even a child's hand to fit in! I'm hoping I will get a refund, but these reviews have me worried.

I ordered stuff on the Nov. 12,2015 and have emailed them twice tried to call and have received nothing back at all. I tried to call their support number and it says the call can not be answered and you cannot leave a voice mail. This is by far the worst website EVER! They even take your money the day you order your stuff. This is so disappointing. I will only tell people that this website is a scam and to never ever order from it. I will also do everything i can to get this shut down!

I ordered 4 sweatshirts, took almost a month to arrive, and they arrived airmail from China. The sizes I ordered were large (I'm a small/medium) just in case they shrink from being washed. When the merchandise finally arrived, they were child-like sizes... no where NEAR sized for adults. I went to their site to fill out a support ticket to get a refund and ship the stuff back. You have to copy a 4 digit number at the bottom of the ticket (to make sure you're not a "bot", I guess) and I kept getting an error message saying the number I typed was wrong, even though it was correct. And there's no other way to contact the company except through this "support" ticket. I'm going to file a dispute with my credit card company and hopefully I can get my $85 back. But PLEASE beware to NEVER order from this company. I saw them on Facebook and I plan on putting in a complaint with Facebook as well. This company needs to be shut down!

They don't always get your orders to you at all, when given money back you only get some credit to get something else. If you actually get your order its 14+ days later. I once ordered jeans and a shirt, i only received my jeans but shirt never came. I decided to give them another try and bought a dress and blazer, paid for it to be insured this time and paid for it to be here within 7 days and 12 days later its still not here. I don't trust this site anymore and this will be the last time i order anything from them. I contacted customer service and i'm waiting for a reply at the moment, if i actually get my order ill for sure never get things from here. Orders take too long to get to you if you're even lucky enough to receive it. My shirt situation was from January.
Days later still not response from the ticket i filled out, weird because when i had a simple question like "how long will it take for my order to arrive" the day i ordered, i got a response right away. Not even a day later actually. Never again going to this site even if i finally end up either getting a response, or end up receiving my order.

Rosegal is $#*!. The clothes that finally arrived after being late was the cheapest crappiest quality and obliviously being from China WAAAY to small.
I have asked for a refund and wish to send this items back. That was about 1 month ago, and I have sent about 5 emails but they are not getting back to me.
So I´m stuck with these useless $#*! clothes and no one who is responding me, even if it says they should within 24 hours. ROSEGAL GO TO HELL!

I'm sure you've seen the countless other reviews saying that this website is a scam. It is, unfortunately, true.
I submitted THREE tickets to try and figure out where my stuff is, and got no reply.
I've already submitted a fraud dispute ticket with PayPal, and I'll refuse any "settlements" with Rosegal, as they are SCAMMERS. PayPal, I'm sure, is very familiar with this fraudulent
Company and will be more than happy to refund me. I only wish I could have this company permanently shut down.
Also, I'm sure that you see below almost every single review has a copy-and-pasted "apology" claiming that that person's issue has been resolved. This is, of course, another lie. If Rosegal offers you a settlement, DO NOT TAKE IT. Call your bank. Seriously - you WILL get your money back from these CRIMINALS if you're persistent enough.

I ordered a sweater from Rosegal at the end of September and just received it TODAY (Nov 20 -- 2 months later!). When I first ordered it, a couple of weeks went by and I had not yet received any shipping notification, so I messaged the support center. Luckily I got a response back and they informed me that the item had gone out of stock. Kind of annoying, but whatever, it happens. More weeks went by and I FINALLY got a shipping notification, which was one month ago! I opened the package today and am very disappointed with the product - it's totally different from what was pictured and an inferior quality/fabric. I feel very ripped off by this company and will NEVER order from them again. Future buyers, you have been warned!

Their material is VERY cheap and I even threw away what I ordered in the trash... plus beware- medium is more like extra small... didn't even come close to fitting me. NEVER AGAIN. Like the saying goes..." You get what you pay for"!

Don't order from this company.
I have ordered over $100 order with this company and all the sizes are wrong.
But hey, that's ok. I thought I would just get an exchange for bigger sizes.
I put a request on there site SEVERAL days ago and have gotten NO response.
Several Days later, I ask for a status and no one replies.
I just want to exchange merchandise.
This is something ANY reputable merchant can do.
But NO response from these people are pissing me off.
I was going to buy thousands of dollars of clothing but you just suck now!

After Rosegal saw this review they contacted me and requested that I provide them my order number to see if they could fix the sizing/exchange problem.
I've sent them my two order numbers.
I'll let you know how they handle this request.
Honestly though, it should NOT take threats to get an exchange done.
I'm trying to be nice and open minded and giving these people a chance to fix this problem.
I'll keep you informed on how they respond to my request.
But seriously if you are a Chinese import company and you are trying to sell you Americans (or any Western country - or anybody for that matter), you have to know that customer service is part of the sale.

I'm surprised Rosegal has received so many negative reviews. I have ordered twice so far with great success. I have a third order on the way and just received shipped notification for part of the order. For such low prices I knew some of the clothes quality would not be top notch but I've liked all I have received so far and excited for more. Also for the low prices and the demand I am not surprised that they ship partial orders and they may take weeks to receive. So far though I have received within a month which is fine again for the low prices. I think some of the styles though are super cute and worth the wait. Definitely can't beat the prices too. Please keep the cute styles coming!

I placed an order first week of Sept and they took the money from my debit card. I got an email on Sept. 13 saying my order shipped. Still haven't received my blouse and sent 4 tickets and no one has answered me since the first one telling me to wait to see if shows up by Nov. 6. Well, it's two weeks past that and still nothing. Never should've ordered from here. (Same shirt on Amazon.com for $10 and I know I will receive it)

I ordered from this company towards the middle of October. I ordered 2 items one of which I received about 25 days after I ordered it. Fine, no worries, however, when I tried the item on it was way too small. I'm 5'8" and all of 130lbs. According to the measurements on the website, it should have fit me just fine. WRONG! Then they shrunk in the wash and the draw string came out and the fabric started fraying.
Still waiting for the second item, a hooded sweatshirt. It's now been 27 days since I received the "your item has been shipped" email.
Get it together Rosegal. I will never order from you again and from the looks of it neither will a lot of other mad people. Horrible products, horrible service.

I ordered tree hoodies (to Europe), they said 18-22 bussiness days, actually, they came within 15 bussiness days in very good shape, clean, size as the size chart said. I have no complaints. Will shop again.
