I ordered something on Nov. 28th in hopes of getting it by Xmas, as I order plenty from China and it typically is shipped within 2 weeks. It is now Dec. 20th and nothing. I started a "ticket" to contact them but no response back yet.
Ordered items Nov 12 invoice ZZP************** but never received items. Opened several tickets but didn't get a response, ticket shows pending. I wish I read the reviews before I placed my order. This seams like a scam. I paid with PayPal so I plan to dispute the charge.

The clothes didn't look anything like on the site. One hoodie was the consistancy of cheap bathing suit material, if that - more like Dollarstore Halloween costume. The knitted shirt was just like cheese clothe and the other long sleeve shirt was not even hemmed, it was just cut out!

I ordered 4 items on cyber Monday (Nov 30) I just now received 3 out the 4 items yesterday. (12/17/15) and I'm still waiting for the 4th item to be sent. The material of the shirts I ordered are like bathing suit material and the one shirt doesn't even fit right even though I ordered my usual size. Everytime I try to go online to contact customer service it makes you long in and you would think it's the login you used to order but it a not because it always kicks me out. So good luck trying to submit a refund or return request. I am not impressed with this site. It takes forever to get tour items and the quality is crap. I will never order from this site and will never recommend anyone to order. Wish I could get my 58.89 back from this company. I will most likely end up filing a dispute with my bank.

After posting a review here, I received and email from rosegal stating one of my items would ship within 7-15 days, mind you this was already 7-15 days after the initial order was placed, it has been about 20 days and I have yet to see any sign of my package. My second item was apparently back ordered, though I wasn't made aware of that until writing this review. I think we all as consumers would say that should be made apparent on the website before placing the order. They say it's out of their control, they have to wait for the manufacturer. However as a business they should know better than to list items they don't even have yet to be sold. After receiving their response the link they sent to their email message suddenly expired so replying wasn't even an option. This company continues to tarnish it's own name.

1st off no customer service number! I ordered a pair of boots as a Christmas gift (which is no longer an option), they took the payment and the status says still processing, a whole week of processing. I have submitted a support ticket, contact within 24-48 hours that's a joke too! I am telling EVERYONE I know to NEVER buy from this site, nothing but a scam! I am thoroughly disappointed, I hope you guys are proud of ripping a bunch of people off, especially around the holidays!

I ordered three items from this site on Sep. 15 for the first time. And I still have not got my items til today now as 8:24 pm pacific time. I have emailed them (open ticket) at least 30 times but no results at all, I think they just send auto reposes regarding customer questions, not even what I was asking for, I thought I was talking to idiots or something. It is A scam site so don't bother to buy anything from them. I am your lesson cuz I lost my money and my time from this site, it so pisses me off. So I will definitely check reviews before I buy anything from a online site.

Customer service is a joke, they copy and paste replies to your questions, without even reading your question first.
They want you to send them your passport details to verify your identity! WHAT! (I refused and eventually got (some) of my order.)
Don't order more than one or two items at a time - its too hard for them to process, you'll only get half of it anyway, and then spend months trying to sort out the missing items.
The website says you can return items if you change your mind or find that the items don't fit after all... however the return process also takes months to sort out - make sure you keep your original packing and be prepared for nonsense replies to your questions - or just no replies at all.
The website says you will get a reply to your questions with in 24 hours - my longest one is 21 days but it is usually about 7-10 days before you get a reply.
Remember when ordering that most of the clothes fit perfectly on a 5 foot high model, if you are taller than that the dresses really fit like a t-shirt.
That being said - I am a sucker for punishment and keep ordering as there are a few particular styles of dresses that I love.

