Won't buy again

I wish I would have read these reviews BEFORE I placed my order. Normally when you order something online and you receive tracking information you can track it EASILY through the carriers website. I received my tracking number a week ago and it still says tracking information is not valid. Do not bother trying to call customer service because you will be direct to a full mailbox and will not be able to leave a message. And if you submit a ticket don't expect them to be of any help. But I guess as long as I receive my package I won't have any problems. This is definitely my first and last purchase from this company.

Crap! I rate it a 0

Ridiculous how UNLIKE the ad my items turned out to be. It's like a cheap homemade version of what I ordered! The ad has a nice looking sweater-like top... what I got was a cheap, ill-fitting t-shirt version. The details were not even the same. And of course their return process is ridiculous as well.

I received an email back on October 23rd that my order had shipped and I still have not received it and don't expect that I will have to reading these other reviews! I am not out tons of money but sure wish these stealing suckers would get caught! I guess their judgement day will come some day.

Size is off

I had no problem with the shipping because i can wait as lonng as it arrives. But i have a big issue with the sizes.

Im usually medium canadian size and I had to give it to my sister. It barely fit my sis and she's size small cdn size.

Do not waste your money!

I did not read the reviews before I ordered. If I had I would never placed an order. I ordered an XL Hoodie and a cross body bag. I received a week after they said it had shipped. I was disappointed because the XL Shirt was more like a small and poor quality. Instead of my cross body bag been included in the same order they place another velvet large jacket that I never ordered. Can't they tell the different in a purse than a jacket. People do not waste your money.

I ordered 2 bikinis, after waiting 2 months for them, and not receiving them I lodged an enquiry on the website and was told to wait another month. Well I waited the extra month and still nothing. I lodged another enqiry on the website but this time I got no reply. I just tried to sign in to the website to see what is going on only to find my account no longer exists. These scumbags have stolen my money and now removed any way for me to contact them by deleting my account.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE THIEVES.

Ordered two tops (a "sweater" and a t-shirt) and it took@4 1/2 weeks to arrive! After reading the reviews on the site I ordered an XL in both pieces and the sizes are WAAAAAYYYYYY off! My 11 year old daughter can wear the XL t-shirt, but not me! So disappointed as the clothes looked so cute and the prices were good but I should have known better. Very hard to get to the "complaint" department on the website and I highly doubt I'll get my money back after reading reviews, etc. Should have read more before buying. DO NOT GET RIPPED OFF like I was! Should be an option for NO STARS (but I had to select one to submit this review) because Rose Gal is CRAP.

BTW - do not believe the automated "responses" you see to complaints, here and on FB. Below my review here they say they have resolved my issue - HA! They sent an auto response email to me last night based on the complaint ticket I submitted and HAVE NOT resolved ANYTHING for me. How do these people get away with this?

This place is a joke
November 30, 2015

I ordered allmost 200.00 in just shirts, I'm disabled, I bought extra large and they came in the size of a 3 year old, im5'8 and 120 pounds, had to have shirts for doctor appointment that I'm going though, like i said im disabled and sick, this company you can get in touch with, I hope God does unto them as they did to me... WARNING BEWARE. Wish I would have found this sight before buying. Now out of a lot of money

This is an update to my previous review. RosGal has offered to refund me for all three of my purchases without having to send them back. This all happened within a couple of days, so I am very pleased. They say the refund will be in 7-25 days. I'll write another review when I receive the refund.

NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered one item on November 1,2015 and it's now November 30,2015 and still waiting. I ordered a nice dress to wear over Thanksgiving holiday. I hope people read these reviews and never orders from Rosegal. Wish I would have came on here first to check out the reviews.

It took A LONG time to get my products home. Once I got hem they were so poor quality that I can't even wear them, in some of the products the colors were not even like the ones in the ad pictures.
Now there is no way I can send my complain, the SUMMIT button doesn't work when you want to make a complain, you can't return any merchandise!
They sheep from China so they don't care about complains.

Don't buy anything from them PLEASE!

Money Stealing Cowboys

Absolute Disgrace! Quick enough to take my money, but three months down the line and I've still received nothing. It's impossible trying to contact them. I'm only glad I ordered one item first or would have lost a lot more. Nobody to help or stop them so they'll probably keep getting away with it.And I gave one star because there was no zero!

Unreliable!

This company should be going out, for all the bad reviews! I made an order back in the beginning of Nov. And was really excited to receive my products, since I has order a white lace dress for a special occasion, I received all my order except that one dress i really wanted and was very disappointed with the quality of most of the rest of the items that i received. Very cheap, sloppy sewing, wrong size, get the picture? I do not even need the dress any more and would just be as happy if they would just refund my money instead of needing to give that one to charity as well as most of the other products i ordered are going since it would cost me more just to return the items!
I went online and submitted a ticket # and was emailed promptly that I would be contacted in 24 hours, well, it is now weeks later and the only contact that they send is there sales junk that i am not at all interested in! You cant even call the #, it goes right to the answering system and then says that you cant let a message because the system is full.
The only reason i gave them a 2 star rating is that i did receive some of my order, please be advised that if you order from this company that you with probably be ripped off some way or another!

NEVER EVER AGAIN!
November 30, 2015

Ordered a size large hoodie top because I like loose-fitting tops, and after about 3 weeks it came. Apparently from the NETHERLANDS! Made in China. I couldn't even get it on over my head it was so small. VERY cheap material and poorly made. Just donating to charity since it would cost way more than it was worth to send back!

I have had the worst experience with this site. My own fault, I accidentally gave them the wrong address to ship to. I wanted to change it, so I sent a support ticket. But they won't let me submit the ticket until I "Log In," except I have never created a user name and password so I cannot submit the support ticket. Their support phone number goes straight to voicemail, but they cannot accept any more messages.

Don't trust this company.

I was sceptical to order as the prices are great, and yup - been taken. I only ordered a dress back on Sept 16,2015 - and today is Nov 30 - still have not received my item. I too like others on this site, submitted a "ticket" to let them know it has not been delivered, all on deaf ears as i did not get any response. Feeling like this is a scam site - do not order from here!

Having seen great clothing items advertised on the side of my facebook page I ordered a skirt and blouse set and jumper from this co The jumper is still awaiting arrival but the skirt and blouse et arrived whilst they look well made and the quality is not bad the size is way out! I, m not fat by amy means but did order the large... so disappointed when i open the package... these items wouldnt fit a doll! I cant get into their website to complain it wont accept my details even though I, m putting the correct information in... if you cant get in... you cant complain I did pay by paypal so have raised a dispute claim with them also making them aware of all these sites and complaints and putting a watch on my account to make sure no other money is taken... If you are reading this do not be taken in like I was with this site I could kick myself as I have shopped many years on the internet and can usually spot dodgy sites... this one is for sure

Bad service
November 30, 2015

I ordered two items month and a half ago. One of them arrived, the second has not. Although I paid for the tracking, I couldn't track it as the named post did not recognise the number. Rosegal responded to my complain after two weeks. Eventually they refunded the money, so I am ok now, at least I didn't lose money except for the time and nerves.
