Its bull $#*!. I've contacted them 4 times, with no response. Do not buy anything from this company. They dont have any support. They say they will get back to you withing 24hrs... BULL $#*!.

Ordered 2 sweatshirts 7 days ago and paid for expedited shipping. Tracking said is in Singapore since the day I ordered. Customer service number goes to a Magic Jack like that states the voice box is full. Called my credit card company and they show transaction came out of England. Should have read the reviews before ordering like I normally do. Legally will be handling this. Do not order from this company.

I wish I had read the reviews about this website prior to paying $100.00 for Christmas gifts. I should have known it was a problem that my bank called as soon as I clicked submit. They flagged it has fraud but I figured they were making sure I was the one making the purchase. Paid for expedited shipping and still no information on tracking except that some items were shipped but the tracking number states in Singapore still. No activity. I'm worried.

Ordered 2 sweaters for my wife for Christmas with expedited shipping. Shipping was so slow took 3 weeks. I purchased three tops and none were as pictured on their site, I purchased 2 size Large, 1 size Extra Large. I'm normally a size 10 but these sizes matched my measurements. All were tiny and they barely reached my waist, whereas in the pictures they were long enough to cover the bum of the model. One, the sewing hadn't been finished off, with raw edges, another was missing a button and as I opened the parcel, another button dropped out. One of the items was the wrong color. It was supposed to be grey, but it was browny yellow. I could post them back, but with their postal system, it'd be highly unlikely to actually arrive. Just don't use this site. It's a recipe for disappointment.

I ordered my 1 item and the rose gal team has claimed to have shipped it on the 30th of November. As Christmas is approaching I have yet to recieve anything in the mail and after seeing these reviews I probably wont get it any time soon. I ordered several tops and, although 3 of them I did like, 2 of them were of very poor qualify and WAY too small. I am only 5'4", 127lbs and the medium I ordered would barely fit over my head. When I attempted to exchange for a different size and explained the poor quality of the garments, I was told I would have to pay shipping there and back... from China! The return policy is laborious but I will say that the customer service department was always quick to respond and did eventually issue me a partial refund for the two items I wasn't please with and I did not have to return to China which would have negated the refund.

Had to file a paypal claim to get any contact over un-shipped purchase! Then they sent PayPal an invalid tracking number. Thankfully PayPal realized that. I advise anyone who has paid via PayPal and has not received an item or has been ignored to file a dispute and/or claim. PayPal does keep track of all of the claims filed and will penalize a seller or company who has too many of them.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE! If you do choose to risk it, pay with PayPal so you can get your money back. I'm so glad I did! A million 'thank you's to PayPal! If I wasn't proactive, they would still have my money!
Remember, if something seems too good to be true, it is! The prices are low but at the cost of customer service! I've told everyone I know (and some people I didn't) about this experience and hopefully it will cause this company to clean up it's act! Will be posting this on every review site on the Internet!

I rec'd my order when they said I would (4 items). The sweatshirt is really cute; the strings are fragile, but I took them off before I washed the shirt. The stuff is lower quality, but the price is right.
I ordered 4 items so many months ago I need to find my credit card statement to find the date. After about 2 months i received 1 item. The quality could not have been worse! The blue stripes color ran onto the white stripes and I have never washed it! The other 3 items have never arrived and I'm sure they never shipped! I am contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge. Save yourself time and money and don't fall for the cheap prices. It's a total scam.
