Placed an order over 1 month ago and still don't have the product. I submit a ticket because that is the only way to get in touch with them. They send you back a generic email that tells you unfortunately your item can't be tracked but rest assure it will be there in 10-45 days! Seriously! Don't waste your time or money on there garbage clothes!

I have already wrote a review about how terrible this company is, never receiving items or updates, also this company does not respond apparently unless you complain allot. All of my transactions with their customer service has been condensingly polite. Expecting me to be complacent or patient on spending my money on items it apparently takes, well I will let you know when I actually get them. This company commented on a previous review and acted like they I had not responded when in fact I responded the same day. I would suggest buying from anywhere else.

This is my second review of Rosegal. Rosegal finally contacted me and gave me some options regarding my purchase. I believe it was because PayPal got involved and Rosegal does read these reviews. I decided to get a refund and Rosegal immediately reimbursed me my money. I originally gave Rosegal one star because of the lack of communication and longevity of processing orders. I now give them a two for contacting me and quickly reimbursing my money; however, I will not purchase from them again. I still recommend that customers research companies before ordering from them. Rosegal has a lot of negative reviews. I hope they rethink their business model and honor their customers' expectations in the future.

I ordered a shirt, they charged my credit card, and it never came. On their "contact us" page there are multiple ways to contact them but none of them work! The phone number leads to a full mailbox no longer accepting messages. There is no live chat ever available. They also have a spot to create a claim ticket which has no active link. Criminals!

Bought a pair of boots, received them today. Everything looked great except they smell like they've been soaking in gasoline for the past 6 months. I can't even stand them in my house or on my feet. They are now tied up in a bag outside.

I was excited to find a website that had cute clothes at an affordable price. I placed my order on 11/25 and paid extra for expedited shipping. When I went to track my order the # they sent via email was incorrect. I'm leaving for Miami on Sunday and I'm assuming I won't be getting the clothes I paid for in time. I'm very disappointed. I tried calling but there's no answer and the machine is full. I also put in two help tickets and have not received a response. Unless this issue is resolved I will not be ordering again.

My first order went well. My second order was a disaster. Both items were way too small, despite ordering the right size based on the measurements they provided. No response from customer service yet. I am guessing I won't hear from them, so my only recourse may be to go to PayPal and get them involved. Frustrating!
A note on quality. One dress looked cute online, but was basically a Halloween costume. The other was made of decent material, but was too small.
Update 12/7/15: I received a response (finally) from their customer service. In it, instead of telling me how to return the items, they requested I take PHOTOGRAPHS of the items, presumably with me in them, to show them - well, I'm not sure what. I can't even get into one of the dresses and the other puckers in places that don't look right. I have NEVER been asked to take "measurement pictures." So this what what the Rosegal representative was referring to when he/she indicated that customer service had taken care of my issue. Um, no, it didn't. I am no closer to resolving this than I was before. I did reply on the customer service ticket that I will not send pictures. I just want to return the goods and get my money back.
I agree with others who have posted here. Rosegal is poorly run and feels very much like a scam.

These people are scam artists. They post pictures of nice looking clothes and then when you receive your order, you realize the clothes you get doesn't match up to the website clothes. I received the wrong sweatshirt and they only refunded me $2.80 of my $16. They also took a very long time to respond and to ship. Bad company

Do not purchase from these criminals. I wish I would've seen the reviews on the Facebook comments before I placed my order. They don't even let you review their pages because they know they're all liars and cheats. Save your money. It's a scam and I have no idea how they get away with it.

My review reads like all the others. I ordered two items on Halloween after seeing an ad on FB. I still haven't received anything, except and email with two photos of a package. These packages are not trackable. Thankfully the items were inexpensive and I used Paypal to pay. I have completed a ticket with Rosegal, but from the other reviews, I'm not expecting a response.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. The clothes are terrible and cheap. The material is thin. I finally got one of two packages about a month after ordering. When I pulled the shirts out, they were so small. I ordered medium and larges but they were really small. My 7 year old could wear them. I am sure to throw them away very shortly because the fabric is so cheap. I have learned my lesson and will not ever order online especially from China. This was 40.00 thrown in the trash.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Trying to return an item that was delivered THREE WEEKS AGO. I've contacted their returns department THREE TIMES WITH NO RESPONSE. They only allow you 30 days to return, but refuse to let you start a return in the first place. Crappy items, horrible quality, incompetent company. Will never buy from them again.
