Terrible quality products and the most complicated returns policy where you pretty much can't return items as they won't tell you return address. Then you just get store credit which you don't want as the clothes are terrible. Do NOT be fooled by the low prices.

SCAM!

I ordered a sweatshirt and got a thin piece of cloth! With two dumb patches sewed on it that was not in the picture and threads were hanging off of it. There was also a picture of a girl on their website wearing it and it looks nothing like what I received. I will never order anything from them again. Please don't waste your time or your money because beside the poor poor quality it took three months to come in the mail. THEY SUCK!

Update on my Refund
November 26, 2015

A month ago I posted a review on here about how terrible Rosegal.com is. They replied to my review and have started to 'try' and open up communication on how to resolve my 'issue'. Which in their terms means to keep me quiet through the Holidays so they can continue to rip people off. They advised me on 12-3-2015 that I would be receiving my refund in 3-7 business days.

Right on the 7th business day I emailed them wanting to know the status of my refund since I still had not seen it in my PayPal account. They replied 2 days later (Which they advise via an alert response email that they will reply within 24 hours) that they will 'begin' the process of my refund and I should be getting it in 3-7 business days. So they are advising me I have to wait ANOTHER 3-7 business days on top of the original statement.

I emailed them 4 days in a row (Which they refused to respond to during that entire time) that I wanted my money back now. I had waited enough time and my patience was no more. Finally on the 4th day they advised they would send my refund. Again with the same 3-7 day response. Like they are a robot and just quoting their last 2 responses just weeks apart from one another.

It is now 2 days before Christmas (which I had planned to use my refund to help buy Christmas gifts) and no refund. I advised them yesterday that I would report them 'again' on here and in other revenues if my money was not returned to me. I am a woman of my word. I do not give empty threats. If my money is not returned I will continue to let them know to the millions of reviewers on here and in other forms as much as possible. Which by the way, the last review I did prompted 9,394 views in just 3 days.

Rosegal you may want to clean up your act. These reviews are and will have a major impact on your business. What you are doing to people especially on the Holidays is horrid. I will continue by any means necessary to get 'my' money back.

Update on rosegal.com's comment. They did not take care of my issue as they noted below. Actually I had to file a dispute with PayPal to do a charge-back. PayPal immediately took care of the situation. This company is terrible! I did get my money back but ONLY because of PayPal. I will never ever use this site.

I have order at this website befor and I got my order I was happy. I order again couple weeks ago and have only got half my order. I spent over a $100 and I only got half of my stuff. Pissed me off that you guys put a number up that no one answers. This website should not be open from all the reviews it's so bad. I never got my simple Polo collar solid long sleeve color army green. Never got casual block long sleeve hoodie. Never got trendy hooded long sleeve twinset pocket design jacket. I would like to get the rest of my order

I ordered a dress and earrings via Rosegal on and haven't received anything! I've written to them and received an email saying that they'll get back to me within 24hours and, surprise surprise, they haven't even bothered to reply to me either. I also paid an extra $13 for fast delivery and not only has the delivery been EXTRA SLOW, but they have also DOUBLE CHARGED me for the delivery fee! I am more than irritated, I'm furious!

I ordered an i, phone cover, and even for such a small order they have sent me a wrong and very cheap ugly totaly different cover. I do not recommend to anybody to buy anything from there:(

Irritated customer.

Although I ignored the negative reviews about this company and decided to go with my positive instinct, I decided to make a few purchases of gifts for my family. I was obviously wrong with that instinct. I seriously wish I would have never made a purchase within this company. I've been waiting for my order for already going on 2 months. I also paid extra to track my order but it's nearly impossible to be able to track. I've tried calling their USA phone number but all it does is ring and then the voicemail is a Magic Jack phone number. I refuse to leave a voicemail because of many reasons. One being, how do I even know if this is the correct phone number to this company and not to some strange creepy man's house?! I emailed Rosegal in hopes that they would contact me back but it's already been almost a week and I've heard nothing. I should have just ordered from wish.com at least I would have known some personal friends and family reviews before actually making a purchase for myself. Even though I still haven't received my order and I'm not sure if I ever will, I am just glad I made a smaller purchase with rosegal before actually deciding to buy a beautiful dress that I was wanting to wear for my wedding. Who knows if that dress would even make it in time for the big day.

Big disappointment

I ordered from rose gal since 08/31/15, and as writing this review( which is 11/25/15) I still haven't received my Oder, I contacted them on the site, no one has bordered to email back, I'm going to call PayPal for money. I'm never going from them again. I gave a one stare only because I ve to select something either wise my review will not post.

I placed an order over 30 days ago and aent them over 3 complaint/customer service emails asking where my package was. Plus, I paid extra to be able to track it, which has never happened. I am contacting my bank and local authorities to see if I can get my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY'LL JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU'LL WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR ORDER. So heart broken becuase these were gifts and I dont have much money to be able to but other gifts for Christmas. :(

This company is full of crap. Do not do anything with this site. I've order one sweater 10/9/15 AND STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN IT! I've filed several complaints with the company and not heard one thing from them. They will STEAL your money! Thank God my bank has fraud protection against companies like this. I have no merchandise and all the hassle of getting my money back. DO NOT USE THIS WORTHLESS COMPANY! THEY ARE THIEFS!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

I ordered three dresses and a scarf from here on 11/18, they said it would be delivered on 11/24. Now all the tracking information is gone and cannot get a hold of anyone from the company. I have called and their voicemail is full and cannot connect with someone through the live chat. They have horrible costumer service, if you can say they have any. They only want your money. Do not waste your time, money, or effort with this company.

The consensus on Rosegal.com seems to be accurate regarding customer service, delivery, return and refunds, they are plain awful. I too am having a hard time getting in touch with them regarding an item I purchased through their site. My second alternative is to contact my credit card company, file a complaint and have my credit card company not pay them. It's a process but its better than your complaint falling on deaf ears with Rosegal. I hope this information helps anyone going through a rough time with Rosegal.

Placed an order 9/22/15. I still do not have any of my 7 items!(11/25/15). The make a ticket and someone will respond to you in less than 24hrs is a complete joke! I have not been contacted at all. Tracking number shows that all of my items were returned to sender. So now they have my money and my items! Very angry, disappointed!

I could not use the goods as the sizes were waaaay off, cheap and not the quality I needed to even wear at home... I will never order from them again. It was a waste of money!

The sizes are all disproportionate. When my order was received, half of it was missing, yet they still charged me for it. I have written 3 times now asking for how to return the items that I did receive and a refund for what was not. There has been no response. Terrible, terrible customer service, they should not be permitted to do business this way. Highly recommend not buying anything from this shady company.
