I ordered over 200$ in retail, I've questioned twice now through customer support why I haven't received my items and I I checked "expedient" delivering if that wasn't an actual choice. And of course like 90% of the reviews here that I failed to read before ordering from them,... I've of course gotten NO RESPONSES! And NO PRODUCT for the money I've spent... if I could possible meet the owner of this company I'd take the opportunity to tell them everything on my mind for taking advantage of so many people! Ripping people off because your business ethics have absolutely NO clue what integrity is. I hope that from time to time you read these reviews because you should no that you are pathetic if you think this is truly the way a business should be run.

When ordering out of country especially from a place like China, I expected a huge delay. I have ordered lots from rosegal and though some items have been cheaply made, I got what I paid for. 3 bucks for leggings is incredible and I loved them. Not to mention the jackets and the boots. I found that as long as I followed my measurements carefully everything fit well. Online shopping can be risky and if you are unwilling to take a risk at those cheap costs I would advise that you don't shop online. If you do, just be mindful of your measurements and that you may have to wait a while for your items. Just a tip, order summer cloths a few months ahead of time so you know you will get them in the summer. I was excited every time I recieved a package in the mail! :) I had a great response from customer support but remember you get more with honey then you do with vinegar.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. When my item didnt arrive, they told me to wait 3 months before they would consider a refund. After weeks of emailing back and forth, they have apparently applied a refund but didnt refund me the taxes, and the money never went through! Now they're telling me that if I have any problems with the refund I have to deal with my credit card company. Don't waste your money, this company is fraud.

Horrible

I wouldn't give it a 1 star! I have received my clothes 3 months later and will never ever order from this company again! I ordered a large sweatshirt i could wear a small but I like my sweatshirts big and it fits like am xs bs especially waiting 3 months for it. Don't order $#*! from them!

Ordered a sweater in October and it just arrived. It is far worse than I could ever imagine. The colours aren't as shown, the size isn't as shown, it is extremely cheap material and made in the cheapest manner I've ever seen. Please don't waste your time or money.

WORST ONLINE SITE EVER!

Ordered in October. Got an "email" saying it shipped November 2. Here we are Dec. 11th and still no package. Additionally, their "China Post Mail" link is fake. This company stinks! DO NOT RECOMMEND BY ANY MEAN WHATSOEVER! They are a fraud!

Don't buy from Rosegal! I bought items 2 months ago and they arrived about a month later, HORRIBLE quality. Sweaters are literally falling apart! I opened "tickets" to return all of the items twice, over a month ago. NO RESPONSE! They ship from Singapore so it would likely be a lot to ship it back from the U.S. I have disputed my charges on my credit card now because I have no way of returning the items without a response from customer service... of which there is NONE! Stay FAR AWAY from this company. It's a SCAM!

Terrible customer service
December 11, 2015

Ordered clothes. They came without any paper invoice, no RMA # for returns. Many of the clothes were fine (not great quality, but acceptable). I was happy with the scarves, but some of the clothes did not look like the picture and I wanted to return them. I have emailed them, tried to call (number unavailable, then voice mail full), filled out support ticket — not a single response. It's been the worst customer service I have had. Not only will I never order from this company but I will advise my friends to never order as well._____________

Update, 1 month later:

After I wrote this review, a Rosegal representative contacted me and refunded me my money. I got my credit card statement last week and it was indeed refunded.

I do like all the scarves I received but the clothes did not fit or the colors were not accurate or the material was flimsy. I would give them 5 stars for their scarves, 2 stars for clothes, and 1 star for service, now 2 because they responded, but only after I wrote a review on this site. In order to have happy customers I think they need to respond immediately. If they had, I would have given them 5 stars for service, because they did refund my money.

ROSEGAL IS A SCAM

I ordered a sweater septemeber 16 2015 I just now received a sweater December 11 2015. Not only did I wait a ridiculous time to recieve the crap I got but it's not at all what I ordered. It's not the correct style and not the correct colors. The quality is terrible. This place is completely a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM ROSEGAL!

I ordered 3 sweaters. Two came and were the crappiest clothing I have ever seen. They came with holes in them and seams unfinished and they were paper thin. I only spend $40 and have read how hard it is to contact these people so will take it as a lesson learned. I would donate them to the homeless, but I don't think I dislike the homeless that much. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. It is garbage hiding behind pretty pictures.

Ordered in October, just arrived. All items arrived broken and wrong size and color. Rosegal will not answer support tickets or calls from over a week ago, and say they will answer in 24 hours when submitting a ticket. Will be attempting a chargeback through the bank if no response in the next few days.

ABSOLUTE FRAUD
December 11, 2015

I ordered in September. It is now December and I have nothing. I have emailed the company twice, and their customer service is just as bad as their delivery system. Finally, I was told that my package must have been lost and that I could either pay them AGAIN to send the package again, or they would refund me LESS THAN HALF of the money I spent. How is this fair? I told them I would take the FULL refund two weeks ago, and I never heard anything back and I still have no refund. I am just happy I only spent $40 and not more. This site should be shut down. I'm disgusted. They will probably reply to this message on this site acting like they will be of great help to me now, but we all know it is a lie. I'll never see my money.

I have the same experience as many here--did not get the item I ordered and then was told I could pay to return it to China, or get a $4 refund. If I wanted a full refund it would be the new sale $, not the $30 I paid.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

They promised me if I sent my items back they would refund full amount to paypal. I even sent them pictures to prove the items were not sized correctly as they requested. I spent $30 to ship the items back, that's how badly they fit me and looked. I can't check ANY tickets through their site because my password doesnt work. It doesnt matter anyway because I asked for my refund status two months ago, three times already and got no response. I'm very unhappy with this company and will fight to get my money and shipping back. They have bad customer service through and through.

I ordered 3 hoodies on this website and when I didn't receive them within the stated delivery time I emailed and requested a refund.
In all fairness to their customer service once I requested the refund it was in my account within 5 working days.
I cannot comment on the clothing as I never received it but the company seems to be legit with cheap value clothing, it is just a shame I didn't receive what I had ordered. Their only let down ( a pretty big one but rectified with the swiftness of refund). They did however explain that the reason was they did not receive the clothing from the retailer and if I would have liked to order a different style that they would have happily obliged.
