I ordered 2 sweater back on October 1st 2015, I received one ( really poor quality mind you) I am still waiting for my other sweater and it's now December 3rd. I filled out a ticket form on Decemeber 1st, and they haven't responded even though it says they will respond in 24hours.
You call the number for customer service and it's a magic jack number with no room for messages.

Worst company and products ever! I had a gut feeling when I ordered from this company that it may be a total scam, which it is. The company is located in China. Their clothing looks really nice in the pictures and the prices are really low... and you get what you pay for... The items will take about 1 to 2 months to arrive. Neither of the ordered items looked anywhere close in quality and color as it does on the pictures. The return process is impossible and their customer service is trained to stall the process. If you leave a negative review of the item on their website they wont post it. I just hope they don't steal and sell my credit card info... I'm disappointed that Facebook will let this company advertise on their site.

Placed my order on 10/12, and as of 12/03, I have received nothing! I questioned them two weeks ago and the said that it had been shipped but could give no tracking # since I opted for the free shipping. I am going to file a complaint with paypal about this company!

I ordered 10-13-15, it's now 12-3-15 and I have yet to receive either of the two items. I am so upset I didn't read reviews before I ordered. I can't believe Facebook advertises for them. I hate when I've been scammed! Its a terrible foolish feeling!

I ordered 2 hoodies in the same style just in different colors. The first one arrived 8 weeks later from CHINA and looked NOTHING like the photo. The second arrived a week after that and didn't match the photo OR the first hoodie.
I'm sticking to MADE IN AMERICA from now on.

I paid for many items and after 2months yet to receive them! When I finally did, theres 2 items missing which I paid for and I cant access their help or contact us line! Total rip off! I will be telling everyone not to shop at rose gal.

You know the saying..."If it seems too good to be true, it probably is." Well I should have listened to that but I learned the hard way.
My first order with RoseGal was on 8/9/15,12 items for $155.39. I received 8 of the items within 2 weeks, then 6 weeks later 2 items came. After filing many tickets and getting the cut and past responses to wait, I finally received a refund on my PayPal account 11 weeks later for one item that was discontinued and 16 weeks later for an item they shipped by China Post but I never received.
My second order was on 9/16/15,2 items for $27.01. They shipped them by China Post and I have never received these items. I have filed many tickets and once again received the cut and past responses asking questions that I have already answered. I have asked them to resend the items with a different carrier other than China Post or a refund to my PayPal account but they have stopped responding.
My third order was placed on 9/21/15,4 items for $54.62. I requested a different carrier other than China Post and I received all 4 items within 2 weeks.
My fourth oder was placed on 10/16/15,4 items for $55.62. Once again, I requested a different carrier other than China Post. Two weeks later my order had not been sent so I had to file a ticket to find out the items were on back order. A month later I received 2 of the items and 6 weeks later the other 2 items.
Needless to say, I will not be placing a fifth order.

After filing a claim with PayPal, I have since received my refund.

Do NOT buy ANYTHING from this HORRIBLE company! I, like so many others on here, ordered just one item at the beginning of November and it is STILL not here! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE customer service! I ordered a sweater from an ad on Facebook. I hope that FB removes them from their "feeds". Shame on FB for not doing a better job at looking at what types of companies advertise. I ordered three tops on this site and while one of them fits and is cute, the other two are a mess. One arrived ripped all the way up the arm and the third one says it is a large and I can not even get it over my head it is so small. ( I wear a size 10 so a large should be no problem). I created a ticket with them with the promise of a 24 hour response lead time. Two weeks later I have heard NOTHING! I even made another ticket and NO RESPONSE! Then I read the reviews and MAN am I mad! This company is totally operating illegally and I intend to report them to the BBB.

If there was a rating of 0 that's what I'd give them. I ordered 3 items November 4th, it's now Dec. 2nd still nothing. The tracking number I had for DHL said my package should've arrived Nov 24th. I called DHL on the 29th and they said they never received package from Rosegal so to call them and ask. Call the "phone number" and it's just some regular magic jack phone number with a full voice mail box. Emails go unanswered. Now the phone is not in service. Terrible waste of my money. SCAM SCAM SCAM! DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHAM OF A COMPANY. I wish I had read the reviews before buying. Smh.

One month later I still don't have my total purchased items. The one item they sent looks, completely different than the website picture. A very poor quality and make, it Looks like an item from a dollar store. I have written them several times to inquire about the rest of my shipment however there has been no reply from them, although their website indicates they will get back to us after one or two business day. I guess that is the way they make their money as most customers will give up getting their items or send them back their poor quality items. I will stick to my Amazon orders from now on. Their higher price worth the convenience, the trust and the service they provide.
