Placed my order for one item on November 20,2015. I also paid for the package insurance which I now read that isn't recognized in the United States from this company (I mean to say this 'scam company'). 17 days later... No package! I sent in a complaint to their customer support center and no reply at all. I constantly look in their website to see if the Live Chat is available and it NEVER is. I also have called the U.S. Telephone number on the website (1 *******485) and it rings then says "The Magic Jack customer you're trying to reach in not available at this time!"
So, if you want to constantly worry about your package, never get replies back, not receive your order that YOU ALREADY PAID FOR... Then by all means, look no further, Roaegal is where you want to order from!
All I want is to get my order that I PAID for!
My promise: to NEVER buy from this company ever again and to ALWAYS look at previous customers before I order anything from a company again.
I ordered two dresses for my sisters wedding Decmeber 1st and still have not received them. I ordered way a head because I know it takes a little longer to get here from China. I have sent two complaints to them and still have heard nothing. I also can't track my order. I suggest that no one buy from here. And they don't even deserve one star. Horrible, horrible "store".

I ordered almost 3 months ago and have sent emails once a week for the last 2 months asking where my item is. I have not heard from them so I put in another ticket - no response from the team. Absolutely disgusted with this site and the lack of service. After the lack of service I would never use them again. I have now been asking them to contact me asap and still no response. A short while ago I had to give this company a really poor rating. I ordered goods on 6 November they arrived 21 December too late for my daughter's birthday unfortunately. Quality fine but would recommend that if you are a UK size 12 you order a size 14. I complained quite strongly about the misleading advice regarding order processing on their website (took a month for my order to be processed and despatched) and suggested they managed their suppliers a little better. I was originally offered a small refund but pushed back and have received a full refund into my bank account now. A lot of hassle and time wasting for me but all thanks to Rada for her customer service delivery.

It's been almost a month since I ordered it is still processing. No response to any of my help tickets, first one was sent on 12/02/15. It is Bull that they answer in 24 hours I have received NO response They have seemed to respond faster to this site. I have also opened a dispute with paypal.

I paid for both a tracking number and shipping insurance so that if my package was lost, I could at least get a refund for the clothes. Turns out, the package is NOT insured in the United States because it is an international package (they should have put that on the shipping information, for I would not have ordered). Furthermore, my item has been in Chicago, IL for six days now without any further word from the USPS as to where my package is. Nothing has been updated and it has not been scanned... it just says, "In Transit to the Destination." It should have been here long before now. I have three more days before I can file a formal complaint with rosegal.com but I am very unhappy.

I ordered from rosegal and then noticed a week went by and I looked online at my oder and it was still processing. I was worried I got ripped off. Saw bad reviews. Again worried. It did take almost 5 weeks before I received my items. But I was pleased with the items they are what I ordered. And not trash like some reviews said. It just took solo long. Would I order again? At the low price they offer? Only if I could not find it anywhere else. So no. But it was legit. I really thought I was going to recieve RAGS from the reviews I read. HAPPY I DIDNT. GOOD LUCK
I ordered a bathing suite April 3rd, it was shipped April 14th and I received it in May! 4 weeks for a bathing suit? The quality was absolutely horrible. I threw it away.

Rosegal is a TOTAL FRAUD. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered $185 worth of items. They arrived mashed into balls, stuffed into one envelope busting at the seams. The quality of the material is horrible and the measurements they list are totally incorrect. I "Submitted a Ticket" on Monday, Nov 30th and received their automated "we will respond in 24 hrs". It is now Saturday, 5 days later, still no response, despite my daily messages. I tried calling and got a recording saying "THE MAGIC JACK CUSTOMER CANNOT RESPOND RIGHT NOW AND THEIR MESSAGE BOX IS FULL." They are a fraud and facebook should stop running their damn ads! Contact your credit card company to get your funds back. Also, call Dateline with your story so they can take this company down. I am not one to really complain but this is something that made me really mad because I ordered my stuff back at the end of October said it shipped and now it's December 5th nothing. They said it was shipped a few days after and they charged my card so there went 40 bucks I couldn't afford to lose considering I'm a college student. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

I placed an order in October and still have not received it. Rosegal said because I didn't pay for tracking they could not be sure when it would be delivered, but they thought it was due for delivery Nov. 28. It's now December 5, but it still has not been delivered. Is it possible it will NEVER be delivered? I bought the item on October 13 for a birthday gift to give on November 20, which you would think would be plenty of time. Cute clothes, just don't plan on receiving them and their customer support is not really "support".

It took over a month to receive my order of 2 tops. I ordered adult mediums (I'm usually a size 4) and they are so tiny I'm passing them in to my 9 year old niece. It's a waste if money! Wish I read the reviews before I ordered.

This company is a fraud! I purchased a dress in November 2015. Still have not received it! Well over the 25 days they said it would take to get here. Then contacted the company to only get s response I did not pay for tracking not there problem. This company should not be allowed to sell in the United States! The dress ordered is nothing like whar I got. When I tried to contact them about it I had to send pics but they could only be a certain size & phone pics were too large & I did not know how to make them smaller, only had a certain amount of days to get back to them before my lodgement expired. For $20 not worth the hassel but I would have loved the dress I ordered.
