I have ordered several items from this site…in which one item I posted on my social media page of myself wearing it that all of my girlfriends had to know the site. If you read the size charts and don't mind waiting a little longer for shipping and want cute clothing at a discounted price than this site is for you! I have seen numerous comments regarding that many people have ordered the wrong size but the size chart converted into inches is pretty spot on. If their Large says 32 waist and 38 bust and you know your a** is a 36 waist and a 42 bust - don't buy it! It's not children's clothing. Not every brand and every item is made for short, tall, thick etc women.
I ordered 8 watches during checkout in said I'd receive my items in 7-10 days when they sent me an email stating it had shipped it said 10-25 days The tracking # is bogus and so is their "customer" service can't reach them at all! I will be reporting them to the BBB they should be shut down! That'll be the last they get from me! My order # is Z************** I tried every carrier possible and you can't track it!
All my clothing was children size clothing. The clothing did not come to me as it appeared online. The models appeared to be adult models but apparently they were all dummies. My advice is not to order any thing from them.

I ordered four items! And one pair of jeans was one quantity in shipping it says 2 quantity and one item that was suppose to be a Small is Large! Been sending emails to change that $#*! and I have not received an email to correct your their mistake! If y'all are a scam then it will take seconds for us to get y'all investigated, get our money back, and get new cards! This is America remember that! Well awhile ago I wrote a complaint about buying 4 items, getting 1 and sent lots of where's my other items with no response except, it's coming. Even though there was a tracking # on 1 of them that was phony as well. After I lodged a dispute with Paypal I am happy to say I have been refunded for the 3 items I didn't receive. So hopefully anyone who uses PP would do the same.

I have already inquired and created three support tickets but received no response.
Its already more than 20 days and still have not received my order and untraceable on China post.

I Ordered and paid for the shipment on September 5,2015 and no response as to where my order is. Do not order from them period! I could not sign in with them on the email account that I paid for so I had to open a new account and to date, they have not replied what so ever. Get them off the internet immediately!

I warn you, do not use this site. As soon as I purchased an item, my credit card number got "stolen." This has never happened before and the only odd purchase I made was to this site. It has taken about 5 weeks and I have no yet received my order. This is a terrible site... even though the stuff might be appealing, I promise you you will regret it!

Items arrived 4 weeks after order. They were way too small for the size they claimed to be, and the materials were very sub-par.
I opened a ticket on their site and have not received a response. I now try at least once a week to get a reply and I get nothing.
I guess their business model is to rip everyone off once and then shut down.

Orders took forever to get here from China and then they did not look like the pictures at all. Bad sizing, differernt materials than the pictures. I think they post pixs from other sites and then make a poor quality knockoff. Feturns are a nightmare b/c you pay the postage to China which is minimun $25.
Update: B/c I wrote this review, Rosegal contacted me and said they would refund my money, which they did on one item... still waiting on the second item to be refunded.

There has to be another way to contact these thieves! I want my money back! I want to ship these horribly made clothes back! The number says it's magic jack and when i try and file a compliant it says password it wrong. The frustration is off the charts right now. Anyone get through to them?

I ordered a sweat shirt with my cousins on November 9th, 2015 for the Holidays. Rosegal took my payment immediately! Not one of us received anything yet. I wrote them asking where my order was. They finally responded on December 8th saying it will take 10-25 business days to receive after it's shipped which was on the 23rd of November.
