I had absolute no problem with this site. My order arrived within two weeks, and in great condition. The clothing from this site is cheap so I expected the material to be of a cheapish quality and it was better than expected. If you read the sizing guides on each individual item you will have no issue with sizing.
I ordered a dress in june 2015 and it still hasnt arrived, having read these awful reviews about the quality I wish now i hadnt placed any order with them. They sound seriously dodgy, i have requested a refund.
The company says that they will process with 3-7 and expedited shipping from DHL between 3-7 days (which I paid extra for). This is not true. I called DHL and they said the company has not even turned over the items and only created labels. Then Rose Gal sends you an email saying that your items have been shipped when they havent. DHL has no shipping information on the items. This is ridiculous. Bad business and yes they have already taken the money from my credit card. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE BECAUSE THEY LIE!

The clothes are cheaply made the fabrics are bad. Customer service is non- existent. The return policy is purposefully confusing. No return form was provided. I tired to contact customer service via a service ticket and there was no response. I tried to contact them via chat and no one was available. I only heard back once I posted a nasty message on their facebook page. They directed me back to their confusing website instead of helping me. Stay away from this company with bad cheap made in china crappy merchandise.

I got a jacket really badly made with one arm shorter than the other and only one of two items showed up

This is BY far the WORST site/items/ and especially customer service. Placed 2 orders, one for a pair of size 39 (8) shoes, definitely more like a size 6! Sent in a "ticket" wanting to return and get my money back and they asked for pictures. Of what? The size on the bottom of the shoe?
The other order was 3 sweaters which I paid EXTRA for s&h (their site states free shipping, not the case at all) and only received 2 very poor quality items. One items neck line claimed to be low, it's more of a turtle neck. I sent in another ticket wanting my money back on the 3rd item, s&h, and the turtle neck shirt and did not receive a response two days later, so I sent another. Still no reply! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCUMBAGS! Their site needs to be shut down. I imagine they pay a few dollars a day to some poor women to make their items that only slightly RESEMBLE what's in the pictures. I will continue to slam this terrible website any and every chance I get. Save your hard working money for American made items!

I received my order FINALLY after paying extra for premium shipping. The three items resemble the photos on the website but for large sizes they do not even cover my rear end. Are they supposed to be shirts when the photos clearly display they are dresses. The items are so short even my pre-teen nieces would find them offensive and not wear them due to the shortness of the length.
I have revisited the website to have my 'ticket' responded to so I can return the stock and have my hard earned money refunded to me. NOTHING, zero response, silence. The website claims they will respond within 24 hours... waiting waiting waiting. I will be rubbishing this company for eternity so none of my friends and family ever are scammed.

The rosegal website are CHEATS. I ordered 10 items but only received 3 of them in the first week. It is now the third week and i have not received the other items, went on the support center and sent in a ticket but have yet to receive a response form them and it has already been 3 working days. Have no idea what is going on with the other 7 items as they have failed to keep me updated on the process. Sent a direct email to the main person 2 working days ago to ask for a refund and i also have not heard from him/her. Very disappointed with them and will never order any thing from them ever again. Will also advice all that i know to never shop on this page. I wasted my money and even the 3 items that I got form them where crap material.

Finally got a respond from customer service right after the negative review. And got the rest of the products shipped to me. However, it still took quite a long time for the products to get delivered but I was notified about it by customer service. The quality for the rest of the products were better. So my advise for those who would still wanna purchase their products, is to read the reviews for each product as they are from different suppliers. Hope this review helps

There is no zero stars selection or negative stars selection but if there was this website would have received a negative 10 stars! STEER CLEAR OF THIS WEBSITE LIKE IT HAS THE PLAGUE! The owners/operators are a bunch of scam artists! They should be jailed. Go get a real job and quite scamming good people out of their hard earned money. You should feel like the scum you are, a drain on productive society. The clothing (if you receive it) will be cheap materials that are sown inside out and backwards, and there is no way to contact the company, then they want you to pay to return the crap items they send you, and HOPEFULLY MAYBE someday you will receive a "credit" or partial refund. Would never order from Rosegal again. I really wish i had looked at reviews beforehand. The clothing is such poor quality and stretched out of shape from sewing the pieces together. Seams are unfinished, loose threads. Very disappointed.

I recently made an order from Rosegal and to start off the shipping took sooooo long! It said up to 25 business days on their website and mine was about 40 days! Once it finally got here nothing looked anything like the online pictures and the fabric is horrible! Cheap, thin fabric that rips and has no stretch and the seams are all coming apart! Not to mention I ordered a size bigger than i usually do and they still fit small! Very unhappy with this website, the clothing is not what you expect from seeing it online! The website says it is based out of the USA but clearly manufacturing is done as cheaply as possible in Asia! Horrible! I will never order from this website again! Beware to those of you who are thinking of it! :(

I would like a full refund from Rosegal. Just received a few more items (still missing some) and again the items look nothing like the pictures. They look like they were made by children using the cheapest materials they could find (not even the same material or colour as in the photos). The tank top that came with my "Round Neck Long Sleeve Lace Blouse" barely goes to my belly button! Not to mention the shirt looks nothing like the photo, again.
The "Tassel Hem Asymmetric Loose T-Shirt", which I bought in two colours because I really liked them in the picture, do not resemble the photo at all. The ones I received are a cheap t-shirt material and the "tassles" look like someone cut the ends of the shirt into strips and tied them at the top and called them tassles. They are not the tassles in the picture. I am extremely disappointed in all the products and how they misrepresented this company and its products.
A full refund is the only right thing to do.

The pictures of the clothing are so cute however, when the items finally arrived 2 months after being purchased, the XL was barely a small. The models must be petite XS. The picture shows the cardigan falling to the knee area but on my 5'5" frame is only to the top of my thighs. The fabric is extremely flimsy which may explain the fabulous price. One of the items that I purchased was not sent... another sweater was sent in its place without notice. It looks like something that I made in Girl Scouts in 6th grade with tied fringe hanging from it!
Ok... May 5,2016, 7 months after my purchase, I have received a refund for the products ordered. They have offered to "apply extra gift" if I update my review here. We shall see!

So, after posting this a few days ago, Rosegal responded quickly. They refunded my money for the purchase. This was taken care of quickly and without incident. I am very appreciative. Not sure what the issue is with their shipping system, but maybe is something they should look into. As far as this goes for me, I appreciate them taking care of it promptly.

Do not order anything from this website. I ordered a sweater on 10/3/15, it is now 12/12/15, I have not yet received the item or my refund.
I placed my order and paid. I hadn't heard anything for 2 weeks about the order (but my money sure was debited from my bank account). I finally went out to inquire. There is no phone number to call. Only "support tickets" to file. After MULTIPLE requests of someone to call me regarding the issue, I am still being ignored. Now, they are trying to offer me store credit. ARE YOU SERIOUS?!