I order some items before checking the reputation of this place and have never experienced such terrible customer service. AND the quality of their products is hideous. Nothing is as it is shown in the catalog online at all. I must give the photographers extra credit for making such crap look decent. The seams are terrible, one of my items had parts with holes due to seams not sewn properly. Another item was to be a dress, but unless you planned on using as a hooker or sexy lingerie, it is so sheer that no one can use it for much f anything. A complete waste of fabric. And if this wasn't bad enough, there is NO way to contact the company except through submitting a request for them to connect and after 4 submissions I keep getting the run-around to submit yet again. There is never any resolution. They say they will contact you within 24 hours, and all that happens is yet another submission request.

They must use crepe paper to make their cloths. I'm scared to wash them they may dissolve. I ordered 3 shirts and only received 2. Thank goodness I only spent $35. I have a feeling I wont be receiving the 3rd one. Should of read reviews my mistake. Rosegal should be ashamed to call themselves a legitimate business. Their products must be made in a sweat shop. The sizes on this site are VERY different from the normal sizing. After receiving 2 sweatshirts that were 2 sizes smaller than what was expected, I wrote a ticket looking for an address to return the product (with an extra label to send us the larger sizes), within their 30 day return policy. The website says they'll get back to you in 24 hours. I sent 3 tickets in and finally got a computer generated response which was of NO help. I've tried to contact them to get an address to return the product to for over a month now, so now it's beyond the return period. I have now lost $50.00 worth of Christmas gifts.
DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THEM - YOU WILL GET ZERO SUPPORT and can not every reach anyone.
12/23/15 - All responses have been 1-2 weeks out. They are still asking for photos of the clothing, even though we are only looking for an exchange and are willing to pay shipping both ways. They DID, however, offer to give me a refund of 20% of my purchase.

I have ordered a XL size of top and I received a S size. Request an exchange immediately with a ticket opened and stating the size was wrong with 2 photos. I did not get a reply until a week later to ask me what size I am ordering and send them photos to prove it. I don't think they even read the message on the ticket created and just holding customer thru 30 days window and reject the return request. I am so upset with the customer service and never buy from them again. Facebook please remove them from your ad to keep your brand solid. I don't think they are doing business in good faith.

I ordered a few items that I just knew my daughter would absolutely love for Christmas off of the Rosegal.com site. I paid them immediately. I waited a week and asked for tracking information. Their website gives you links to track the shipments, but when I try them, the link takes me to a site that is not active. I tried to use the actual carrier site but they just say nothing found. I have emailed them 3 times. The first one got a reply promising shipping in 1 - 3 business days. Two weeks later I emailed them again complaining that I can't track the packages and the carrier doesn't find them. That email hasn't been answered now 4 days and still waiting. I emailed them again today asking again about the tracking, Still no answer from them. I am a single father of three, my 9yo son has a form of epilepsy, I also take care of my mother who has a serious heart condition and 7 stents in her heart. I have to depend on places like this place claims to be in order to give my kids some form of Christmas. Seeing their site on FB in all those pop up adds on AOL and Google, I assumed they were legit. Its a week before Christmas now, still nothing from Rosegal.com. It looks more like I put my blind faith into this company and in turn they killed Christmas for my family. Hope their family's holidays are as festive as they have made mine.

Placed order (Z**************) on 11/14/2015 and paid using Paypal. Sent Trouble Ticket on 12/4/2015 requesting response on item not shipped. Tried to call yesterday. Recording stated mailbox full. Ordered from company after seeing some advertised products. Big mistake. After over 2 weeks for, well some, of the products to arrive they are nothing like sold. Quality is piss poor I thought I ordered from the dollar store. Color and actual make of clothes is not like pictures on the site, so I hope you like surprises. All of that a side, sizing is not even remotely close or even manageable, for any. After learning everything is made and operated oversees it is no wonder nothing is adjusted to our metrics. To top it off, they offer no option to actually return products or exchange without a huge list of duties first if they even amount to anything in the end. This and more just shows the company is aware of the public dispute, and instead of changing to proper operations they are just trying to hide in the dark and make it more difficult until people give up. If you are actually proud of the piss poor product you steal money for, why are you hiding?
