First time using Rosegal and never again will i consider this website for clothing, I ordered some jeans, a cardigan and a jacket. The day the arrived to me i was so excited to try my new clothes on and was incredibly disappointed. The cardigan was grey in the picture when i looked at it, it arrived and it was purple the material feels cheap and terrible. The jeans were supposed to be high waisted, they arent high waisted. They didnt even have a button hole! I cant fasten them. The jacket looks incredibly cheap and feels horrible. Seriously would not reccomend

This company is horrible. I ordered three items on 10/8/15.2 items shipped out on 10/10 with the note that it could take up to 30 days. I received 35 days later. The other item didn't ship until 10/23 and again stated up to 30 days. It is now 12/10 and I have received nothing but a run around. When I stated I wanted a refund they told me to check the post office and that if I did not receive it by 12/23 they would refund me. I messaged back that the post office doesn't have it and they informed me that now they wouldn't consider refunding me until JANUARY 23rd - more than 3 1/2 months AFTER I ordered it. STAY AWAY! You can find similar things on eBay coming from China that is received in 10 days or less!

The "after sale" support has been non-existent. I have created multiple support tickets, tried to live chat (with each time the live chat function being closed) and have called with no response and no where to leave messages. I will be escalating this to my bank - it is ridiculous that I want a refund due to the items being way too small & cheap, and I cant even reach the company! Absolutely a scam.

I placed 2 orders in August which have never been received, I emailed Rosegal for update they said to wait until November as items could turn up then, they never. I've emailed them again asking for a refund and telling them I'm getting my bank involved, not had any response! Has anyone had any luck with a refund?

I ordered items from the website very easily, conveniently, it took 3 weeks to arrive and when i opened them i was very disappointed, the itesm smelt and felt cheap, the seams were frayed and very cheaply made.
I emailed the "support centre" 5 times with no response, and sent x2 emails to their "legal team" no response, I have now raises a dispute with paypal as fortunately I paid via paypal and will have to wait 20 days.
If there was a way I could warn everyone re this scam of a website i would!

Same experience as all others here: Ordered 4 items, 3 tops and a dress. Each item is worse than the other. Cheap fabric, poor workmanship, just plain awful. I wouldn't wear any of these even to walk around the house. Their site states that the merchandise can be returned if the customer does not like it by opening a ticket to request authorization. The site also indicates that all tickets will be replied to WITHIN 24 WORKING HOURS. I opened a ticket 6 days ago, no reply. I sent an email to customer service, even threatened to start a Paypal dispute, no reply. Warning to all: STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE.

The items that you see on the site are not what you get! The sizes are smaller than they describe, the quality is cheap, more than likely the items that you want aren't even available and they will try to tell you that the items are on back order weeks and weeks later without even telling you until you put a ticket in, expect to receive your package six weeks after you pay/order, return policy is a joke and too expensive, the customer service is lacking in communicating about items, and the only discount you will receive is 5% off the NEXT purchase. There will be no NEXT purchase! Please read these reviews before you decide. The prices and the pictures of the items ARE too good to be true!

Well I didn't want to admit it, but I'm one in a long line of disappointed customers. I read the bad reviews before I ordered, but thought it was worth a try. First order was OK - pleasantly surprised- there were items I could actually wear (also some that were rubbish). Then the second order. I spent more this time because I 'trusted' them. Only half of it arrived, and a month later I have received nothing else. I was getting responses to my ticket - 'back ordered', 'will be shipped by...', but nothing received and now no response to my messages! Infuriating! How can a company see so many bad reviews and just carry on seemingly oblivious? I'd be ashamed.
I fully expect to see the same response to this message that everyone else has got 'we have sent you a ticket. Please kindly respond'... please respond? How about YOU do that in the first place, so you don't have such angry customers?

You will find yourself waiting over a month after you place an order and if arrive will be in deferent packages, missing or wrong merchandise, Do not waist your time or money!
BTW Sammy Dress, Fashion Mia, etc same BS and if it is even more helpful, I am still wondering why we found this advertisements in Facebook when Facebook is banned -prohibited in China?

I wish I could put a pop up on the site itself to warn new customers of the total nightmare this company is. I got sucked in by the cute pictures and great prices. What I received was a very different story. I was very excited to open my order and discovered what was inside was a bag of garbage. There were threads were hanging off each item, seams falling apart and the fabric was the quality of a cheap halloween costume. The clothes are expensive when you take into account how cheaply they are made. I tried to return but the shipping cost is more expensive than the whole order ($95 USD for shipping and $69 for the order). My advice is stay away. The pictures are good, the clothes aren't and the customer service is even worse.

If I could read this company has a negative I would. I would give it a -10 for service I ordered the dress back in September 2015 the company charge me two times for the dress and these claims they ship both of them up at both never arrived. I've sent ticket after ticket after ticket and really haven't gotten anything addressed I haven asked for a refund and they said they would give me a store credit. I will never order from this company again in fact I feel that they ripped me off. They clearly had no problem charging my credit card but they certainly won't give me a refund. Waste of time.

I ordered clothes from this site and they are all terrible quality! The material is thin. The sizes are very small too! I received a pair of leggings that can't be worn. They are two thicknesses, an inner and outer layer. When you try to put them on, the inside layer bunches up in a big ball and can't be straightened out. I have sent support tickets and am just being ignored. Don't buy from this company, it is a huge ripoff!

Sent out my order containing one pair of jeans and a couple shirts. Jeans don't even have a hole to put the front button through! Button is poorly attached and is useless as the pants can't do up. The photos on the website should reflect the poor quality items that actually come in the mail. Shirts I received didn't even sit well on. Do not buy from this company!
And there returns policy doesn't even give you your money back in full.

The clothes are from a third world country, what do you expect. Huge eye opener! Thin materials soaked in awful cleaning agent, that must be sickening to work with. Sad really. Donated entire purchase and will consider my purchase costs a donation also. Clothes are at best a knock off version of items displayed, made with inferior materials. Although, there's a lesson of appreciation to be had if you do order. No reason to get upset, rather be grateful for what you do have. The clothes are best washed on sanitize cycle, twice.

I ordered 2 dresses from Rosegal on the 12th September, one dress arrived in an envelope 15 days after ordering, I am still waiting for the second part of my order, I have contacted Rosegal several times via a trouble ticket, the first 2 times my message was responded to within 24 hours telling me to wait and the final advice was to wait until the 15th November which was the 8 weeks after the order.
I waited a week past this date and have since written to Rosegal 3 times with no response on where my missing dress is.
Very poor customer service if they are in the wrong - Do not order from them

I placed an order with you on Setember 18th this year, I received a tracking number and then tried to track the parcel, it said it had been shipped to the UK on the 25th of September since then, NOTHING, no parcel, no info, no update from the tracking number and worst of all I raised a ticket to you and have heard nothing back, what a bunch of thieves you lot are.
