I bought a couple of sweaters and a jacket. The first one I bought over a month ago. It never shipped and the status says "processing". I want that order cancelled immediately, particularly after having received the other two items and after having read all these reviews. I received the second sweater and it was much smaller than expected and smelt awful. The jacket just arrived and is horrible quality and fits very badly. I would like a refund but have no idea how to get one.
I put in my order October 30th and received a shipping notice November 5th. It's now December 16th and I still haven't received my order. I contacted the support center to ask about my order and got an email response 5 days later, telling me to rest assured as my order is on it's way. I am thinking I was ripped off.

I had previously written a review about Rosegal and their terrible return policy. Like others on this site I was disappointed with the product purchased, cheap material, ill fitting etc but I am happy today to say that I have had some success in getting $34.00 AU back into my account. A great result considering some of the reviews I have read. Be tenacious and don't settle for anything less than what you want. I must say the communication with the company has been good, but will never order from them again

I placed my order on October 12, I received my items today December 16th! Could never get ahold of customer service! My items look nothing like what I ordered and don't fit! So in the trash they went I wouldn't even give them away that's how poorly they were made! Lesson learned! I wish I would have read these before I purchased from rosgal

Ordered some shirts/tops from this place and none of them fit as described; material is cheap; and one one of them there is a plastic-type overlay as a design rather than it being apart of the material's design. I called "customer support" but no one answered and according to the recording the number doesn't accept voicemail messages. I have also sent and email but no reply.
I want to return these items and get a refund, but I doubt that will happen. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and any type of consumer fraud service to inform them of this company.
I will never order from this company again!

I've also been waiting for like 15 days now, and I'm afraid it's either not going to come at all or will be awful and I won't be refunded. I have no idea if it's even been shipped because the order says processing like it did the day I bought it. How have you all been tracking your items location? This is ridiculous and annoying.

I have waited 20+ business days for my item, and eventually it arrived - a top squashed into minimalistic dimensions - you have to imagine this would be a very low-budget company where money is saved on shipping procedures, packing and quality of material - none of it is as good as it looks on their website; this top generally looks cheap - and it would be, for $8 - you don't get a price like this for anything in England - only in the charity shops. I tried this website only once, and I would not order from them again; even though the shipping is free and products look nice and tempting.

The clothing is very cheap and the sizes do not line up with the sizing chart. The clothing already looks frayed and basically it looks used and does not look near like it appeared online. I guess they are shipping mine in two shipments. I received the first half but not the second although they say I have. I contacted them about returning and that is an absolute joke. Save your money and your time and DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Customer Service finally got back to me after I posted my first review here. They told me that they would refund me. Of course they tell you it takes 7 - 25 days and that it is your bank's fault that it takes so long.
And surprise, surprise I still have not received a refund 10 days later and now the ticket is colsed so in order to inquire again I have to start all over again.
This buisness is a total scam.

I never received my order. They said it was shipped and after 2 months they said they didn't have the items in stock. They will not take care of it. Please don't loose your money by giving it to them. PayPal isn't helping either.

I ordered a XL dress. It finally came a month later in an Xtra small size. It was frayed around the neck. Zipper doesn't work. No response from two complaints to customer service.

Just like every other review says, you place an order they charge you and receive nothing. Customer service doesn't respond emails but honestly haven't tried to call yet but from other reviews it wouldn't do any good... Extremely pissed as what I purchased was a Christmas present.

Again with rose gal… i'm actually thankful that the dress i ordered didn't come in on time… same material as a halloween costume and looks nothing like what is advertised on the website… one of the ugliest garments i've ever seen…
The dress is shown to be vintage, comes just above the knee and the bottom is supposed to be the style that you would put a petticoat under… instead it fits however, the hemline comes about two inches below my knee and is so straight that a petticoat won't fit under it… i was supposed to wear this dress to pick my fiancé up from the airport when he flew into houston from germany after 6 months of not seeing him… however, i was able to get a much more suitable dress with much better quality and the same low price from amazon and only waited 2 days (apposed to the 2 1/2 months i waited for rose gal)… can't express how disgusted with this company i am… DONT IT… JUST RUN...

I purchased one shirt. It was not at all what it looked like on the photo I received 4 shirts and was charged for all four. I sent 15 emails requesting a return label
Never got a response back from them but they sent another shirt instead and charged me again. When you call their 1 800 number you are unable to leave s voice mail or talk to s representstive. Worse company ever. They are from China but lead you to believe they are here in the United States

I ordered a dress on 9/2, but it's mid-December and I'm still waiting for it! I've called numerous times but a message says that the Magic Jet customer you are trying to reach is unavailable and their message box is full (no surprise there). So I filled out three separate Trouble Tickets and no one has emailed me or called me back. I AM SO FRUSTRATED WITH THEM! Do NOT waste your time or money with such a pathetic company.

Took 1 month to get my items. It wouldn't have cared except that the clothes were CHEAP, UGLY and obviously KNOCKOFFS of clothing they stole from other manufacturers.
SO PISSED OFF, (and embarrassed). Didn't bother to try it on, I just threw it into the garbage.

They never ship my items and I ask them for refund and they only refunded like half of it and they said they are sorry for the incovinience that's a bull$#*!! I had to wait for my clothes and now I have to wait them to give my money back! If you are trying to buy clothes from there just don't! Trust me you don't want to buy it from there find some other store. You don't want to go through what I have to.

Don't buy from this company. It took four months to get the item and it was nothing like the picture. So cheap looking that I immediately put it in my Goodwill pile. I'm happy I only ordered one thing so didn't lose much money.
