I do not understand why this company is allowed to do this to people. I have only been waiting one month for my items and clearly by the reviews I am probably going to be waiting a looooong time for my items or may never get!... therefore I am contacting my cc company telling them I was fraudulently charged for items I never received. They have my back and will fight for me! This Rosegal needs to be shut down~ I don't understand why it isn't!

I put in an order on Thursday and it is now Tuesday and I still have not got any confirmation email that it has been shipped. I just pray and I hope I get my order as it is a Christmas gift for my sister. I just hope that it arrives on time but I highly doubt it.
Never will I order here again. I just hope that I do eventually get my order.

DO NOT EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE! First of all, it took over a month to receive anything. They make you PAY for a tracking number for you shipment. I have never heard of that before, but I did it and it does absolutely nothing! It kept saying there are no updates on your order. Well then where the hell is it?!?!? Then several items were back ordered and I would have never known if I didn't contact the company. They don't inform their customers of back orders? Wow. When I asked any questions they answered without answering at all. They never really said anything. Then the order finally gets there; Every single item I ordered fit terribly. Nothing ended being anywhere close to the way it was depicted on the site. One item is displayed in the photo as an over sized hoodie that meets the model's thighs and fits loosely. I am a completely average size 4 and a 'small' in every shirt I own. This hoodie was so tight I couldn't even get it off without help. It barely came to the belt of my jeans and was so tight, I couldn't even fit a bra inside in between me and the shirt. The sleeves stopped about 3.5 inches above my wrist. This would have fit a 5 year old child, but certainly not a grown woman. I was so unsatisfied with my entire order. Then come to find out if I even wanted to put in the effort to return everything, I would only get store credit?! Wow. Why would I return horrible items just to wait another couples months and get equally terrible items? Everything was so poorly made, there is no way I will purchase anything form this company ever again.

I ordered a sweater from this site over two months ago and have submitted ticket after ticket with canned responses asking if I have checked my address and the post office! I tried the bogus phone number which says "magic jack" and there is NEVER online chat available. I am a lawyer and will be taking action against this company if my goods are not received. There is zero customer service and I believe they are hoping that you will not bother and they can just keep your money!

I ordered a size large sweater top. Im usually a size 10-12. The tag on the top says size large. I can barely get it on.It would fit someone who is a size small. I waited a long time to receive it and am not going through the head ache to return it to China. Plus its cheaply made. I should have read reviews first..

I am so upset about this company, I ordered 2 sweaters and got one a month 1/2 after I ordered it and have not gotten the second one. I submitted a ticket and called the bogus number they give you for customer service and it doesn't even work. This company should be shut down. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

I ordered one hoodie dress from them. It took a while to ship but they do say between 1 and 3 months for items to arrive on the site. I am use to long wait times on shipped items tho so this was not a problem for me. It is not sweatshirt material like the photos showed, it is t shirt material but it is still cute and there are no flaws in its construction. It fits well and I will probably order with them again.
UPDATE - NOV 27TH - So they did get back to me and have issued a full refund which will take 8 -15 business days - not sure why it will take so long for a refund but we will see how that pans out. It is highly disappointing that you go to do the online shopping and then the item never comes and the you have to wait so long for a refund. I will be waiting for this refund to my bank and as soon as it does, I will update this again and let everyone know how long it took.
Been waiting almost 3 month now and no one will get back to me. No one answers there phone, no one is EVER on there live chat. You guys call this a business. Ive seen lemonade stands run by 3 year olds work better then this. Its absolutely ridiculous.
I have emailed them again today, in fact emailed them 5 times just to get a bit of attention on this. If I do not hear back by tomorrow morning I will be going to the better business bureau and the news paper here in Calgary Ab. ( I have friends that work for the business review section of the Calgary Sun and they love to expose bad businesses.

I will not express my opinions as I do not want to try and persuade you one way or another... fact, I read the poor reviews suffered by other customers of Rosegal. The advertising was just so enticing that I could not help but to try it out and hope my chances were better; however, I kept my initial purchase to a minimum ($13.91, not including shipping) AND... I'm glad that I did. I originally purchased my order in July, a sweater dress perfect for Winter. It is now November and I have still not received my package. I have written several times and for some reason I needed to wait until 11/20 before they could follow up on a resolution. Of course I had to contact them, they did not put forth any effort after they charged my credit card months ago. The resolution was simple, I can either wait another 10-25 more days for them to re-ship my purchase or I can get an in-store credit? I'm sorry but did I say that I was ever going to purchase from them again? I should think not! In fact my next email will be to the Better Business Bureau and the next will be the Attorney General's office. I am thankful that I didn't risk more than $13. Other people have not been as lucky! So, Consumer Beware! You might be one of those that has no problems. If that is the case, you are much luckier than I but if you should take the risk as I was tempted to do, don't make the first purchase large enough that you can't afford the loss. No opinions, just facts! Well, maybe just one opinion... I am sure I will look lovely in my sweater dress as I sweat my butt off in it when it finally arrives around mid-spring.
Update: So they responded... they said they would give me my money back and asked me to update my review to show a more favorable response. Glad I waited! I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND! Hey Rosegal, I'm updating my review per your request but it is to say that I still do NOT recommend your company to anyone who does not want to afford the risk of losing their money AND I will be sending you a bill for the interest accruing on my money that you have had for almost 5 months now.

I can not stress enough not to shop here. I fell in love with the jacket I ordered on pinterest. Unfortunately I ordered and paid for it before doing any research on the company. I very quickly realized it was all a scam and I was never going to receive my jacket. Attempted their online chat and calling to no avail. My order remained processing and never did ship! Luckily I paid with PayPal and was able to file a dispute and they got my money back for me. Really cute clothes, but it's all fake!

I was so very very dumb to not do research before I ordered. I started suspecting something was wrong when their 'tracking" system or link NEVER worked. I don't think it exists. I created a "ticket" and asked them a question about it and got a canned response. Then I did do research and realized that I'd lost my money. I then created a new "ticket" requesting a refund (I said I'd return things IF I ever got them) and got the SAME EXACT response as I did the first time.
Even looking at the canned responses here worries me. I've lost Christmas presents, thanks so much!

I really, really wish I'd checked this site before ordering from Rosegal. I ordered some jewelry and two hoodies in a Medium. Evidently, they needed to ship my order in 3 separate shipments. So far I've received one. It took about 2 weeks. As others have stated, the sizes run very small. So I realized I would need to exchange the hoodie I've received for a Large. (And I'll need to exchange the other when if and when it gets here, so that should be fun.)
On Rosegal's site, they ask you to fill out a "ticket" for basically any concern you have after placing an order, and they advertise that they'll get back to you within 24 hours. Well, it's been a week and they haven't gotten back to me. Based on other people's reviews, I'm not feeling very confident that I will hear back from them.
Also, regarding quality: I can confirm that the hoodie looked like much higher quality on the site than the one I received. I don't have high hopes for the other one. I'm really disappointed, and I would urge everyone to save their money and not waste it on Rosegal. I thought I was getting a great deal, but I'd gladly pay double for higher quality items and decent customer service.

I placed my order 3 months ago. I never received my items. I sent mutiple emails. NO RESPONSE. Unfortunately, I did not use Pay Pal. So I will most likely never see a refund. I received my order that I ordered about 3 months ago. I checked the size chart but find they still run Very Small. I usually wear XXS-XS and I think I would need a Med from them.
