Oh my I ordered a dress in June two months later still hadn't received it, got told they would send another I waited another month contacted them Oh we haven't sent that yet. I asked for a refund they gave me two crap options. I told them no way I will never order from your site again and that I want my money back. They agreed to refund me which after the insurance (ha ha ha) I was getting about $10 back. Contacted them today as I hadn't received anything back have now been told I need to wait 5-10days for approval. Seriously I have been waiting since June. Never never never would I even look at this site again.

I have previously posted regarding my lack of satisfaction with this company and ended up opening a dispute with PayPal. I have to say I am a little less angry with them as they refunded my money 24hrs later without argument. I recommend that if your not happy with them and your order has not been shipped. Do what I did you might stand a chance of not getting bent over

Oh, I so wish I'd read the reviews of this site before I ordered! I ordered on 10-30 which is the same date they got THEIR money. No word or anything from them, checked the account info on their site and says the order was shipped out on 10-31... from what planet? I am VERY relieved I only spent 35.00 instead of the much larger amounts some others have lost. I will NEVER order from any unknown site again without fully researching them and reading reviews. Lesson learned.

I have ordered a Sweater for which, you guys are taking forever to deliver. I had the amount deducted from my account. The estimated time for delivery was mentioned 7-10 business days and it's been more than one and half month and I have not received the parcel
Ordered a sweatshirt, took 1 1/2 months to arrive. Came with stitching already coming undone. I have been trying to contact customer support for over a week. They claim to get back to inquires within 24 hours. I've submitted three complaints with no response. I just tried their customer service number and it doesn't work.

I decided to create a support request after which I was asked to wait till Nov-21 ("We shipped on September 21st. Therefore your delivery deadline will expire on November 21st").
On Nov-23 they asked me to choose refund or re-send option. I replied with the 2d.
Today it's Dec-7 and I have no feedback on the progress.
UPDATES: The refund was processed on Dec-12. The support team was very prompt and friendly. Yet I cannot say that it might increase the rate higher than 2 stars.

Do not order anything from Rosegal. They do not answer there phone number and their mailbox is always full. The shipping took over 2week and was way too small. Their sizes do not just run small but their measuring chart is off. Now I'm stuck with two articles of clothing I can never wear. Ill be donating them.

Ordered 4 items Nov 1st expedited shipment, payment taken within 24 hrs, two items arrived, the one piece jumpsuit sooooooo thin/ see through! Almost 3 wks later, then 4 wks later, Dec 1st went to call about the missing 2 items, no phone#, emailed them, no answer now 5 days later!

I have had similar issues with this company: number support tickets submitted to no avail and called the bogus contact number on their site, which goes to some weird message about "the magic jack customer you have called is unavailable." I ordered one shirt on November 7,2015, and have not received it, nor can I track it. I am also going to try and file a complaint on the better business bureau.

The prices are fantastic and the shipping is low considering it's from China but I ordered one dress on November 10th, I got an email saying my item shipped on November 14th. I couldn't track it with the website that was given. I have sent a message to the support team 4 days ago and have still not gotten a message back, I asked either for the truth about shipping or a refund. I ordered a package from dresslily.com on the same day I ordered from Rosegal and I was able to track it and it arrived in the time it said it would.

I ordered a bunch of goodies on Oct 2nd, first package shipped Oct 5th. Got a package in the mail just before Halloween... good thing some of this stuff was for Halloween. However I've yet to receive the second part of the shipment. I've been in an ongoing email discussion in broken english... It's Dec 7th and I don't think I'll be getting the next package.
