Seems stupid. I was just about to buy some clothes then I told my mom and she said her sister (my aunt) almost bought things from there then saw the reviews. THANKS GUYS! NEVER BUY THERE STUFF JUST BECAUSE IT IS CHEAP AND APPARENTLY SO ARE THEY! For advice, check reviews before buying off boutiques. Because it wastes money and its probably some teen finding pictures online, setting prices for them, and posting them.

I ordered a few things for both men and women and the order was split in two packages because online it appeared to be on stock but it really wasn't and it took a month to get my stuffing almost thought it was a fraud, Then when I do get my stuff the sizes were beyond small and the fabric quality was the worst unlike the pictures you see online I'll never order here it's not what I thought it was I'm super disappointed two thumbs down if you ask me

Ordered and paid for this on December 1st, wanting for Christmas and still not shipped after 23 days waiting. Sent 3 emails to website and no response, tried live chat and never ever on line, emailed seller through paypal account and no response. I have never experienced such horrible customer service ever. I purchased a dress, a turtleneck, a swimsuit, pants and I never received the pants. They make it IMPOSSIBLE to return anything and if it is on sale you can't return it AT ALL. Don't waste your time at that store. Nothing fit well and the material is CHEAP. After I washed the dress to try it on it and it fell apart. I emailed them and it took over 2 weeks to get a response. I also opened a dispute with paypal for the pants and I am still waiting for a refund after 1.5 weeks.

The clothing I received are not anything like what's pictured. You have no option to return. The quality is crap and sizing terrible. I wish I could get a refund. I will never be able to wear the items. Waste of my money.

I ordered various items from rosegal and every single item was not anything what it looks like in the pictures. Then when i ask to return and a refund my entire order i have to take pictures of every single item and give a bust measurement? No i don't think so i wanted a full refund. Horrible horrible horrible

I have emailed several times wondering where my order is. 2 of 12 items came yesterday and are clearly mis-sized. Two days until Christmas and nearly $200 worth of clothes is nowhere to be find. I am sorely disappointed and will never order from Rosegal again. My bank account was charged immediately and now I will go to the mall to purchase gifts for my daughter.

I saw this site on Facebook as well and thought that the clothing was really nice on the models. My order Z************** was placed on 4 Dec 2015, received 21 Dec 2015 with expedited payment made?
Item: Trendy Scoop Neck Long Sleeve Printed PLUS SIZE women's dress. Came to me in what I would refer to as a reg. Small/ medium size. And was made with a costume type material and sewing? So shear that I would have to buy under garments to ever consider putting this on to go out.
2nd Item: Casual skew neck solid color long sleeve asymmetric dress for Women, Red Wine color, XXL: came as a large t shirt material in XMAS Red, the neck that was to hang off the shoulder was exactly 10" inches? This is not what the picture showed, also in examination there was a hole where the tag should have been... By the way there is no manufactures tags, or material washing instructions. I would hate to attempt to where this if I could get my head thru and dry this?
When emailing them thru *******@rosegal.com. Ticket # E*******491, they asked for chart sizes and pictures of their own product?
Why when you sent the wrong sizes anyway and I followed your chart for sizing?. I sent the actual picture and order info to them asking for XXL or if they could kindly make them XXXL since the sizing chart is off, and they responded with the same email twice. Asking for their own info,,,,, no human response... I even asked how to send back these items as they came with no receipt in zip lock bags? Inside DHL bags.
I did buy three other items that I will live with because of not looking at the reviews 1st, but I WILL NOT buy from this site again,

I ordered items a month ago and got a quarter of what I ordered yesterday-a month after I ordered! And I paid for expedited shipping! What did come to me is sized three sizes too small! I used the sizing charts too! The quality is awful and you can't get ahold of any customer service at all! This company is a scam and awful! Be warned! Never order from them!

So my son sends me this link, for a wish list item for Christmas. I click on the link and I'm very excited about the pricing and sells so I ordered him two instead of one, what the Heck. I ordered my dress exactly one month ago to today (22 nov) n still haven't received it yet, their delivery service is bad, even tried to get hold of the package by using the tracking ID and got no response said cannot track and plus their service also seems very bad, i would suggest never deal with rosegal waste of time

This company is bogus!
I went through several rounds of communication with someone named Sydney only to find that I have been locked out of my account and left unable to even access my ticket. I ordered 4 things, I only received 3 of them and the ones I did receive were all too small and were produced in a very cheap way. All I wanted to do was return the clothes and receive a refund. Sydney offered me many bogus refund options, none of which were my full refund. And she would not honor the refund for the item that I never receive.
Today I realized I hadn't heard back from Sydney for a week so I tried to log in a leave her a message. I entered my password and username several times and the page just refreshed each time. I tried it on several browsers. So then I deliberately typed in the wrong username. This time I got the usual "wrong username/password" error. I tried the right credentials again and the page simply refreshed. This leaves me to believe that the company locked me out of the account in an effort to stop all communication and avoid giving me my refund.
This is absolutely unbelievable. I made the appropriate case for the refund and stated exactly why the clothes were unwanted and I've kept everything packed up in its original packaging and shipping materials while I've waited for confirmation that I would receive a refund. Now this company has 60+$ of my money and has locked me out so that I can't communicate with them to retrieve my money.
Terrible business practice. I hope they get shut down or at least banned from the US. I plan to alert all my friends and family to stay away from Rose Gal and it's cheap clothes.

Their ad popped up on my Facebook and like an idiot I ordered sweaters without checking reviews. The quality is terrible and the sizes are all off. One I bought for myself was supposed to be a large but fit smaller than the ones marked medium, ridiculous! I am really pissed and will let everyone know not to order from this site ever!

I've ordered twice from Rosegal so far - once last year, and once this year. The first order was complete, no items missing, and arrived in 6 to 7 weeks. The customer service both times were excellent and they responded to my questions very quickly and thoroughly. All the items were exactly as they appeared online - however, one of the necklaces (a peacock on a chain) had a chain that broke after a few months, but it's to be expected because of the low price ($3) I paid. My second order, which occurred this past October, was also complete with no items missing, and it arrived in 6 weeks. It was exactly as it appeared online - an $8 "cosplay" outfit. It fit me because I'm Asian, and all these clothes are made with Asian/Chinese sizes as the benchmark. However, the shorts/skirt portion of the outfit had a buckle that snapped off, so I will have to sew that one back on. Overall, I'm okay with that because of the low price I paid. I'll order again from Rosegal in the future because I know what to expect and am willing to receive not excellent, but above average, quality items for such a great price.
Purchased 4 things from them a month ago and have not received it... No way to track it either... I will and anybody I know will never buy from this site. Customer service is $#*!ty and nobody answers the phone(which is a house phone)

I ordered what looked like a very nice Jacked for my daughter-in-law on Dec 3rd for Christmas (Order # ZZ**************). Today is Dec 21 and I have received no response from them other that a generic form letter. I have requested a refund through their site and will also request on paypal. Very poor Customer Service and will never order from again.
After placing a review here I did finally hear from a Rosegal representative, seems they never had the jacket I ordered and were hoping to get some in by the end of Dec. Their offer - wait a while longer or get a refund. I chose refund.
