Rosegal seems to be one of those "if it sounds too good to be true then it probably is". I placed an order in Sept, it is now Nov 29 and I still have yet to see it. I have submitted 2 customer support tickets without a single response.
I'm sure I will not receive the order and I have taken the issue up with my credit card company to report them as fraud.
Ok, so stupidly I should've looked on here first before purchasing anything from Rosegal but just assumed the reviews on the actual website were legit and didn't find any negative feedback posts. I ordered about 7 products in total and was satisfied with 3 (hence the 2 stars, and not 1) The 'company' obviously spend large amounts of money on marketing, advertising and know how to bull$#*! the consumers, but just know that the price you pay for the items are dirt cheap anyway so if you're going to order something, order away but don't expect to receive a product identical to what you see, and I mean the colours, size, shape and material of the fabric! The 'company' is Chinese, so naturally you should know that Chinese manufacturers make smaller sized garments. Choose your sizes wisely! I was pretty happy like I said with 3 out of the 7 products i purchased, the material, size, design and colour were true to form and the rest were absolute junk. I delivery time wasn't too bad, I waited 2 weeks tops but I am still waiting on my last order to come through but I don't have any expectations or even want the product anymore, it could get lost in transit for all I care. Ordered a sweatshirt. After receiving nothing for 3 weeks I looked into the company and read reviews. So I wanted to cancel my order since it has not shipped. I sent multiple emails with no response. Even though they say the respond in 24 hours. Finally after a month I received the item. It it complete junk. Smells like chemicals and very stiff fabric. Will never wear it. Then a week after the came I got the return email that was an automated response that dos not address my issue I looked into returning the item. Looks like you only can if defective and for an exchange. They products are horrible. I don't want another item. Just want my money back and then out of business.

These people are nothing but crooks looking for your money. I ordered a long sleeve shirt that looks like a child made. IT LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE. The fabric is cheap, it has threads hanging all over it and is literally so ugly I would not even wear it for Halloween. Good thing I paid money for this piece of junk and waited 3 months for it to arrive...

Well here it is, Jan. 4,2016. I see Rosegal posted a response to my complaint on Sitejabber... But... I have still Never recivied any feedback from them on my order dated back on Aug. 20,2015. As of now I have tried over 11 times. Still, no response, no refund, no order. Save your money and time. I probably had a better chance buying a lotto ticket with the money I lost...

I ordered an xl blouse and it was so tight in the sleeves I could hardly get it on. I gave away to a friend that wears xs to s. I first tried to return it but did not get a response other than an automatic reply. No other contact came with in the 24 hours. Not a happy customer will not buy or recommend.

I placed my order on October 31 and received the rest of my order yesterday November 27th. I love their clothes. If you measure yourself correctly you won't be disappointed. I love the fringed grey asymmetrical top I just got. It is now my favorite piece. The quality of clothes are no different than Forever 21. If you need an item before a certain date then you need to order sooner than later.
Ordered 3 items mid September 2015 - sent off a few emails enquiring about delivery... After finally tracking the order down it arrived in Australia over six weeks ago but has not been delivered to me! After sending rosegal the copy of the tracking note, I asked them to resend all the items again. Answer was they are not available... even though I could go on the website now and order them, as they are still being advertised! When I stated this they the decided to give me a refund ( which will take up to 15 days) and then had the cheek tonsuggest I reorder them once I have received the refund!
Will never use this company again! Steer clear ladies - waste of money and time!

I ordered a few items that are popularly shown on Facebook and over a week after ordering I received 3 of my items. Horrible quality! They are Cheap, Poorly made and not what is shown online. I then received the jacket I ordered over a week after the first shipment (ordered at the same time) and it is more cheap than the rest of the items, thread bunched in places and hanging out, too small... the sizes are all different (ordered the same size) DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

I ordered 3 months ago, going back and forth with them. They will not reship unless I pay more money. They give me a stupid ''Wallet credit'‘which I clearly do not want. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. There are far better sites with the same stuff available and trustworthy. To them Canada is a remote country. Well if this is the case, do not offer shipping there!

I ordered 3 sweatshirts over 3 months ago, haven't received ANYTHING! I've submitted 3 tickets asking when and where my shipment is They replied 2 weeks later not 24hrs later like they said they would. This was their reply "Since the goods were temporarily seized by customs, the freight forwarder is negotiating with them.
When they give us the reply we will notice you immediately." SERIOUSLY!
