I ordered 2 items from this shop and it said it was shipped out on November 2nd and well its December 2 and its still not here. I wish i would have gone on here and looked before I even bought anything. Playing the email tag with them is ridiculous! They wont even give me a tracking number to let me know where it is. I shouldnt have to pay for a stupid tracking number because its required of all orders to have a tracking number! This is a horrible company and now that I know its a scam, I want my money back now. Forget the stuff, I'd rather just have my money back considering the comments are saying that its poor quality.
I would reccoment this website at all. It's $#*!ty quality from China and its not possible to get in contact with them! I paid another 10€ for express shipping didn't help. Took them 20 days until it arrived. On top I had to pay 30€ for Dhl for tax! Many emails didn't help! Quality is absolutely $#*! and a women size medium fits barely a child! Horrible never never again!

I was shopping on Ebay and this add pops up so it looked good and I went to it had nice looking clothes, shoes, coats you name it they sell it, the prices was so low I actually googled the exact item in the US and that should have been my first warning Cashmere coats selling for 189.00 here selling for 30.00 there. I put two seperate order in and each order contained more than one item. I paid 1.99 on each order to have tracking. After that the only word that comes to mind is Hell, for months I sent what they call Tickets of communications about not getting tracking numbers I paid for then months went by I was not receiving my orders, every time I sent them a "TICKET" they sent the exact same generic message, never answering my questions then demands, nothing. Finally I got Pay Pal involved, thank god I used them BUT it still did not save me. This company quickly shipped one cheap item in two seperate orders so they would have tracking, because they were able to provide pay pal a tracking number showing two orders were delivered pay pal closed the case. What it does not say or show or you can prove is that you never got anything you paid for or even that there is more then one item to an order so they walk away with your money, This is the biggest scam I have ever heard of and Pay Pal whom I actually like needs to either Stop doing business with them or demand itemized orders and items but I dont know how they could track it on the delivery end of not getting it. Bottom line DONT DONT DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM UNLESS YOU LIKE TO THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY.

Ordered an item back in September they said up to 6 weeks for delivery... its now December still not recieved item! Tried to log into my account to track order wouldnt let me log in... no phone number to call and you have to log into your account to speak to customer service. Eventually logged into my account sent a message to customer support - got a response with ticket number on saying will reply in 24 hours... a week later still no response and cant log into my account again even though I know I'm using the right log in details. Defo a scam company! Would advise everyone to avoid! Very dissapointed in the level of customer service which is ZERO. Should have known better than to order from what looked like a bargain site given there are no contact details on their web-site! Will never use again and have lost the money I spent!

I ordered some items on September 7th, and still have yet to receive them. I've filled out my ticket request and called numerous times with no response. This is horrible customer service. I am extremely frustrated with this company and will never purchase another item through them again. I suggest whoever is reading this please boycott this website. It is not worth the hassle.

Ordered 2 sweatshirts and received one which was supposed to be XL and it was about the size of a childs shirt! Still haven't received the other one but i don't even want it now that i know what the quality of the material is and i know it wont even fit. What a joke. I got scammed!

I ordered a coat for my daughter. It took forever to get it, but when she did receive it, it did not fit. We could not get a refund. What I have, in writing, is a form from the company stating, "It costs too much to send it back to us and for us to send you another one or another product. Why don't you just give the coat to a friend or someone else. Or throw it away. We cannot refund your money." All written in broken English. I was told not to send the coat back, they would not accept it. Illegal in this country. They are just taking advantage of Americans. Shame on you and your Country Rosegal!

I did finally get what I ordered. Absolute junk quality! Material is thin and cheap and some seams are not finished. I ordered XL and the items came marked XL and every single thing was small to medium size. If you use your debit card, the bank will work to get your money back-if you don't receive anything. If you receive something, the bank can only help you if you return it and Rosegal doesn't refund your money. At least that is how my bank works. But there is not return address for Rosegal... no way to return anything. Submitting trouble tickets is only way to get return info and they never respond to those. Phone number is a magic jack in new york that says the mailbox is full and can't accept any messages. I want to return my order and get my money back!

I ordered a beautiful dress for my holiday with my fiance and 3 months later it is still not here, and customer service is not responding to my emails. This is unlawful and a disgrace that companies like this get away with robbing people of their hard earned cash. Dont use this site, spend your money on a ligitimate site.
I ordered something on 11/18, and the item is still "processing" on 12/1. I put in a ticket with customer service, never heard anything. Tried to call and the number is disconnected. Then I read reviews. Wish I had done that first! I called my credit card company and disputed the claim so they can handle it instead of me having to deal with this. If you didn't get your items, call your bank or credit card company! Don't even bother trying to contact them!

I ordered a Grey US L hoodie and a Black US L hoodie, they arrived in about 3 or so days I will give them credit for that. As far as my order, forget about it. I recived the black hoodie, it was so small I could use it as a wash cloth for my car, Never got the grey.

Ordered 3 items and confirmed their measurements before hand. One item is 4 inches smaller in the bust than stated and second one is 3 inches smaller. Quality is not as shown in pictures. I have opened a customers service complaints and it's been 2 weeks and no response! Total scam!

I ordered a sweater from rosegal.com and was promised shipment within 5-7 days. A week later my order was showing as processing. After contacting customer support I was told that the item was backordered and may not be sent out for another 15-20 days. After voicing my disappointment at seeing the item showing as "still available" online and noting that they should have known there were none in stock when I ordered, the respond was, here's your refund. Extremely disappointed and will never order from them again!

I ordered two shirts and they were being shipped separately. I got the first one but never even got an email saying the second one was shipped. After over a month of nothing I emailed their 24 hour response and they did reply it was over thanksgiving so it took longer than 24 hours but I did get a full refund and everything was cleared up.

This company is a joke! Ordered a dress for my formal on 17th September 2015 and still nothing as of 1st December. Ive emailed them and response was if I havent received it by 17th nov then message back. Ive tried messaging them but now they've made my order number incorrect so i cant send the message. Tried phoning but number on site is not them and wont andwer... very frustrated that ive wasted my money and been let down, after all Im just a school student and dont have much money. I advise every not to use this company. My order did not arrive and they only offered a partial refund. This is not good enough. If I had read some of the reviews on this page before I put in my order I would never have risked even $1.
