Pathetic. Pls don't order
November 23, 2015

It's been 3 months since my order, but there is no sign of it. On reporting this, they blamed the shipping company and offered to resend it if I pay an additional 20$. I have asked for a refund but they only provide store credit and that too for half the amount. Not worth the hassle. Please do not order from Rosegal unless you want to get ripped off.

WHAT A RIPOFF
November 23, 2015

Placed order on October 3 this year. Still no package. Called the toll free number and it states Magic Jack customer not accepting messages. Emailed and only response received was that items were shipped 4 weeks ago. Total scam. Don't give them your hard earned cash as you will getno product in return

Stay away!

Never received my order. Sent several emails, but never received any response. Luckily I paid with PayPal and filed a claim with them. Still never received any response from Rosegal. PayPal refunded my money! I would not buy from this seller unless you like sellers with absolutely no customer service, and you like problems and hassles.

I was asked by Rosegal to wait 60 days to receive the order and if not received within 60 days, email them again for resolution. Now that it's been well over the 60 days, I can't even get a response from this company. I have used other out of the country vendors such as dhgate and light in the box... I never had this problem with them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

This website is such a joke. I bought 3 clothing items and never was emailed an update about my order AND MY CLOTHES WERE NEVER DELIVERED. This is such a bull$#*! website. I have asked for a refund or update on my order multiple times and haven't gotten any sort of response back, except for junk mail about deals that obviously don't exist. This is a fraud. STAY AWAY!

I ordered what I thought was a very cute dress that took over a month to arrive. When I was finally able to try it on, I was extremely disappointed to see that it was horribly constructed - I could not even raise my arms up, and the torso was sewn in such a way that the bust was the same size as the waist. I immediately submitted a ticket asking to return the item, and despite Rosegal's GUARANTEE that they will respond within 24 hours, it has been 5 days. I have yet to receive a response. When I tried calling their US help number it went straight to voicemail, but I couldn't even leave a message because the box was apparently full.

If the pictures are so completely different than the products and the customer service is this bad, I doubt I'll ever order from this website again, cheap prices or not. It's not worth it!

I ordered 12 items and received 8/12 so far. Had to pay 38.00 duty to the delivery driver on the first shipment. Then the quality of the clothing is so cheep. Sizes M-L look like children's sizes. The site should be closed down for false advertising. Sent pictures and measurements of the tops and still have not received a reply on how to send them back for a refund. Don't waste your hard earned money!

I ordered on Sept 9,2015 and paid for expedited shipping, I did not receive the order when expected and reached out through customer service. They never contacted me. They kept saying the items were on backorder. It is Nov 23,2015. I still have not product and have not received refund filed a grievance through pay pal and got an email saying the refund was posted back to me.

A Real Rip Off
November 23, 2015

This was my very first time ordering clothing online and the photos made the clothes look so nice. When they finally arrived on 2 different dates in separate packages they were the cheapest quality I have ever seen. You could see through the material and threads were hanging from many of the items. I double checked the sizing charts and even upsized to L and XL, just to make sure they would fit. They did not! The tops and "oversized" sweatshirt were so small they wouldn't even fit my 99lb 16 yr old niece. I followed up with Rosegals customer support a month ago by sending an email and photos of the shoddy quality/sewing job and have had no response at all. Not only was I embarrassed when my kids and husband laughed at what came but feel humiliated that I was taken for $82 for something that was crappy quality. I NEVER treat myself to new clothing as I am always spending my money on bills and looking after others. What a disappointment that this happened to me. I highly advise that no one EVER buy from this site. The photos are completely fake and NOT what you will get once it arrives.

SLOW! And Horrible

With I would have read the reviews before ordering, I bought a sweater for my mother and I have been waiting two weeks for it to continue telling me that my order is processing. I sent an email asking when it will stop processing and when it will send only to get, no reply for a week. So no, do not use this website for your online shopping, it is a waste of your time.

Very Unreliable Website!

I'm not usually that tough of a critic but unfortunately what people are saying is true. I ordered a few things - they arrived weeks late in separate packages and there were missing items and extra items; I got two of one dress, two different sizes of a dress in which I had ordered two of the same size (long story), a dress I didn't order, and one of the smaller dresses I ordered was comically large. Like, I'd have to gain a good fifty pounds to even fit into it. Ha ha. Not cool, Rosegal.

Real deception
November 23, 2015

I ordered 1 pair of shoes + 1 sweater. Cost me 67$.
Took 7 weeks to get it in my mailbox. Shipped from Netherlands to Canada!
Quality is incredibly poor: sewings terrible, I had to burn many threads on the whole shirt!
The box smelled melted plastic when I opened it!
Real value of those products: not even 15$ (to pay the employee at the Chinese factory)
I will never order from that cheap scam again.

Update of first review

After reading review I was not expecting to receive anything since it was from China. However, I sent a note asking when I could expect delivery since I wanted the item for Christmas and wondered if it was coming standard mail from China which would take a very long time. Never got a response, but just a little over a week after ordering, my package arrived and was mailed from England. Very happy with the service!

Horrible Crap

I ordered 2 tops from Rosegal and the tops look like crap. What a scam of a business. The tops do not look like the pictures at all. My husband and family laughed at the top because it looked like it had just been sown together by amateurs. I can't even return the junk because I probably will never get my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS AND I HOPE THEY GO OUT OF BUSINESS. WHAT A HORRIBLE JOKE AND A WASTE OF MY MONEY.

FRAUD AND THIEVES

I originally ordered from RoseGal at the end of October and I am still battling with them for a FULL REFUND on my purchase. When I first order my products I received an email that the items were out of stock and would not be in for 6 weeks? But when I went back on their site to take a look they were still selling the exact items and stating they were in stock! I demanded a refund the first week on November and although a very small bit of my money has been refunded after 3 weeks, it ALL has not and they triple charged my credit card for one item... they are thieves. Their products are garbage and poorly made, sizes are off the wall, a medium size is XXS. The chat line NEVER works and they only respond to you when they feel the need like a week after you email them and then they tell you all these lies. Last comment from them to me is "If you take your review off SiteJabber we will send you a special gift" I don't want your crap landing on my door step. I want ALL my money refunded including the money you stole from me. I have attached the proof from my credit card of the overcharge several times to their email and they still deny they overcharged me... idiots can't even read. This company should be shut down immediately. They still owe me over $100.00., but now they won't even respond to my emails. This company is a joke. My advice is to stick with Amazon... at least they truly look after their customers.

I bought a sweater from this site- it was a sketchy transaction. I paid for a tracking number and couldn't track the order. Some unknown shipping company. It took over 2 weeks to arrive,
I ordered a beautiful sweater, I received a long sleeved t shirt. Not at all what was in the picture. Not worth the aggravation to return. I will not order from this site again... trust me. The pictures and prices are too good to true for a reason, they are too good to be true. Don't waste your money

What a horrible service. Nobody responds to your emails. You cannot contact them. The quality of clothes is crap. The clothes you get look nothing like the pictures. The sizing is all wrong. The clothes come two months late. I'm so mad. I have already put a complaint in to Facebook for allowing such crap in there news feeds. I'm also visiting my bank to get my money back some how.
