So I ordered a dress on black friday hoping it would arrive by December 23 so I could wear it Christmas eve. It came after weeks of waiting and it is December 21. The dress is red with a white Peter pan "collar" it fits as expected (I am 5' 110lbs 32 B so I ordered the small) but it is horribly stitched and the buttons at top are probably going to fall off within the first time wearing. I will never use this sight again only because I like my items fast and I could find close enough items on amazon.com.
Ordered three "sweaters" about $20 USD each. All very thin material. Not quite what was pictured. Still cute and soft and quick shipping about 4 or 5 days just before Christmas. Sizing is very random as well. Wouldn't order anything again. But again they were cheap so you get what you pay for.
I pay to shipping fast and I don't receive nothing... I need it for gift to Chrismas... so... it's too late! I need my money back!

I've ordered a few times from RoseGal, and never been disappointed.
The quality is good and the delivery time can vary from 2 weeks to one month.
I totally recommend this store, they have beautiful and affordable items.
NOTHING that shows up will look anything like the pictures. EVERYTHING smells like toxic chemicals. Things were made of paper thin materials. Seams were unraveling.
Went to return items. Customer service never responded. I made a PayPal dispute. They asked for pics. Their website wouldn't let me upload anything. You have to shop things back to China if you don't want them which can cost more than the original order. It's a total scam which will take hours of your life.
It is NOT a "good deal" you would have a better shopping experience at a goodwill! Buyer beware! It's a total scam!

Extremely poor response to a wrong sized item. Wanting me to take measurements and pictures. If it's to small then just let me return it. Not have to go this far, unreal.

I don't normally write reviews, but DO NOT BUY from ROSEGAL. The quality is POOR, and the service is even WORSE. I contacted Rosegal to ensure that I could get a full refund on my 4 items if I didn't like them before I made the purchase. (a standard refund within the USA). They assured me I could, but when I tried they told me to take pictures and I couldn't just return if items weren't faulty. DO NOT BUY - BAD BAD BAD.

I have ordered and paid 9 items on November 21st. Today, when I finally received the package I found out that 2 of the items were missing and the size of the rest was a bit small. After a few chats with the customer service of rosegal.com we managed to sort things out. If you decide to purchase clothes or other items from the site, just have in mind to buy one size bigger and be sure that the customer service is really working great. I was unhappy at the beginning, but with the help of the customer support they made me a happy customer again.

After many email that exhausted me I GOT A REFUND.
It wasn't for a lot of money (little over $30) but hey, I got it (full refund). I believe what made them finally agree to refund me was the review on this website, so ladies- DON'T GIVE UP. Got my refund today, and the (surprisingly nice) lady wrote on the email that if I'll write a good review I'll get a gift or something like that.

If hoped the quality will be better (I ordered really long time ago and the things arrived little after three weeks) but I was stupid. Poor quality, poor service (did i really had to write a bad review to get your attention?) and the things never came. The ONLY good thing is that I got my money back AFTER FIVE MONTH.
Would never ever buy from them again.
SORRY Rosgal, your gift doesn't worth it because the quality suck.

I ordered a shirt from here. Took longer than I expected to get to me, but it was exactly what I ordered. If you are in a rush and want your stuff right away, don't order from here. Otherwise, no complaints. I would order again.

I bought a bunch of stuff on this site and its still processing. I read the reviews after i ordered and now i am so scared its a scam. I ordered expedited shipping. First time ordering from this company as their website shows beautiful clothes. Well that's not the case once you receive your items. It is the most cheapest quality I've ever seen. And then you can't even get a refund... money has go back on your wallet account. I do not want to buy anything from this company at all so what good is that to me.
